This was my first stay. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. For dinner, I enjoyed Hida beef—the meat was delicious, and the fat had a pleasantly sweet flavor. The breakfast curry also contained plenty of Hida beef and was very tasty. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel.

Although I often stay in Kirishima Onsen, this was my first time in Hitoyoshi Onsen, so I chose a relatively new Accommodation. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and on the way home my companion and I kept saying, “We’re glad we picked this place.” First of all, the Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, so check-in felt comfortable and pleasant. Next, the baths: both the indoor bath and open-air bath are stone-built with deep tubs; the water was pleasantly hot and gentle on the skin—truly a “beauty bath” quality—and I was very satisfied. Meals were served for both breakfast and dinner using local ingredients in thoughtful detail; everything was delicious in just the right portions. When visiting Kumamoto I had been hoping for basashi (horse sashimi), but it wasn’t included in this Plan; it was available to order separately, so I enjoyed it that way. What helped us most was assistance with making Reservations for lunch the next day and for activity facilities, as well as answering detailed questions. They kindly accommodated our requests—such as “I want to eat seasonal salt-grilled ayu” and “I’d like to try pottery on a wheel”—all with a smile. Thank you also for seeing us off even in light rain without opening an umbrella. The salt-grilled ayu at the restaurant you recommended was excellent, and we each made pottery pieces (a plate, a bowl, and a beer glass). After firing them in the kiln, they will be glazed in our requested colors that same day and then shipped to our home once finished—we’re looking forward to receiving them. I would love to visit again; however, there is one disappointing point: there is only one Room type available for stays of two or more people, so I would appreciate more options. I enjoyed soaking in Zao Onsen’s strongly acidic, milky-white water with a distinct sulfur scent—this is what an Onsen should be like. Since it’s an old building, there are countless flaws if you start pointing them out, so I stayed while telling myself that’s just how it is. The staff work hard, but not at a level that truly impresses. The meals featured many local specialties and were good, but the rice—the most important part—was too firm at dinner and far too soft at breakfast. This Accommodation is recommended for those who love Onsen.

We stayed in two Rooms with a total of seven people—my daughter’s family and my son. We have stayed here before, and it remains a favorite because we can truly relax, and both dinner and breakfast are served in private dining rooms so we can enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace. The grandchildren enjoyed not only the Onsen but also the pool, and they even wrote in their summer vacation diary that they want to come again. The staff also left a very positive impression with their courteous service.

This was our last trip of the year. We were fully satisfied with this Ryokan in every way—the cuisine, the Onsen, and the kind hospitality of the staff. There was only one small issue, but it was addressed promptly. We would like to continue coming here in the future.

The bath was amazing! My skin felt so smooth afterward. I didn’t use it this time, but I heard the bath in the Room is also an Onsen. Being able to choose a yukata pattern was a lovely touch for women. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful in so many ways. They recommended Genbei River as a place to explore on the second day, and I ended up playing in the river for the first time in decades (lol). The nature there was incredibly refreshing. The meals were delicious, with more than enough food to finish. We made wonderful summer vacation memories. Thank you very much.

With its convenient location near the station and direct access via an underground passage, it was very easy to get around without getting wet even on rainy days. From the 7th-floor lobby, we could see the area around the station and distant mountain ranges, and the view was excellent. In the lobby, hot coffee and an apple vinegar drink were available at all times, and it was also very convenient that each floor had ice and a water dispenser. What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood rice bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and more. The dining staff were attentive as well, so there was none of the stress that can come with buffet-style dining; they made the trip feel even more special. The guest room had a combined bath-and-toilet unit bathroom without a separate washing area, but it was relatively spacious and I didn’t find it inconvenient. I previously stayed at another Hotel in this group in Tamachi, and I feel this group’s strengths are guest-focused service and breakfasts that exceed expectations. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

Every year, our family travels to Toba. This year, our son wanted to stay here, so we made a Reservation in advance. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and the service was excellent. The welcome drink service right after entering the lobby was also great! Having ocean views from every room is wonderful. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were very delicious! We ate too much... It was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath required an additional fee. Also, there were a few showers where temperature control didn’t work well, so I hope they can be fixed. Overall, this is a Hotel I would recommend. I’d like to stay again. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count, but this time I visited with my parents for my birthday trip. No matter when I come, the food is always satisfying, the Room is wonderful, and the Onsen leaves your skin silky smooth—nothing to complain about. Also, the light snacks in the annex lounge are exquisite, which makes me want to stay here again. They even celebrated my birthday, and it was a fantastic trip right to the end. This is an Accommodation that never disappoints no matter how many times I visit, so I’d like to keep coming back. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The bright, clean Room was in an Onsen town surrounded by soothing greenery, and we were able to relax and take our time. We stay at various Hotels, but our stay here was truly relaxing both physically and mentally. Time for healing is precious, and we felt it was thanks to the staff’s careful and attentive work. The bath was wonderful, and the meals were absolutely delicious. Thank you for a lovely time.

