    It was excellent.

    Last year, I stayed here with three generations of my family to visit the Expo, and it became a wonderful memory. This year—one year later—I stayed again with my father to attend RESONA EXPO at ATC Hall. Compared with last year, the staff service, room service, and breakfast time reservations had been further digitalized, making our stay extremely comfortable. In addition, thanks to Diamond member benefits such as a Room upgrade and late check-out, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace and truly enjoy our time. I have stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first Hotel I’ve seen improve its staff hospitality and services so much in just one year! It’s such a great Hotel that whenever I feel like enjoying a relaxing hotel stay again, I would love to return to Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. The Shuttle Service bus from Osaka Station is also incredibly helpful! (Unfortunately, due to JR delays on the way there, I couldn’t make it in time for the bus.) Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you next time.

    It was the best stay!

    I visited for the first time in early summer 2026. As this was a business stay, I had booked a Standard King, but thanks to my IKYU Diamond benefits I was upgraded to a Deluxe King Room, and I was able to relax comfortably in the spacious Room. The large windows create an open feel, and the night view is beautiful. There is also a table and chairs separate from the sofa, which made it easy to work. I love Kuma Okaki, so I was delighted to find it provided as a welcome sweet. In the Deluxe Room, the shower booth and bathtub are separate, so I really appreciated being able to soak in the tub at leisure. The in-Room amenities were more than sufficient, and I had no complaints during my stay. When I went to the bar for the IKYU Diamond welcome drink, they also served three kinds of snacks. I ended up ordering a few more items and enjoyed a relaxing evening. With the beautiful night view and attentive service, it was an excellent time. Overall, for this price point, the experience felt almost too good value—I was that satisfied with my night. Since it’s not far from home, I’ve rarely stayed overnight in central Osaka until now, but next time I plan to return specifically to enjoy this Hotel again.     IKYU Diamond Benefits

    I used to stay here often back when it was a Hyatt. This was my first stay in a while. It was originally planned as a Grand Hyatt, so the shared areas feel luxurious to that standard. The ATC view offers a beautiful horizon. IKYU Diamond benefits are as follows: 1. One-category room upgrade 2. Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. 3. Welcome drink voucher: It can’t be used at Sai for drinks only, but it is accepted at Basilico. The sparkling wine was very relaxing.

    The Facility is old.

    We stayed here to visit LEGOLAND. Overall, the Facility feels old, and even when we went to the breakfast venue first thing in the morning, there were only a few seats left; by the time we left, there was a long line.

    The spacious Room is excellent.

    I stayed at a Hotel with an indoor pool during the Obon holidays with my granddaughter, who loves swimming. This year, we stayed at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay in a Club Premier Room. Our Room was a sea-facing corner Room, and the spaciousness and view were wonderful. The pool required Reservations, so we were able to swim in an almost private setting. The changing room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The club lounge on the top floor is spacious enough and very relaxing. As an IKYU Diamond member benefit, checkout was at 2:00 p.m., so we could take our time and relax for longer. Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay is a very large Hotel with roomy Rooms, and I think the price is reasonable. It’s a little far from central Osaka, but I recommend it.

    Second stay

    This was my second stay. I had a wonderful experience last time, so this time I booked a club Room. Since I mentioned in advance that it was for my birthday, the front desk congratulated me and upgraded my Room. There was also a celebratory message and a gift from the Hotel in the Room, which truly moved me. The Room was very spacious, with beautiful views of Osaka’s cityscape and the sea. The bathroom had a separate shower booth, and I could relax in the bathtub while enjoying the night view. The club lounge also had a great atmosphere—spacious and comfortable to unwind in. They offered Japanese sweets like three-color dango and ohagi, which made me happy as I love wagashi. There was a fully equipped sports gym with excellent, professional-grade machines. The indoor pool required Reservations, but unfortunately I couldn’t use it due to scheduling, which was slightly disappointing. Breakfast was buffet-style. The selection wasn’t huge, but everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed Osaka specialties such as okonomiyaki and kushikatsu. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    Change the Reservation for the Hotel Shuttle Bus

    This is my favorite Hotel, and I stay here every month. This time as well, I planned to use the Hotel shuttle bus (Osaka Station–Hotel) and lined up at the usual bus stop at Osaka Station, but it seems the bus has switched to an advance Reservation system. We had no idea and did not have a Reservation, so even though we were first in line, we were told to line up again at the very back. We managed to board at the last minute, but it was very disappointing that we did not receive any email or phone notice in advance that the bus had changed to a Reservation-only system.

    We were very satisfied.

