I often stay at international Hotels these days and usually come home impressed wherever I go, but this place was in a class of its own. Since the Hotel has only recently opened, it’s natural that the Facilities are spotless, but the hospitality was truly outstanding—really! My friend and I even promised we would definitely come back. Breakfast at Gion Kawakami and the rooftop bar were both excellent as well. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

From the moment we were picked up, the hospitality had already begun. We were completely satisfied with everything—from the guidance along the way to the warm welcome after arrival. Of course, we also enjoyed delicious meals. In the morning, we woke up to a ship’s whistle. The ever-changing view of the tides was truly soothing. We would love to visit again in another season.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

The Room, the meals, and the staff—everything was simply wonderful. The open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was amazing. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast while looking out at the ocean from our Room was lovely. Since it’s all-inclusive, we were able to relax in our Room and take it easy while ordering room service. Above all, we were most impressed by the attentive service from the staff. We would definitely love to visit again.

From the welcoming staff to the front desk team, Room guidance, and dining staff, everyone was courteous and made us feel truly comfortable. The Room was clean, and both the indoor bath and open-air bath were very relaxing. Each dish was beautifully prepared—from seasoning to presentation—and everything was delicious. Thank you for giving us such a soothing time on this trip with friends. Next time, we would love to visit again with our family.

We stayed at the Hotel during a trip to Okinawa that coincided with a wedding, as my husband also used it to play golf with his family. Since I don’t play golf, I spent time sightseeing nearby instead. Because of that, my husband and I checked in separately, but when I left my luggage before check-in, the staff seemed to remember me and welcomed me back with “Welcome home,” then kindly escorted me all the way to our Room. On departure, they even surprised us by attaching a tag with a handwritten message to our luggage. Not only the front desk team, but everyone at the pool, restaurants, and bar provided warm service full of hospitality—I was impressed throughout our stay. The Room was very clean, the location was great, and it felt truly comfortable. In addition to L’OCCITANE amenities, we also appreciated the original amenity pouch and tumbler—such thoughtful touches. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. Even though I don’t play golf myself, I would love to visit this Hotel again for its beautiful ocean views and outstanding hospitality.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. With the various activities and private baths, we had so much fun we lost track of time! Meals were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. They even prepared a mini cake for my friend’s birthday surprise, which made it a wonderful memory. I also appreciated that the special one-plate-per-person menu was different on the first and second days. Overall, there were many families among the guests. There were lots of games and activities for young children, and we often saw staff casually chatting with them. Even in the dining area and at the Onsen, everything was thoughtfully arranged for guests with children—so it made perfect sense that so many families choose this place. The staff were kind and friendly, and their warm service truly impressed me. I’d love to stay again!

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed during a snowy season, so this time I was able to relax until dinner and fully enjoy the sight of green trees swaying and the gentle calls of evening cicadas from my clean, refined Room. The meals here are delicious both in the morning and in the evening, with plenty of vegetables. Of course, the fish and meat were also excellent—everything was flawless. Above all, the staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was attentive and professional, which made me feel truly happy. I will definitely come back to stay again when I have time. I have stayed at many Accommodations in Hakone, and I think this is the best of them all. This time, I requested a food-and-drink pairing, and both the cuisine and the selections of alcohol were outstanding—the drinks truly brought out the flavors of each dish. Thank you to all the staff for welcoming us with exceptional hospitality. I purchased the wine you recommended right away. We visited to celebrate a birthday, and we would love to return again.

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us again this year, following our stay last year. Just like last year, we were truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of all the staff, and we had a very comfortable stay. This year, our child was able to enjoy dinner with us as well, and every dish—from shabu-shabu to sushi, teppanyaki, and French cuisine—was delicious. We were extremely satisfied. The Facility was beautiful everywhere we looked, and the view from the restaurant’s private dining room was spectacular—we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. Also, although I had forgotten to request children’s items in advance, during Room cleaning you kindly provided a diaper disposal bin and a life jacket. We really appreciated your thoughtful attention to detail. If I were to mention anything that stood out, as I felt last year as well, it was slightly disappointing that the secondary bathroom has a combined shower-and-bathtub unit. Also this year—unlike last year—the Shuttle Service vehicle had been changed to a bus-type vehicle. That said, we are very satisfied with the Room amenities and services overall. You also carefully mailed our forgotten item back to our home; we are grateful for your warm support until the very end. We would love to visit again as a family.

