After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience.The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget.A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing.Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout.It became an unforgettable stay for us. My first time visiting Kumamoto.This Accommodation instantly felt like the one I had to stay at for at least one night when coming to Kumamoto.That feeling was spot on, and I had a truly fulfilling stay!Amakusa is rich in nature and local ingredients,and I was able to enjoy it to the fullest!The staff were wonderful as well, and their hospitality warmed my heart.This is an Accommodation I’d definitely love to visit again!Thank you for taking such great care of me!