    We chose this Hotel at my daughter’s request to “relax and unwind” for her birthday. We truly appreciate the thoughtful care we received, both at the restaurant and in our Room. Thank you so much! The Hotel had a calm atmosphere, and all the staff were wonderfully attentive, which allowed us to forget about everyday life and enjoy an elegant stay. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, and since there was no time limit, we were able to savor them at a leisurely pace. The only disappointment was that the weekday shuttle bus from Osaka Station is no longer available, which made things a bit less convenient, but we would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Excellent value for money

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was spacious, the furnishings were new, and I had a very comfortable stay. There is a shuttle bus to Osaka Station, and because it uses the expressway, the ride is very smooth. The parking lot is adjacent and covered, so it wasn’t hot, and both entry and exit were easy. I think this is the best value Hotel in Osaka.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    We stayed as a family because we wanted to use a pool that wasn’t crowded. Each session was 40 minutes, so it felt a bit rushed, but we were able to enjoy the pool efficiently. When I mentioned at the time of Reservation that my birthday was coming up, they upgraded our Room, and everyone in the family was happy to spend time in a spacious Room. We were also excited that the shower head was ReFa. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful care. The pound cake was also very delicious. We also enjoyed the lounge together as a family. The Hotel staff’s service was excellent, and we were able to relax. On our way out, we bought some sweets at the souvenir shop on the first floor of the Hotel. The young woman at the register provided wonderful service, and we left with smiles. We would love to stay again as a family.

    The club lounge is amazing!

    I stayed previously on a Plan with Club Lounge access and had a wonderful time, so this time I returned with friends. Since we planned to relax and enjoy the Club Lounge, we had tea time there right after check-in. After stopping by our Room once, we went back to the Club Lounge from 17:30 until closing to enjoy alcohol and snacks. It was great that the staff let us know when the service switched between alcohol and snacks. Having access to the gym to work up a sweat is also a big plus. We were able to unwind and exercise—completely satisfied! I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Satisfied

    The hospitality has remained unchanged since the Hyatt days, and we were very satisfied. Neither dinner nor breakfast had a large selection, but both the food and service were excellent. I actually think that amount is better because it makes choosing easy. The Room showed its age, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a hanging type, and I wasn’t used to how unstable it felt when the bottom swung quite a bit. For that price, this level of satisfaction was outstanding—we would definitely like to stay again.

    This was my first stay, and the property was clean throughout, making it a very comfortable experience. Since we were on the 21st floor, the view from the Room was great, and we could also watch YouTube and Netflix in the Room, so we really enjoyed a relaxing Hotel stay. I’m looking forward to staying again.

    Enjoy breathtaking views of Nanko below.

    A very comfortable Hotel. We stayed to celebrate my mother, and received the best hospitality. I am deeply grateful. The view from 100 meters above ground at the club lounge was wonderful, and it was also great that the club lounge was quiet with few people, allowing us to relax. The food during cocktail time was delicious as well. We will come again.

    An Adults-Only Summer Getaway

    As expected from the Prince Hotel, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. In particular, the female concierge in the club lounge provided attentive and kind service, making our staycation truly fulfilling. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again as a special treat.

    It was amazing!

    We stayed here with four generations of our family to celebrate my mother’s and daughter’s birthdays. You prepared a pound cake in our Room and a cake at dinner, which made it the best gift! My grandchild was especially delighted by the candlelight (laughs). A friendly female staff member from overseas made us feel warmly welcomed. Our Room was a corner Room, so we could watch the Sunflower ferry arriving and departing, and also see the colorful New Tram—my grandchild never got bored and stayed glued to the window! The bath was wonderful as well. My mother and daughter were absolutely thrilled. Thank you very much! We’ve already made our next Reservation!!

    It felt like an overseas trip.

    The service was very good, but it was disappointing that there was no guidance at all. I didn’t know that a ticket was required to use the shuttle bus, whether the Hotel had Wi‑Fi, or whether there was an ice machine. I also couldn’t find any in-room or in-building information, so in the end I called and had ice brought to me. The old-style bathroom layout—with the bathtub and shower booth far apart—was also inconvenient to use. The lounge and breakfast offered a wide variety of options and were enjoyable, and since most guests were from overseas, it felt like being on an international trip. There was also no information inside the Hotel (even near the elevators), so I couldn’t tell what restaurants were in the basement (was I supposed to check the TV guide?). If I had noticed them, I might have gone, but it felt like there were many differences from other hotels—almost as if they didn’t feel the need to promote them much. The Room was spacious with a convenient table and chairs, and best of all, having a full ocean view and being able to watch the sunset was wonderful.

    Please change the towels and sleepwear every day.

