Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

I’m the type who tends to notice stains or dust when staying at a Hotel, and if it’s bad I sometimes end up cleaning myself, but this time I didn’t even think about that—in fact, it was so clean I was genuinely impressed. The bed was spacious with just the right firmness, and there were so many amenities that I found myself thinking, “Is it really okay to take even this?” It was a Multiple Night Stay, and I honestly wished I could have spent more time in the Hotel instead of going out. I was able to check out on the TV screen at the end, but maybe many guests don’t notice? As for the Room key, there was a return box by the entrance/exit, but the TV screen said to leave it on the table in the Room, so I wasn’t sure which option was preferred.

The man at the front desk was cheerful and had a wonderful smile. His explanations were easy to understand. The Room was clean and more spacious than I expected, so I could relax. The bath has a small changing area and washing space, but you can reserve it for private use, and the bathtub is large so you can soak and unwind. Even though it was inexpensive and I didn’t expect much, this was a Hotel I was truly very satisfied with.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

The Room felt very clean and featured calm tones with a Scandinavian-style yellow accent, making it easy to truly relax. The shower and hair dryer were the latest ReFa models. I stayed alone, but the bed was spacious and the pillows were fluffy—I slept soundly. Because the bed takes up much of the space, there’s little room beyond a table and mini sofa, so opening a large suitcase was only really possible near the entrance door, which was a bit challenging—but overall I was very satisfied. The elevator only operates when you hold up your key card, which also felt reassuring from a security standpoint.

There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.

Great location close to the station, and all Facility were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Despite being in a prime location right in the heart of Minato Mirai, we were able to stay at the very affordable rate of 33,148 yen for 2 guests for 2 nights with breakfast included. We were given a Room with a wonderful view, and since it was our honeymoon, it became a great memory. Thank you very much.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed in an ocean-view Room as a family of three. The Room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The unit bath was also spacious. The Hotel was quiet throughout and felt luxurious. The view faced the sea, and at night the lights of the Bay Bridge and yakatabune boats were soothing. The next morning, a stunning orange sunrise rose directly in front of our window, with a sparkling orange line across the surface of the water. We’d love to stay again on a fireworks day. Amazing!

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. Conveniently located within walking distance of both JR Sakuragicho Station and Keikyu Hinodecho Station, with easy access from Shinkansen stations and Haneda Airport. There are plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The Hotel Room is small but clean, and amenities are well stocked, including shampoo, basic skincare items, and pajamas. Complimentary drinking water and ice cream bars are also a nice touch. I was slightly bothered by the sound of trains running until around midnight, but considering the location and services, it’s a minor issue.

Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel.
