My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

I made a Reservation not for myself, but for a family trip for my uncle and other relatives. As they are elderly, we had detailed requests regarding Room assignments and meal arrangements, but you responded quickly and courteously to our emails in advance, and we were very satisfied. My uncle said it was a wonderful Ryokan—the food was delicious, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and being able to have a beer after the bath was the best part. I’m sure our large group caused some inconvenience in various ways, but thank you very much. If I have the chance to return home and travel myself, I would love to stay with you as well.

This was our second stay. The new Room had a private indoor bath, and we were truly satisfied. Dinner was French cuisine, and every dish prepared by the delightful chef was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. We would love to visit again.

We were able to relax in a retro yet well-kept Room. The main meal, especially the tuna, was truly outstanding, and everything—from the delicious dishes and local sake to the freshly cooked rice—was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy a lovely time. It was incredibly soothing. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Thanks to booking through IKYU, we received several perks, which we truly appreciated. The pool is all-weather, so we could play safely without worrying about sunburn or rain. While the Facility shows some age, it is a wonderful piece of architecture and has been carefully maintained, allowing us to stay comfortably. Through the activities, we were able to see our children full of energy—an ideal setting for a family trip.

The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was conveniently located relatively close to Kokura Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room was also clean. Breakfast was at 6:30, and since I checked out before 7:00, I couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

This was our first time staying here. I was a little surprised that the Hotel’s main entrance is accessed from beside Takubokutei, but once inside, a calm and welcoming atmosphere opened up, which I really appreciated. After taking the elevator up to the guest Room floor, I was first impressed by how spacious the elevator hall was. Then, upon entering the Room, I was even more surprised by its size and its refined, relaxing ambiance. We were able to unwind comfortably and had a very pleasant stay. As for the Onsen, we used Takubokutei’s bath on the first day and Kaikyo no Kaze’s bath the next morning. Takubokutei’s open-air bath felt wonderfully refreshing and open, but Kaikyo no Kaze’s large public bath was a serene space with just the right amount of natural light from outside, allowing us to relax at length—it quickly became my favorite. The seafood dishes were all delicious, and both my wife and I were very satisfied. Since it was buffet-style dining, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but both dinner and breakfast were high quality and exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Hakodate.

It was a very clean Business Hotel where we stayed as a parent and child. My child was happy and said they would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

When I unexpectedly couldn’t make it home and looked for a place near Kyoto Station, it was a huge help to find that check-in was available until 5:00 a.m. The single room in the main building is compact, but it has everything needed for a solo stay. The unit bath has been renovated and is clean, and the water pressure is more than sufficient. I felt comfortable staying here. I would gladly stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here with my two sons while traveling around Hiraizumi.\nThe welcome drinks were a self-serve free-drink setup where you could mix and match—beer, chilled sake, wine, various liqueurs, and more. In addition, the lobby corner was packed with nostalgic snacks, bar bites, shaved ice, ice cream, and other treats.\nThe large public bath included an open-air bath and was a decent size. I was disappointed there wasn’t a sauna.\nWe used a Room for up to four people with three of us, so it felt very spacious. However, it was an accessible care Room: one bed was a nursing-care bed, and there were ceiling rails leading all the way to the bathroom. I felt that guests using wheelchairs could stay here with peace of mind.\nOne disappointing point was that when we woke up in the morning, the bathroom light had dimmed to about nightlight level. It had been normal until bedtime, but I couldn’t find any adjustment button even after looking for one, which made getting ready in the morning a bit inconvenient.\nWe enjoyed all of the meals—dinner, the late-night snack (tantanmen), and breakfast.\nSince we live far away we may not stay at this Hotel again, but I would like to try other Kamenoi Hotels.

We stayed at Kasuikyo on our first trip to Fukui for my wife’s birthday. I was surprised to be warmly welcomed when we arrived by car. At check-in and during our meal, the proprietress even gave us a surprise gift, and we were truly grateful. The food was also excellent. The Room was very clean, and we stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. The view was wonderful as well. All of the staff were kind, and we would love to stay again.

My mother and I stayed here together in late April. We stayed in a beachfront Room with a wonderful ocean view. It was a lovely stay: we could hear the waves all day, woke up to the sound of the waves in the morning, and fell asleep peacefully to them at night. Hardly anyone came to the beach right in front of our Room, so we were able to enjoy private time. Occasionally other guests took photos around check-in/check-out times, but there were blinds, so we felt comfortable and at ease. We had both breakfast and dinner at 2waters. The healthy, delicious dishes made with local island ingredients were beautiful to look at as well, and enjoying them while looking out at the sea made the experience even more special. The souvenir shop at Ma-gun Plaza also had a stylish selection, different from what you find at airport shops, so we were able to buy great souvenirs. It was my first time visiting Amami Oshima, but experiencing Amami culture warmed my heart. All of the staff were very kind. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

The bath was, of course, outstanding, and since the Hotel is on a hill, the view was great and I could truly relax. The all-inclusive plan was also nice because it felt relatively unhurried (at another Hotel, I once saw people rushing to grab seats the moment it started, which put me off). The food went beyond the ordinary with thoughtful touches, so I enjoyed it with excitement. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very soothing. I’d love to stay again.

I stayed for one night for personal reasons. The Room was spacious enough for this class, with a large TV and a wide double bed, which made it easy to stretch while watching videos. I’m not very comfortable with in-room bathtubs, so I looked for a Hotel with a public bath. The women’s bath wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t crowded when I used it, so I could relax. It might be a bit difficult if it gets busy. I also like the amenity setup where you pick up what you need from the lobby—no waste. The staff were kind and pleasant, and overall I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good variety, so I could choose what I liked. I didn’t use it, but it’s also nice that alcohol is served during happy hour. If I come to Hamamatsu again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.