    Breakfast was excellent. The Prince-style omelet was consistently good, and I loved the Danish pastries as well. There were also cold items such as prosciutto and cheese, and you can enjoy Osaka specialties like okonomiyaki and kushikatsu. The bread at the lobby lounge on the first floor was also very tasty. It was a two-night stay, but since we were out most of the time, we made a Reservation for the most affordable twin Room. The Room size was sufficient. From the window we could see a bit of the New Tram and the sea. The table and chairs were just the right size for having a casual drink in the Room. There was also a Nespresso machine. The bed was comfortable, but there were yukata instead of pajamas. Separate pajamas are definitely the most comfortable. After breakfast, I hung a “Please clean” sign on the door and placed a card on the bed requesting fresh towels and bedding before going out. (It seems that during a Multiple Night Stay, towel and bedding replacement is generally not provided.) However, when I returned to my Room after 10:30 p.m., everything looked exactly as it had before I left. Since I had gotten wet in the rain and really wanted to bathe and sleep in clean nightwear, I called reception to request replacements. They also removed our trash because it had piled up. They apologized, but there was no explanation as to why housekeeping did not come in. Even at a Business Hotel, towels and pajamas are usually hung on your door even without cleaning service, so providing no replacements at all felt unacceptable. Using damp towels from morning again at night is unpleasant. There was also no particular apology at checkout regarding this issue, which surprised me—I was disappointed that it hadn’t been communicated. Another disappointment was that although there was an air purifier in the Room, it did not have humidifying function. It seems humidifiers can be borrowed, but I assumed they would be small so I didn’t request one. As expected, my tonsils became swollen afterward. I also wish deodorizing spray had been provided in-room rather than only available upon request. This ended up being my most disappointing stay among Prince-affiliated properties so far. That said, service from both—the gentleman with a wonderful smile who handled reception at breakfast on Sunday morning, and the young woman selling bread in lobby lounge—was excellent.

    Quiet and relaxing

    Although it is a Hotel in the bay area, it is quiet and relaxing, with a calm, spacious atmosphere. There is a direct bus from Osaka Station, which is very convenient. The Room was standard. From the window, we had a panoramic view of the bay area, and the night scenery was beautiful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and we were satisfied, but unfortunately the dinner buffet featured a Korean fair, which wasn’t ideal for us since we don’t handle spicy food well.

    We were very satisfied with our family trip.

    We stayed with two families this time. Since we had infants, we contacted the Hotel before making a Reservation to ask what facilities and services were available. The staff member who answered the phone was very kind, so we decided to Reserve—and it was the right choice. Inside the Hotel, in addition to its spacious interior, there is a variety of art throughout, creating a fun and extraordinary atmosphere! We requested an ocean-side Room, and as expected, it had an amazing sunset view! Also, we didn’t really feel that the Room was outdated; if anything, it felt quite clean. All of the staff were very kind, and I had no complaints at all. In particular, the room service staff always delivered items to our Room with a smile. We also used both the restaurant and café, and were very satisfied with their service. They also treated our children warmly—smiling at them and waving whenever they made eye contact—which mattered most because our kids had such a great time. Breakfast was delicious just as other Reviews said. The kids’ room on the 2nd floor isn’t large, but it was more than enough for small groups. Negative points: - We noticed vibrations from above/below? Maybe the walls are thin—we could clearly hear heavy footsteps thumping. - Since there is a main road in front of the Hotel, there is some late-night traffic noise, though it didn’t bother me too much. - The spare toilet paper in the Room was hard to find due to where it was stored/interior layout. - The shower room and bathtub are separate, so water gets on the floor when moving between them; it also gets cold easily. - We used the buffet restaurant on the 1st floor, but overall many dishes felt cold. Even though we went right at dinner opening time, some food was already cold—and both dinner and breakfast rice were hard/firm. - There weren’t any kid-friendly menu options; honestly this is tough for families with children—picky eaters may have nothing they can eat (so it wouldn’t be an option). - Dinner this time featured a Korean fair/menu theme that didn’t suit my taste at all. Overall it felt below chain-restaurant quality, and I’m not sure making every item part of that theme is a good idea. If there had been plenty of standard menu items regardless of the fair/theme (in addition to themed items), I think I would have been happy to use it—but that part was very disappointing for me. It may be enjoyable for younger guests. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at this Accommodation—we’re glad we stayed here! We’d like to come again.

    Price seems to outweigh everything.

