Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

It was very convenient, with access directly from the 2nd floor of NEWoMan Yokohama at Yokohama Station. The Hotel was new and clean, and the Room was very comfortable, so I had a great time with friends I hadn’t seen in a while. The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept soundly. I had breakfast at the Hotel the next morning and was very satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a Hotel near Yokohama Station.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

The man at the front desk was cheerful and had a wonderful smile. His explanations were easy to understand. The Room was clean and more spacious than I expected, so I could relax. The bath has a small changing area and washing space, but you can reserve it for private use, and the bathtub is large so you can soak and unwind. Even though it was inexpensive and I didn’t expect much, this was a Hotel I was truly very satisfied with.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful to have enjoyed a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to leave a message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. In my past stays I have been assigned Room 804 or Room 604. In both rooms, the air-conditioning cooling temperature is limited to 23°C. This may not be an issue in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops and the cooling at 23°C was not very effective, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep. I understand the intention to reduce utility costs by narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting outdoor unit output; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I believe it should be reconsidered. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could set the temperature down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set as low as 20°C. Next, regarding the TV: in every room I stayed in, Channel 5 (TV Asahi) does not appear on the program guide display, which is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could change the settings as soon as possible. I apologize for raising such detailed points like a nagging critic; aside from these matters there are many excellent aspects of your property. As I would like to continue staying with you in the future, these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

I stayed here once last year as well. This time, I stayed again to attend the same event in Shibuya. Minatomirai Line Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation—I didn’t realize it before (lol). Last time I kept going back and forth to Sakuragicho Station. This time I used it properly. With the direct express, it’s about 45 minutes? I got back before 11 p.m., and since it’s close from the station exit, I felt safe. Thank you for assigning me a higher-floor Room. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a good price, which really helped. The bathroom area and the Room were both clean, and the service was great—the female front desk staff were very pleasant. I’d definitely like to stay again.

It was a reunion with colleagues from my first job after 30 years. We enjoyed the beautiful night view, and in the morning we woke up to the sunrise over the sea. The half-board dinner was delicious, featuring plenty of fresh vegetables—perfect for women—and there was a great variety of desserts, which felt like an excellent value. For breakfast, they also had whitebait with grated daikon and grated yam, so even though we kept saying it was healthy, we ended up eating too much. Thank you very much. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

I stayed here for a hospital visit and a temporary move away from home. I plan to return in a few years, so I will continue visiting the same clinic. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, the subway, and JR lines. The night view was amazing—I could see cruise ships at Osanbashi Pier and the Red Brick Warehouse nearby, making for a wonderful evening. I will stay here again on my next hospital visit. I only interacted with staff at the front desk, but their service was very satisfying.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. Conveniently located within walking distance of both JR Sakuragicho Station and Keikyu Hinodecho Station, with easy access from Shinkansen stations and Haneda Airport. There are plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The Hotel Room is small but clean, and amenities are well stocked, including shampoo, basic skincare items, and pajamas. Complimentary drinking water and ice cream bars are also a nice touch. I was slightly bothered by the sound of trains running until around midnight, but considering the location and services, it’s a minor issue.

Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel.
