The staff provided excellent service from start to finish, offering the highest level of hospitality. Thank you very much. Dinner featured fresh seafood, and the hot pot was rich in flavor, allowing us to fully enjoy the essence of Kyoto cuisine. The shirasu rice cooked in a

The Room is spacious and comfortable.

The Room, bathroom, and washroom were spotless. The toilet and bath are completely separate. The amenities were luxurious as well. Listening to the sound of the waves, we enjoyed an elegant moment. The sunset seen from the Room’s balcony is unforgettable. Truly a spectacular view! It was breathtakingly beautiful. I want to visit Awaji Island again just to stay at this Hotel!

We stayed with children, and it was a wonderful Hotel. All the staff were kind to our children, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The facilities were comfortable, and the view from our Room was great—we could all unwind and enjoy ourselves as a family. The food was delicious, and the staff service was attentive. This Accommodation is highly recommended for family trips. We would love to stay here again when traveling to the Noto area.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

We stayed as a family and were comfortable throughout our entire visit! The building feels a bit traditional, but the inside is bright, and we could sense thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, which made it very relaxing. All the staff were pleasant, and the Accommodation wa

We stayed here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. The Room was spacious, and it was great to be able to use two baths—one for day-use guests and one for overnight guests. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy to receive a birthday gift at the time dessert was served at dinner. We also enjoyed having a birthday party in the Room. Since we checked out at 7:15 a.m. to go to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, we would like to stay longer next time. Thank you very much.

Both my son and I were thrilled—it felt like 45 minutes flew by. The nighttime "World Heritage School" program offered rich content that changed daily—an excellent experience overall. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Although we missed out on the evening jungle tour this time

The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. The meals were also delicious. I was satisfied with the Hotel amenities and in-room facilities. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was busy because it was during the summer vacation season, but the bath was spacious, so it didn’t feel too crowded. The food was delicious, but I felt our table was a little far away. Overall, it was good!

This trip to Hokkaido was a sisters’ getaway for my older sister’s 70th birthday celebration. I requested a birthday message plate, and on the day you kindly prepared a private Room for us. The dessert message plate was wonderful as well! Dinner, including the grilled scallops, was absolutely delicious. I’ve been recommending to my friends that if they go to Otaru, they should definitely stay here. Thank you very much. The staff were so kind, and we really enjoyed talking with you. Thank you very much.

Right in front of the canal cruise boarding point. Right in front of the LeTAO shop. Located in the very heart of Otaru sightseeing, we also enjoyed seeing the Asuka III docked at the port—an excellent stay.

The food was high quality, and the service was excellent. The bath was very relaxing, and the Room was clean. Since we stayed on a weekday, it wasn’t very crowded. We would like to stay again.

I love this Hotel—being soothed by the familiar Japanese-style Room and the usual view of Lake Biwa. It was my first stay in two years, and various things had been simplified. Breakfast is very delicious, but there were so many guests that day that we were seated far away from the food. I think we waited over 20 minutes for the made-to-order omelet. Some foreign guests ended up leaving without waiting for their omelets. The smoothie, as always, was excellent. It was my first time seeing the planetarium, but I wondered if there were mites in the seats. After sitting for a while, both my spouse and I started itching on our arms and kept scratching. As with old movie theaters, I think pest control and insect prevention would be a good idea. As for the Room amenities, various items were provided in the washroom, but they were hard to see at a glance. This is one of my favorite Hotels, so I hope to see improvements in service going forward.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

Anyway, the meals were excellent. There was plenty of fresh fish, and the horaku-yaki I debated adding was also very delicious. The appetizers were varied and tasty, and the sea bream rice had a gentle seasoning and was great. Since I couldn’t finish it all, they made it into rice balls for me, which I enjoyed later as a late-night snack. Amazing value for money.

The bath exceeded my expectations! It was spacious, included an open-air bath, and the alternating schedule for men's and women's baths was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. Starting the day with vegetable sushi and Iwaizumi yogurt m

- Even in the restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the sea through the windows, which we were very happy with. - For dinner, we chose the delicious “Waka” kaiseki course. The portions were generous and everything tasted great—we really enjoyed it. As with

It was so lush and green that it hardly felt like Osaka, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

I stayed here with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking, and they kindly accommodated our inquiries and requests in advance. Both the room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was carefully prepared from start to finish, including dessert—everything was delicious, and we could have happily kept eating while looking out at the beautiful garden. All the staff were warm and very kind, and both my mother and I are truly grateful. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused, but we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
