ที่พักสไตล์คลาสสิกใจกลางเมือง ให้บรรยากาศเหมือนทาวน์เฮาส์ในอังกฤษ

This was my first time staying here. A long time ago, I stayed at a Hotel in the same group in Kobe, and I had a great impression then, which is what ultimately made me choose this one. Just as I remembered, both the interior and exterior of the Hotel have a classic, elegant, and charming atmosphere—I felt excited the moment I walked in! The staff at the front desk guided me politely, and I was able to check in comfortably. I also really appreciated receiving chilled hand towels, salt tablets, and cold drinks right after check-in. The Room was well stocked with a coffee machine and plenty of bottled water, and I could relax quietly and take my time. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet had even more variety than I expected! I went at the earliest time slot, but it was quieter than I thought it would be, so I could enjoy my meal in a calm setting. Personally, the mini baguettes and croissants in the bread section were delicious, as was the omelet made right in front of me. There were also soft-serve ice cream and a semi-automatic pancake machine—breakfast was truly fun. They even offered a service where you can take coffee back to your Room after your meal, which made my morning feel perfect. Since I had a late check-out Plan, it was great to relax in the Room even after eating until I was full! The staff were very kind as well—the service was so good that it honestly made me question whether the price was correct. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay! If I have another opportunity, I would definitely love to visit again.

โรงแรมใกล้สถานีอากาซากะ เดินประมาณ 4 นาที โรงแรมแห่งอนาคตที่พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องตามยุคสมัยและความต้องการ

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!
