Thank you for taking care of us for two nights and three days. I have stayed in many places around Japan, but this is the first time I’ve written a Review. It was a wonderful stay, and although I didn’t have time to properly express my thanks in person, I’d like to do so here. Work has been very busy lately, and this time I came hoping to “just relax,” and this Accommodation was exactly what I was looking for. From our Room we could look out over the sea at Matsushima, and without having to leave the Accommodation much at all, we were able to spend slow, luxurious time simply gazing at the ocean. The cheerful and courteous service from the staff in charge of our Room left a strong impression on me, and thanks to them we felt comfortable throughout our stay. At the dining venue as well, they casually checked in with us—“Are you cold?”—and even someone like me who gets cold easily was able to relax comfortably. The tea sweets provided were delicious, and the bath was extremely soothing. After bathing, it’s also a fond memory that I could unwind by reading while enjoying cold tea at “Salon Kura.” Every meal was truly delicious. In particular, the anago (conger eel) takikomi rice really stayed with me. We were told that any leftovers could be made into rice balls, but it was so easy to eat that we kept reaching for more with our chopsticks and finished it all. My partner seems especially impressed by the Sendai Kuroge Wagyu steak. Being able to grill sasa-kamaboko at breakfast also made me happy—it felt uniquely Miyagi. Even when we were leaving, you prepared sightseeing maps and gourmet information for us as well, and we felt your warm thoughtfulness right until the end. It was a truly lovely Accommodation where you can take your time enjoying both Matsushima’s scenery and how comfortable everything feels on-site. It ended up being a stay that refreshed both body and mind. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much for everything during our stay.

This is a compact Accommodation. While the building has some age, it is kept very clean, and its compact size makes it easy to access the baths and dining area, making for a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the first floor, but the view was outstanding—true to the Accommodation’s name, it was a spectacular panorama! The baths were my favorite type—an alkaline spring with a silky feel—and the view from the open-air bath was also breathtaking. For dinner we chose the “Bliss Course,” and that was absolutely the right choice: a wonderful meal packed with Sendai’s flavors. The Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on magnolia leaves was tender and generous in portion, and the miso seasoning was exceptional. The beef tongue was also thick and tender; we had planned to eat beef tongue again the next day, but dinner left us completely satisfied, so our whole family agreed we didn’t need to—and we were able to keep our expenses down as well. The seafood and sashimi were delicious too; even the scallops were thick, and everything we tried was satisfying. Breakfast also included hot pot dishes and sashimi—almost like a light version of an inn-style dinner—and we left completely full. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

The meals were truly delicious—we were absolutely delighted! The view from the Room was also wonderful. All of the staff were very kind, and we felt completely refreshed. This time, we stayed with my daughter and her friend’s family, but next time we’d love to visit with our whole family. Thank you very much!!

We stayed for two nights in the “Ocean-side / Two Types of Japanese-Western Room.” It felt like the first time in a while that I’d stayed at a truly 100/100 Hotel. [Location] We explored the town thoroughly and even visited a recommended café with a view overlooking the town from the mountains, but the Matsushima view from our room at this Hotel was more beautiful than from any sightseeing spot! [Dining] For dinner, we chose the kaiseki-style course at the restaurant—and it was absolutely the right choice!! Every dish was exquisitely seasoned; I felt it was on par with what you’d get at a top-class traditional restaurant. Breakfast also offered a well-balanced selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each item was deliciously prepared. If everything is this consistently good, I couldn’t help thinking that the executive chef must be exceptional. [Staff] Everyone’s service was wonderful. In particular, Mr./Ms. S, who took care of us at dinner on the first night, not only explained each dish but also gave us sightseeing tips. The next day we followed those recommendations and were able to visit all of the main attractions very smoothly. Mr./Ms. S, thank you very much. The weather wasn’t great that day and the sky over Matsushima looked gloomy (I’ve attached a photo taken from inside during a brief sunny spell on day two), but because we were so satisfied with this Hotel, it still turned into a truly lovely trip. Thank you to everyone at the Hotel.

Three adults (a family) stayed here, and we all felt we would like to return. It was about a 15-minute walk uphill from the station by train, with sidewalks, so we could take our time and enjoy the scenery. With around 20 Rooms, the atmosphere was calm, and there were many guests in their 50s and older on the day we stayed. From check-in at 3:00 PM, we were able to relax while enjoying beer and snacks. We’d like to make an excuse to visit Sendai again and stay here.

We stayed as a family. We really appreciated being able to freely enjoy the welcome drinks and snacks, video games, massage chairs, and more without it feeling overcrowded. The table tennis and darts were also available 24 hours whenever they were open, and since no Reservation was required, it was easy to join in and we enjoyed them many times. It was also nice to have services like cooling sheets and face masks, and we were happy to find a ReFa hair dryer as well. Dinner was delicious—the half buffet and seafood barbecue were so good, with more than enough food. In the morning there was limited-time seafood that we could make into a rice bowl, plus the famous fried oysters, fruit, sweets—everything was excellent and we were extremely satisfied. The Room was lovely and comfortable, and this is a Hotel we would like to stay at again. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable and fun trip. Thank you very much.

