I stayed for the Osaka Expo. I chose a room with a focus on the view, and my wife and daughter were very pleased. As we arrived late, we opted for room service for dinner. The food arrived very quickly after ordering, was incredibly delicious, and left us highly satisfied. The staff provided thoughtful service—thank you very much. Two instances stood out: one was when they prepared extra plates for room service without us requesting them; the other was during breakfast when I temporarily misplaced the paper with our room number (later found), and they kindly checked our room number using the key card.
