ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Kumamoto New Sky

[Location & Access] I took the last ANA flight to Kumamoto, and it was about a 45-minute ride on the airport limousine bus. Since I could get off at a stop very close to the hotel, I arrived without any stress even with large luggage. [Room & Sleep Comfort] Not only was the room spacious, but the bathtub was also exceptionally large. I could soak deeply up to my shoulders, and it felt like a week’s fatigue just melted away. The bed was wide, and two types of large pillows (firm and soft) were provided, so I slept soundly as if I were at home. [View & Breakfast] The next morning brought clear skies, and I enjoyed a wonderful view from an upper floor. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Japanese and Western dishes featuring local Kumamoto ingredients—perfect for recharging for the day ahead. [Overall] The staff’s cheerful, attentive service was excellent and made for a pleasant start to my trip. It’s a bit of a splurge, but I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax and unwind at leisure.

My daughter loves Kumamon, and she was so excited the moment we entered the Kumamon Room! It became an unforgettable memory. On the morning of checkout, she was so sad to part with Kumamon that she burst into tears (laugh). Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were all very kind and attentive. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended Hotel!