Great location. There are restaurants, a convenience store, and a supermarket nearby. Ishinomaki is close, so we had dinner there. The staff’s service is excellent. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options; the vegetables were fresh and delicious. The bathroom is small, and if you have a larger build your elbows or legs may bump the walls, but it wasn’t too inconvenient. There was a stain on the sheets that wouldn’t come out, and the towels were so worn they had holes, but this seems like an effort to keep costs down. You can clearly hear voices from the neighboring Room and from people talking while walking in the hallway. If asked whether I would stay again, I would—this is a Hotel I’d like to use again.

This was my first stay at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and I was truly able to relax both in time and in mind. It was wonderful to enjoy views of the beautiful garden and Matsushima from the Room. The bath was a comfortable size, and it was unusual (and convenient) that it was on an upper floor, so I went in many times. The meals were genuinely delicious just as the Reviews said—I wanted to eat everything—but waiting in line a little helped prevent overeating, and I found it enjoyable to watch everything being prepared while looking forward to it. Above all, I felt that one reason it became such a luxurious experience was that all the staff provided service efficiently, with smiles and a calm sense of ease. The lounge at night also had a lovely atmosphere, and we were able to relax and talk as a couple, which was great. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and I was truly impressed that the air conditioner had already been turned on when I entered the Room. Booking with breakfast was absolutely the right choice—it was delicious. I will make a Reservation again if I have another business trip.

I suddenly felt like visiting Matsushima and started looking for Accommodation, but everywhere was pricey. The more affordable places had reviews that were, well, what you’d expect… Since my stay was short, I thought I didn’t need to do much sightseeing—then I found this place. A “Room assigned on arrival” Plan with crab at this price? Is that really okay? I arrived feeling both excited and a bit anxious, but it exceeded my expectations by far. The staff were wonderful, and even though it’s a two-story building, there’s an elevator. When I got to my Room (by chance), it was a twin room with double beds. Spacious! Clean! Beautiful! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff’s attentive check-ins were also appreciated. I finished all the crab without thinking about anything else. I noticed a framed certificate on the wall—it wasn’t quite a standard chef’s license… Turns out they’re actually an instructor who trains chefs. No wonder everything tasted so good… In the large public bath, I ended up chatting with other guests about how great this Accommodation is. If there’s one thing I’d like to mention: The small stones laid in the reclining bath area of the large public bath have come loose, and it hurt when I stepped on them—please improve this before my next visit.

It was a very satisfying one-night stay. The buffet was great, and I was very satisfied with the reasonable rate for the Room. The view was nice, the building is large, and overall it was very good. However, I tried to pay the Hot Spring Tax for two Rooms as instructed (“Welcome drink available free of charge”), but after tapping the tag and hearing the beep, it immediately moved to the payment screen. I then tapped the second Room’s tag and heard another beep, so I paid by card and thought everything was fine—but later found out that the Hot Spring Tax for the second Room had not been completed. Not realizing this was somewhat disappointing. The Room reserved on Yahoo Travel suited me perfectly...

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday. The meals, Room, and baths helped us unwind from everyday fatigue—if anything, I ended up enjoying myself the most. The ingredients and the care put into each one were outstanding. Everything was delicious. If I had to mention one facility-related point: after leaving the sauna in the large public bath, it would be even better if there were an option not only for a shower but also something like a hand bucket to pour cold water over yourself (even without a cold plunge pool). Above all, the staff were wonderful. Although this Accommodation has only just opened, everyone was highly experienced. We were truly impressed by the hospitality and attentive service. My parents love chatting and spoke to you a lot, but you responded kindly and thoughtfully. My parents were very happy as well. Thank you very much. We will definitely return.

We stayed as a group of four for a girls' gathering. The room was equipped with cooking utensils, allowing us to enjoy a seafood hot pot using local ingredients, which made for a delightful experience. The bathroom and the room were very clean and spacious, and even lying down on the deck was comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning. Everyone said, "We want to come back again!" making it a truly satisfying trip. Our main purpose was attending the Matsushima Air Base Air Festival, and with just under 25 minutes by car to the base, the convenience was perfect!

Located just steps from the JR railway station, the property offers a slightly retro charm and stunning sea views from the top floor on the 5th level. However, it is regrettable that payment methods are still limited to cash or credit card only.

I was able to stay in a quiet location and relax. The Facility was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed on a pet-friendly Plan for our dog’s first trip. The building with the pet Plan Rooms felt a bit old, but it was kept very clean and didn’t feel unpleasant at all. We really appreciated having pet amenities in the Room, such as a crate and a trash bin. Both dinner and breakfast were served as set meals, and everything was delicious. Our child, who usually doesn’t eat much, said it was tasty and ate heartily! The portions were more than enough—my big-eating husband was completely full and very satisfied. All of the staff were friendly, so we had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: at check-in, we didn’t receive an information sheet with details such as facility guidance, business hours, or meal times/locations. I wish there had been one (we couldn’t find the bath hours in the in-room information file either, so we had to go all the way to the bath area to check). Still, it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return—next time with our eldest child as well—and stay as a family of four plus our dog if we have another opportunity.

Although it was an older Hotel, the Room was spacious and very clean. The Onsen was great! My skin felt moisturized. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.
