    Although it was old,...

    Although it was old, it was a historically prestigious Hotel. The Room cleaning was thorough. I was pleased with the staff's friendly smiles. I wished there were a few more options in the breakfast menu and types of bread.

    The parking lot is a bit small.

    The Facility and services are impeccable, but the underground parking is narrow, which is unfortunate! I understand that renovation is difficult, but everything else was good.

    Lounge

    The Hotel itself was very clean, and the staff had a sense of professionalism, being very polite and pleasant. Although the bath was a unit, it was very spacious, and I could stretch my legs. The front desk didn't quite look like a front desk, which puzzled me. Haha. The lounge on that floor was a very relaxing space. However, the buffet at the dinner restaurant (maybe separate from the Hotel) was not very good. The room service in the morning was excellent. Thank you very much.

    Experience the Espacio Floor

    I like hotel stays and often visit hotels with club lounges, so I was interested in the Espacio Lounge and decided to stay. The Espacio Lounge was spacious and comfortable, which was great. Thank you for accommodating the IKYU Diamond benefits as well. However, I noticed after returning that there should have been a turndown service as a benefit of the Espacio Floor, but it was not provided, and I would like to know why. Overall, I am satisfied.

    It used to be a luxury hotel.

    I use this hotel every year because of its convenient access to the subway. The bedding, front desk furnishings, and some of the front desk staff give a sense that it used to be a luxury hotel. If you think of it as a slightly spacious business hotel, there are no complaints, but considering it as a four-star hotel, it feels a bit off.

    I am satisfied!

    Once again, I had a satisfying stay. The bright and courteous service of the bell staff at the entrance makes me feel comfortable. The room is well-cleaned, allowing for a comfortable time. I feel a sense of newness that does not lose to tradition.

    Espacio

    I had work at a tourist hotel and decided to try Espacio. I wanted to enjoy afternoon tea with a cake stand in the lounge, so I approached the staff, but they responded in a disinterested manner, which was disappointing as I wanted to enjoy my tea in an elegant mood. The food in the lounge wasn't bad, but the champagne and wine were not chilled, which ruined the experience. I have high expectations for the Espacio brand, so please do your best.

    The rooms are as good as ever.

    I like it and stay every two months. The content, variety, and replenishment of the lounge items were more modest compared to before. There seemed to be a slight shortage of staff, and I thought hotel management must be challenging. It's thanks to the company's efforts that we can stay like this, and I'm grateful for that. I was quite surprised to see people drinking to the point of getting drunk in the lounge and others stacking multiple soup bowls like wanko soba during breakfast. The room is as satisfying as always. I like the feel of the pajamas and sheets. The restroom is spacious with shelves. There are plenty of places to hang towels. The bathtub is slightly deeper in the Japanese style. Welcome sweets. These are my favorites. I was pleased to find decaf capsules in the coffee machine upon closer inspection. I think having two types of decaf in the lounge's coffee machine is a unique consideration. Thank you. Thinking about the environment, I didn't use the bath towel and managed with three face towels. I always bring my own amenities and slippers to be environmentally conscious. From now on, further understanding from the guests and ingenuity from the hotel may be necessary.

    I think it's a good hotel.

    The hotel was more luxurious and clean than I had imagined from the accommodation fee and exterior, with staff present everywhere, ready to assist immediately, making for a generally pleasant stay. I felt it was worth more than the accommodation fee. I appreciated that it didn't take long to adjust the temperature and water pressure of the shower, and plenty of water at a comfortable temperature was available quickly. However, for a hotel of this class, amenities like lotion, cleansing products, and serums are usually provided, but there were none, and the shampoo and body soap were in installed bottles. There was no service to guide us to our room at check-in, which was a bit strange but not particularly dissatisfying. What was slightly unpleasant was when I asked for directions to Misonoza during check-in, the front desk staff seemed annoyed and said they would have the bell staff guide me, calling them over. The bell staff handed a map to the front desk staff saying, "Please," and the front desk staff replied, "I'm alone right now. I'm busy with preparations. Please have the bell staff guide you," to which the bell staff, with a surprised expression, guided me while looking at the map in another location. Witnessing such an exchange, no matter how impressive the facilities are, and even if the staff always smile and use perfect polite language, I felt there was no hospitality. However, not all hotel staff were like this. There were many staff members who exuded hospitality.

    It was wonderful!

    I decided to enjoy a hotel stay in Nagoya and booked this place. The afternoon tea in the karaoke room was enjoyable, and the room I stayed in, as well as the lobby and lounge, had a classical interior which was very nice. As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff greeted me, and since I usually stay at business or casual hotels, I felt a sense of hospitality when they carried my luggage to the room. The best part was the lounge. It was nice to leisurely read books, and I appreciated being able to have drinks at any time, even late at night. I was able to fulfill my purpose of enjoying a hotel stay. At the breakfast venue, the staff were wearing masks, which reassured me that they were taking proper infection control measures. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    Clean and responsive.

    I heard it was a long-established hotel in Nagoya, but it was very clean down to the details. The hotel staff were all kind and provided good service. We had dinner at the tempura specialty restaurant inside the hotel, and it was excellent. The breakfast was fairly ordinary. It is close to Fushimi subway station. I would like to stay again.