    This was my second stay. Once again, I was able to stay in a spacious ocean-view Room at a very reasonable rate. This time I ordered Japanese breakfast via room service; between the somewhat questionable Japanese food, the other guests, the lobby atmosphere, and the staff, it really feels like staying at a Japanese Hotel overseas—if you like that vibe, you’ll probably love it. There were a couple of moments where I thought “huh?” due to how their operating system works, but at this price it’s absolutely fine—honestly almost too cheap. The Shuttle Service to Osaka in the rain was also very helpful. At departure, I made a mistake and caused trouble for the courier staff member; I’m sorry about that. Thank you for taking care of me.

    This Hotel is a great place to relax and unwind, as always.

    It’s a bit far from the city center, but it’s a good place to relax, so I use it from time to time. However, this time I was surprised that BS TV channels were not available (no signal—I checked with the front desk and they confirmed they couldn’t be viewed). I believe they were available on my previous stay, so I’m not sure why. This is my first time experiencing this at a Hotel, and considering this brand, it was quite disappointing and makes me wonder whether I should continue staying here (I also couldn’t watch soccer or MLB because of the timing).

    View from the Window

    The view from the Room was wonderful. The cute New Tram trains in various colors were especially charming. The ocean view was also great. I booked without breakfast, but decided I wanted a proper buffet breakfast, so I made a Reservation the day before. It was delicious. The Hotel is some distance from Osaka Station, so the free shuttle bus was very helpful. However, there were quite a few families, and a child cried loudly from boarding to getting off, which gave me a headache. Parenting must be tough. Also, while the lobby is grand and impressive, I saw children running around. It may have been just by chance, but for someone who chose this Accommodation to relax, it was a bit disappointing.

    It was a very lovely Room.

    I stayed here to attend a concert at Kyocera Dome. It’s a bit far, so the access isn’t ideal, but the Room was spacious and lovely, and I was able to relax and enjoy the afterglow of the show. When I asked for ice, it was brought to me right away. The bus to Osaka Station was also very helpful. It was a little inconvenient that a Reservation can only be made at the front desk one hour in advance—I’d be happy if it could be arranged at check-in the day before. I checked in after the concert, and although it was a wonderful Room, my stay was short, so next time I’d like to take my time and relax in the Room more. It was very reasonably priced, so if I can stay again for around the same rate, it would definitely be one of my top choices for Osaka.

    Great value for money.

    I couldn’t get a Reservation during the Expo, so I booked this time as a second try. It was better than I expected. The gorgeous lobby, attentive service, and comfortable room were truly relaxing. The shuttle bus also made it convenient to get to USJ. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel with great views where you can relax and unwind

    The Shuttle Service from JR Osaka Station was convenient. As a Diamond member, I was happy to receive a Room upgrade. The view from the Room was beautiful, with sights such as the Tempozan Ferris wheel. I was satisfied with the luxurious Club Lounge and the wide variety of drinks and food. It was very comfortable because it was quiet on a weekday. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    Extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied!!!!

    Since it’s a bit away from Universal Studios and the city center, we decided to take it easy this time with a “hotel staycation” in mind, and booked a Multiple Night Stay here—somewhere I’d wanted to stay for a long time. These days, even on a Multiple Night Stay, daily linen service isn’t always provided everywhere, so we requested only what we needed—an extra bath towel and trash collection—and let them know when we would be out. Even so, the bed was made and the bath mat was replaced as well; it seems they cleaned the Room for us. It was also nice to be able to order room service (which has become less common lately), and with the staff’s attentive manner and fresh flowers displayed in the lobby, I could really feel that this is a top-class place in many little ways. If I had to mention anything, it was a bit hard to find the lobby from the parking lot, and having extra mugs replenished would have been helpful… There’s almost nothing nearby; there is a convenience store downstairs, but it’s only open until after 10 p.m., and while they still had stock that day, the selection didn’t seem very large. Still, none of that bothered us—we were comfortable enough that it didn’t matter at all. Some people may have mixed feelings about water dispensers, but they weren’t far from our Room (near the elevator hall), and since I wanted to drink plenty during our Multiple Night Stay, it was great for me. They even moved us to a larger Room because one was available—and since it actually happened to be my birthday too, we were able to spend an absolutely wonderful time here. I don’t usually choose one place as my regular Accommodation, but when I want that staycation feeling again, I’ve decided this is where I’ll come—without question!! It truly was such a happy time.     As always, we were able to relax and take our time. Above all, thank you to everyone on the staff—from the front desk and accommodation team to the restaurant and sports facilities—for your consistently warm and pleasant service. Although the Hotel has been open for many years, it is very well maintained and impeccably clean. Its solid, classic design gives a real sense of history, so every visit is comfortable and satisfying. We look forward to visiting again.
