I stayed here after a concert at the National Stadium. Although I wasn’t familiar with the area, it was very close to the station, and the Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The place was clean, and I felt comfortable staying there. Breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo. Thank you very much. (I didn’t use the Onsen, so I can’t comment on it.)

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

Thanks to an early-booking deal, we were able to stay in a newly renovated Room on the 10th floor, so we enjoyed a luxury Hotel feel at Business Hotel prices. The bed was spacious and there was also a dining table. There were two sinks—one separate vanity and another bowl sink in the unit—which was very convenient for the two of us (my sister and me). For breakfast we chose the Japanese set meal; everything, including the small side dishes, was delicious, and we could relax while looking out over the Shinano River. From how lively the restaurant and lobby were, it felt like a long-established Hotel loved by locals. The only downside is that there are limited spaces in the underground parking lot, and even including outdoor parking it is often used by non-guests as well, so depending on your arrival time you may have trouble finding an available spot.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. It is also conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Best of all, the food was excellent. Dinner was stylish and very delicious. Breakfast was also delicious. I will come again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night during an event at Makuhari Messe. While it isn’t the newest, it felt relaxing and comfortable, and stepping outside I could immediately enjoy the greenery of a nearby park. The Room was very clean, and I was completely satisfied. The shower had great water pressure, making my stay even more pleasant. Thank you very much!

Although we try to take a couples’ Onsen trip at least once a month, we were busy this month and couldn’t easily find time—so, as usual, it was a last-minute Reservation. We decided to stay nearby and chose Aoni Onsen for its excellent water quality. Luckily, there was a Room available at just the right time. Best of all, we could use the private bath in the building where we stayed free of charge, so my wife and I enjoyed it before heading to the large public bath. The water was great, everything was clean, and the view was wonderful. Dinner was served at the counter with attentive service for each dish while watching the kitchen at work. There was also an impressive lineup of well-known Akita sake—including Aramasa, which I used to drink almost every night. I thought it might shake my resolve since I had only recently quit drinking, but surprisingly it didn’t. With kind encouragement like “Why not just have a little?”—and with my wife unable to drink—I gratefully accepted their thoughtfulness while focusing on the meal. Since sake had always been part of every Onsen trip until now… I expected to feel lonely about it—but I didn’t at all (even though I used to be a certified sake sommelier). We truly enjoyed the Onsen.

Everything was stable and comfortable! Thank you for accommodating the changes as well. I was truly able to relax! I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It meets all the essential requirements I look for in a Hotel, so I’d like to give it full marks, but: Dinner is not served in the same venue as breakfast; it’s in a separate building. (You just move to the building right next door.) Isn’t the bath a bit small? It gets too crowded. (That said, it doesn’t seem especially small compared with other Route Inns, so it may just be that demand was underestimated.) So I’m deducting a few points. Still, these are minor issues if you keep them in mind, and I can definitely recommend it.

This is a very comfortable and pleasant Hotel. The Hotel is located right in the center of Old Karuizawa, within an easy and enjoyable walking distance for an early-morning breakfast. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, always with a smile. We were upgraded as there was availability, and they even let us check the Room before check-in. There are chairs along the corridor leading to the lobby, making it a nice spot to sit and relax. Thanks to everyone on the staff, we were able to enjoy a truly relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater. It’s not far from the nearest stations on the Rinkai Line or the private Yurikamome Line, and it’s right next to Ariake Garden, with an Onsen, theaters, and shopping. You can even get there from the Hotel without an umbrella on rainy days. I’ve never stayed at such a convenient Hotel before. The Hotel was also very clean, and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast is something you rarely find elsewhere. The staff were always smiling, and I’d definitely like to stay here again for my next concert. Tokyo Disneyland is also within about 30 minutes, which is great for families who want to split up and do different things.

Perhaps because it was the hot season, the Onsen was pleasantly uncrowded every time we went, which was wonderful! There were many types of baths, and we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. The Room felt a bit dated and small, but we only needed it for sleeping. The staff were kind, and when we left we even received a handwritten thank-you letter—it truly warmed our hearts. I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I’d been curious about this place ever since reading the manga “Ohitorisama Hotel,” and I stayed here for one night before my trip to Naoshima. The entire Hotel was very stylish, and the view from my Room terrace—overlooking the velodrome and the sea—was wonderful. There were no races that day, but it looked like I could catch a glimpse of athletes practicing during the daytime. The large public bath and sauna were also spotless, and the loungewear was so comfortable—I really liked it. I regret not buying it a little (lol). Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. There were lots of fun options you don’t usually see at typical Hotel buffets, such as marinated sea bream rice bowls, Tenshinhan (crab omelet over rice), clam chowder, and French toast, and I ended up eating too much. All of the staff were cheerful and kind. I was planning to take a taxi to Uno Port in the morning, but they kindly drove me there on their free shuttle bus, which was a huge help. Because of my schedule I couldn’t stay long enough and wish I’d had more time to enjoy everything, but I was very satisfied with this wonderful Hotel!

An open location along a park facing the sea. The twin rooms offer an ocean view, while the single rooms have a land-side view overlooking a warehouse district, which is not bad. Considering the price, meals and room amenities are reasonable, and having a large public bath is wonderful. It's within walking distance to EAS (iias), so shopping and dining are convenient, making it very comfortable for a cozy stay.

It was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. All the staff provided very courteous service. However, there was one issue: the cleaning was not thorough, and I found some hair left behind, so I rated the Room a 3. The location is also great, and I would like to stay here again.

Overall, this is an excellent Accommodation. I feel I received service that exceeded the price. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay.

Murakami Seiba Onsen, where we stayed this time, was a wonderful Onsen Accommodation that lets you fully enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Japan. What impressed me most was the sunset sinking into the Sea of Japan. As the colors of the sky and sea changed moment by moment, the sun slowly setting beyond the horizon was so beautiful I lost track of time watching it. The Onsen is also one of its biggest highlights. From the large public bath you can take in panoramic views of the Sea of Japan, and soaking at a relaxed pace while listening to the waves felt truly luxurious. The Accommodation is located just steps from the coast, making morning and evening walks a real pleasure. In the evening you can stroll while watching the sunset, and in the morning you can walk along the shore with a refreshing sea breeze—an especially soothing experience that only travel can offer.

I considered staying at my parents’ home while my mother was in the hospital, but it was too far from the hospital, so I looked for a good place nearby. The Reviews were positive, so I decided to stay here. This Hotel is also where my cousin held her wedding, so I’ve known it for a long time, but since it’s local to me I’d never had a reason to stay before. This was my first time staying here as I now live outside the prefecture, and it really was a great Hotel just as the Reviews said. Everything was very clean, and the bath was spacious and nice. All of the staff were polite and wonderful. The parking lot was also large and convenient. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. If anything, the only minor issue was that the washbasin area felt a bit small.

I had an issue at check-in and asked for advice. At first, I was told it might be difficult, but after listening carefully, they kindly accommodated my request. I’m truly very grateful. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, perhaps because I’m not used to course dinners, there were a few items in the dinner course that didn’t suit my taste.