I stayed for four days starting July 13. -Front Desk Staff- First of all, my sincere thanks to everyone. Due to personal circumstances, I consulted in advance about arriving earlier than planned. You kindly offered thoughtful suggestions, and at check-in the information had been accurately shared and handled perfectly. You also saw me off pleasantly at check-out. -Location / Surroundings- An excellent location in the heart of the city—Teramachi-dori, Shinkyogoku Shopping Street, Rokkaku-dori, and Sanjo-dori. Very convenient for dining and all kinds of shopping. -Hotel- Although it is a very busy area with many visitors (including international travelers), once you step into the Hotel everything changes—there is a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The toilet and bath are completely separate. The bath is spacious and comfortable. The room is fully equipped with everything needed, including amenities. *Some amenities are available at the front desk In the North Building, the convenience store on the 1st floor is directly connected to the elevator. You can access it using your room key. -Sightseeing / Shopping- Shijo-Kawaramachi is about a 15-minute walk away. Thanks to the great location, various public transportation options are also close by for sightseeing and shopping. On the last day I checked out around 8:00 a.m. I headed to Kyoto Station from the Kawaramachi-dori bus stop about a 5-minute walk away; there were fewer passengers than expected, and I arrived in about 15 minutes. -Finally- I was disappointed that I couldn’t try your well-reviewed breakfast because I don’t eat much. It was during the Gion Festival (Yoiyama) period before the main parade—hot every day… no, very hot! (lol) But staying at such a wonderful Hotel made my time in Kyoto truly excellent. I look forward to visiting again next time. Thank you very much.

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

We stayed as a group of four—my elderly parents, my sibling, and me—who usually live apart. My parents were especially pleased with the heartfelt hospitality. The meals were excellent; I particularly enjoyed the dessert. We will visit again.

We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

Although it’s part of the Hyatt group, there’s no excessive service, which actually makes it more comfortable. You bring necessary items such as toner and bath towels to your room from in front of the 1st-floor front desk, and I support this effort to reduce unnecessary waste. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a coin-operated parking area along the local road on the annex side. When loading and unloading luggage from the car, it was helpful that there was little traffic. The disappointing part is the coffee service. I use it every year when I stay, but there always seems to be some kind of issue—such as the machine not working properly or running out of milk. Overseas guests also seemed confused about how to use it. It might be better to switch to a simpler machine like those at convenience stores. I also feel sorry for the front desk staff having to deal with problems with the machine.

We drove to the Accommodation by car. To be honest, we wondered if we were heading the right way, but then this hidden retreat suddenly appeared on a hilltop. First of all, the hostess and all the staff were truly kind, which made our stay wonderful. With only a few Rooms, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The food was carefully prepared and delicious as well. In summer, it’s perfect for swimming in the sea; in winter, for crab. It’s such a great Accommodation that you’ll want to come back again.

This is our favorite Accommodation, which we visit as a family about twice a year. The sunset views from the Room and the Onsen are wonderful, and above all, the meals are generous in portion and delicious! Some parts of the Facility show their age, but that also creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this Accommodation.

This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too. Fukuyama Castle as seen from the Room was wonderful both during the day and at night. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Japanese-style double Room with breakfast and dinner included. I also requested a pick-up from Yamagata Station. On the way back, I took the bus to Yamagata Station from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, just a few minutes’ walk away. I arrived early, but was able to leave my luggage and explore freely. The staff member who assisted me felt unexpectedly curt, which seemed different from the Reviews. The person who showed me to my Room also didn’t seem to notice a fairly large dead insect right by the door when it was opened. That was disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths. The entire building is covered with tatami mats and you take off your shoes, which feels great, and everything was well maintained. All staff were pleasant in both their service and greetings. Since the baths switch between men and women, you can use both areas; I enjoyed the warm feel of wood and traditional atmosphere. Some Reviews said it was small, but as a woman I didn’t find it cramped since there weren’t too many people using it at once. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I finished everything. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was truly excellent. There is a portable air conditioner in the Room (I think), but because its duct runs out through the window, the top of the window doesn’t close completely tight; I couldn’t help noticing that gap. I saw a similar setup in the lounge as well, so I assumed it’s installed as a measure against summer heat. There is no elevator—only stairs—which I actually liked very much. Around this time of year we could hear spring cicadas (maybe), which was soothing. From the entrance you can see a gentle slope leading down to the main road, along with steam rising from the Onsen—an impressive location. It’s a small but comfortable Accommodation with a warm atmosphere—thank you very much.

After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.
