The hot water, meals, Room, and all the staff were wonderful. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

A family trip with two families to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and my nephew’s birthday. The surprise cake at dinner made it a wonderful family memory. They also accommodated our food allergies, so we could enjoy the delicious meals with peace of mind. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality.

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back from visiting Ise Grand Shrine. It’s within walking distance from the station, and I was able to check in smoothly with no stress. The building is undeniably old, but the Room was kept clean. The meals were very delicious. The local specialty, Atami-ni, was truly outstanding. It’s also nice that you can choose your dried fish at breakfast. Many of the staff are from overseas, but their hard work comes through, so there’s no stress. The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature and felt great. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

I was able to fully relax and heal my exhausted body after caregiving. Thank you for taking care of me. I felt the food was a little strongly seasoned, but I finished everything! It was a very good rest. I look forward to staying with you again.

All the Hotel staff were very kind, and we were very satisfied. The breakfast restaurant, Onsen, gym, lounge, front desk, and elevators all had plenty of space and never felt crowded, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and luxurious stay.

Both the Room and the bath, as well as the meals, were excellent. The service was attentive. I was able to spend a relaxing and luxurious time. If I may mention one thing, a razor was provided, but it was not very sharp, and there was no shaving foam. I tried substituting another soap, but it did not work well and I ended up cutting my face.

We visited on a family trip! We travel a few times a year, and this was our first time in Atami and at RISONARE. We were excited for days beforehand, full of anticipation. The Room met our expectations, and the activities made it a very satisfying trip. The only disappointment was the layout of the buffet venue “Mogumogu.” Since we were in Atami, we had hoped to enjoy the night view at dinner and the scenery at breakfast, but we were seated in a tucked-away area where we couldn’t really feel the views, which lowered our excitement. Of course, there were seats where you could enjoy the scenery, but we couldn’t choose them and were guided to a pre-assigned area. While this makes seating smooth, I would love to see improvements so that guests can dine while enjoying Atami’s wonderful views from every table through a layout change. Other than that, everything was perfect—the Room was spacious and relaxing, and the staff were kind. It was a Hotel with very high satisfaction overall. Our grandchild also loved it, and we’re hoping to visit again around autumn. Thank you very much for this stay.

In any case, we were able to spend a truly satisfying time. The staff’s warm welcome left a wonderful impression and felt like the perfect start to an amazing stay. The view from the front desk was beautiful, and both the Room and the bath were great. The meals were delicious, and above all, the scenery while dining was breathtaking—absolutely fantastic. By chance, there was also a fireworks festival that day, and we could even watch it from our Room terrace. It had been a long time since we traveled as a family, and we thought it would be enough just to relax at our own pace—but we ended up having an even more wonderful time than expected. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

The bath in the Room is outstanding. I soaked in the rich, concentrated Onsen water from the natural spring—so generously flowing it felt almost wasteful—and took the in-room bath again and again, letting it seep into my body. I really felt its effects. The next day, after checking out, I visited an art museum and got home around 2:30 p.m. Maybe it was the Onsen’s benefits, but I fell into a deep sleep from about 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., then took a bath, ate only some watermelon, and slept soundly again until morning. I truly felt refreshed. The Room is spacious with an amazing view, and everything is excellent—from the impeccable Facility and attentive service to the great meals. Because a typhoon was coming this time, there are only two photos from this visit; the third photo onward is from my New Year’s stay.

We stayed for one night on July 4–5. This time, six of us (three couples in our 70s) stayed in three Rooms, each with a private open-air bath. To be honest, two of my friends’ husbands have never wanted to use large public baths on our past trips. So this time we splurged on Rooms with open-air baths—and those husbands were thrilled and apparently bathed many times. Everyone agreed it was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and clear, and the foreign staff member who assisted with meals spoke Japanese very well. We even had a bit of personal conversation, and they answered earnestly, making mealtime very enjoyable. Of course, the food itself was also outstanding: many small dishes and a wide variety of carefully prepared items—again, everyone was completely satisfied. At checkout we passed several housekeeping staff members, and every one of them greeted us properly, so we left feeling great. It was quiet, with only the sound of the nearby river; I almost fell asleep in the open-air bath. The price didn’t feel expensive at all. This turned into a long Review, but there’s no doubt we’ll want to come again.

