We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son, and just as the title says, we truly had an incredibly satisfying 4-day, 3-night stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were lavish every time, with an amazing variety of dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious! Since it was the season for it, they prepared a daily lottery draw for children, and we could also enjoy fireworks in the Facility garden. We were especially grateful that they lent us a fireworks set and even collected the leftover fireworks afterward. Both the outdoor pool and the Onsen had areas designed for children, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were warm and friendly, chatting with us in a casual way—our son looked very happy too. This was an Accommodation we would definitely love to return to. Thank you so much!

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

With my husband away on Father’s Day, I planned a surprise Onsen trip a week early. I decided the day before, but luckily I was able to Reserve. The Room was very spacious for two, and my husband seemed pleased with the open view. The meals were also delicious. During dinner, we came across a beautiful sunset and watched it until it set. We also enjoyed table tennis and tried billiards for the first time, making our time after dinner just as fun. The night sky from the open-air bath was filled with shining stars—truly beautiful—and we were glad to have such great weather. With an 11:00 check-out the next day, we relaxed until it was time to leave, and we both felt refreshed and fulfilled. The surprise was a success! Next time, we’d like to visit as a family with our children who are currently living on their own. Thank you very much for everything.

This is a compact Accommodation. While the building has some age, it is kept very clean, and its compact size makes it easy to access the baths and dining area, making for a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the first floor, but the view was outstanding—true to the Accommodation’s name, it was a spectacular panorama! The baths were my favorite type—an alkaline spring with a silky feel—and the view from the open-air bath was also breathtaking. For dinner we chose the “Bliss Course,” and that was absolutely the right choice: a wonderful meal packed with Sendai’s flavors. The Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on magnolia leaves was tender and generous in portion, and the miso seasoning was exceptional. The beef tongue was also thick and tender; we had planned to eat beef tongue again the next day, but dinner left us completely satisfied, so our whole family agreed we didn’t need to—and we were able to keep our expenses down as well. The seafood and sashimi were delicious too; even the scallops were thick, and everything we tried was satisfying. Breakfast also included hot pot dishes and sashimi—almost like a light version of an inn-style dinner—and we left completely full. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

Perhaps because it was the rainy season, the glamping area was reserved exclusively for our group. It was our first time glamping, but it was comfortable with beds and air conditioning, and our child was thrilled. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet due to the small number of guests, but we were served an excellent individual breakfast. The kaiseki dinner was delicious, and we were also able to use a barbecue grill and enjoyed a light barbecue as well. Above all, everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive. We stayed for two nights, one in a Wide View Twin room and one in a Japanese-style room. The Wide View Twin was very spacious, and the Japanese-style room was also comfortably sized. The staff were kind and even recommended some local shops. We traveled without a car, but we had no problems.

We stayed for one night on a trip to visit Toba Aquarium. The view from the lounge just inside the entrance was truly breathtaking. The sea stretches beautifully to every corner of your sight, and your eyes are drawn to Mitsushima Island floating in the center. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious—we enjoyed as much as we could. This was my second stay, following last year. The calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel truly felt like “THE Ginza”! The Room was stylish yet functional, and I stayed in great comfort. In particular, the Tokyo night view—including Tokyo Tower—made me feel how wonderful it is to be in Ginza. And I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had been looking forward to; it exceeded my expectations. I was deeply moved that a staff member remembered my stay last year and spoke to me. Everyone on the Hotel team is kind, attentive, warm, and friendly. Seeing the younger staff work with bright eyes was beautiful, and it made for a soothing stay—my personal oasis in Tokyo.