We stayed for one night starting on 7/29! It was just my son and me, and right after we arrived there were kid-friendly activities prepared—shaved ice and stencil-cutting—so we really enjoyed them together. After that we moved to our Room, and both of us were impressed by how spacious and clean it was. We didn’t use the Onsen in the Room, but the semi-private open-air bath felt almost like having it to ourselves, so I ended up going in three times during our stay (lol). After arriving, we took our time relaxing while visiting the different lounges. Dinner had slightly different menus for adults and children, but they were mostly the same, which made my son very happy. All drinks in the Room were included in the price as well, so we enjoyed a relaxed evening drink together with the provided beer and juice. Breakfast had an amazing variety of sides to go with rice—I could have eaten endless bowls. It was also great that refills of miso soup were available. Since it’s located up in the mountains, the view is incredible. This was our last day after traveling around various Hotels, and we had such a wonderful time that I genuinely felt sad to leave. The staff were also exceptionally polite and attentive—truly excellent service. Next time I’d like to come back with my wife.

Despite the inconvenience, you kindly provided Shuttle Service for one member of our family. Thank you as well for preparing such a wonderful Room for us. Both breakfast and dinner were carefully prepared and delicious. Thank you to the proprietress and all the staff for your kindness. We would love to stay again.

This was my second stay this year, and I visited with my mother. My mother is nearing her 88th birthday, but she still has a great appetite and finished everything, even having seconds from the rice tub. I visited long ago with my mother and grandmother as well, so I feel truly happy to have an Accommodation we can return to across three generations—my grandmother, my mother, and me. Unfortunately it rained this time, but thanks to that the signature stones and garden trees were gently wet, letting us enjoy a different kind of beautiful scenery than usual. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. We stayed on the 10th Anniversary Plan. It was a great deal, with a bottle of red wine in the Room and checkout extended until 11:00—such a good value. The welcome drink and snacks were also excellent! They even made iced coffee when we asked. The meal portions were just right for us, but big eaters might find it a little small. I wonder if refills of inari sushi were available? The roast beef was outstanding! The Crêpes Suzette had a wonderful orange aroma, and the performance was great too. The staff member prepared it with a lovely smile, but I did worry whether she might get burned. Maybe that’s why the dining area is kept slightly dim—because of this performance. Our Room was a twin, but it was different from the twin shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing (I thought it would have beds on wooden flooring rather than carpet). The wallpaper design was quite bold. The sofa was on the small side, and we felt an ottoman or an extra chair would have made it more comfortable to relax. Middle-aged couples don’t really sit pressed together (haha). The bath area was compact but very nice. We appreciated the thoughtful service of tea and ice cream as well! However, perhaps to prevent steam from building up, the door leading to the open-air bath area was always left open—so I wondered whether insects might come in… and sure enough, we ran into one (a stink bug?). I really hate bugs, so my heart was pounding. That part was quite disappointing. I’ve mentioned various things, but overall it was a wonderful Accommodation where we truly felt their hospitality. Thank you very much.

The Room with an open-air bath was very comfortable, and it was great to be able to enjoy the Onsen without worrying about time. It was a weekday and not very crowded, but I felt this Accommodation may often host groups (a few people). Since I wanted a quiet stay, the “Jurakudai” guest room with an open-air bath was just right. I heard that “Izu Shrine” is nearby, so we decided to stop by on our way back. When I accidentally started walking in the wrong direction after leaving the Hotel, a front desk staff member actually came out from inside the Hotel to show me the correct way. It made me feel that this Hotel truly values its guests.

This Accommodation made me wish I could have extended my stay if I hadn’t had work the next day. From the parking guidance on arrival through to check-out, we received warm and pleasant hospitality. As it is a Ryokan with only a few Rooms, it felt very private, and we hardly ever shared the Onsen with other guests. It was a wonderful escape from everyday life and left us feeling refreshed. We would love to visit again.

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The Room and meals were even better than they looked in the photos. The support, including help with preparing a surprise, was perfect, and she was very happy. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

This was our second stay at a Hiramatsu Accommodation, and we were able to relax and unwind. As always, the staff’s service level is exceptionally high. It was our first time staying in Atami, and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, so many staff members welcomed us that we were genuinely moved—I still don’t know how they knew exactly when we would arrive. We weren’t asked about checkout or taxi arrangements until the next morning, so we could take our time without feeling rushed. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay again.