I made a Reservation after seeing this Accommodation featured by a YouTuber. The property was clean and airy, and the view from our Room was wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we felt completely at home—overall, we were very satisfied. Most of all, we were impressed by how kind and thoughtful the staff were in their attentive greetings. We stayed as a family of three with our 11-month-old baby. Upon request, they provided a baby crib and a diaper disposal bin in the Room, and we could also enjoy the heated pool together, so we felt comfortable even with a small child. At dinner, they prepared a private dining room for us, which allowed us to relax without worrying about disturbing other guests when our daughter became fussy. It was an unhurried course meal that lasted nearly two hours, but every time the staff came in they spoke gently to her; even though she is shy around strangers, she stayed happy and smiling throughout. Thank you as well for warming up her baby food. Traveling with a child can be tiring in many ways, but thanks to the Facilities and the warmth of the staff here, we were able to take things at our own pace and truly relax. Thank you very much. The afternoon tea and light meals are excellent, so I recommend having a lighter lunch before your 3:00 PM check-in.

I stayed here for the first time in decades, bringing my parents along. The draft beer welcome drink was perfect after arriving in the heat and helped us relax right away. Our Room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, and the pleasant music playing when we entered made us feel truly welcomed. We were able to enjoy both Onsen baths at a leisurely pace without running into many other guests. The Onsen on the lower floor in particular had excellent water quality, and the ice cream after bathing was delicious. Both dinner and breakfast featured many local ingredients, and everything—vegetables, seafood, and meat—was wonderful. I was especially impressed by the shelled gazami uni (sea urchin), which is hard to find in the Kanto area. Before dinner, we were also shown around the wooden dining building; it was outstanding, and I hope it will be carefully preserved for years to come. After dinner we had drinks at the bar, where the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind. From check-in to being driven back to the station on departure day, everyone—including the proprietress and all staff—was courteous with just the right sense of distance. It was a truly satisfying stay, and I would love to return.

I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. This year again, we spent our wedding anniversary in memory-filled Karuizawa. For us, this is truly a wonderful Hotel. With a typhoon approaching, we were worried the weather might turn severe, but the Hotel was so quiet and peaceful that we forgot all about it. Surrounded by delicious food and wine and the thoughtful care of the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. We plan to stay again in autumn.

This Hotel was truly wonderful, with breathtaking views of Hayama and the warm hospitality of the entire staff. In particular, the Misaki-caught longtooth grouper served at dinner was perfectly cooked by the chef and genuinely moving—its plump, tender white flesh and rich fat that melted in my mouth were unforgettable. With outstanding cuisine and exceptional service, it became a very special stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and a babymoon trip. In short, choosing this Accommodation was absolutely the right decision! This time we used the maternity Plan. Since there are very few Accommodations that offer a maternity Plan, the moment I saw the Plan name I thought, “This is it!” and made a Reservation. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us, carried our luggage from the parking lot, and even provided welcome drinks and a thorough explanation—right from the start, their attentiveness was flawless. With only seven Rooms, the property was wonderfully quiet, and everything felt unhurried. The all-inclusive setup—being able to enjoy drinks and light snacks whenever we wanted—was fantastic. During bar time, my wife was thrilled to have non-caffeinated options and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. She even said, “Next time I can drink alcohol again, I definitely want to come back!” (laughs) Our Room was a stylish maisonette with a chic black theme. The open-air bath viewed through the large window—and the forest scenery beyond—was beautiful. We were truly grateful for all the thoughtful touches for my pregnant wife: a large maternity cushion on her bed, extra cushions prepared for her chair at meals, and more. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying beyond what you’d expect at an upscale restaurant. They confirmed in advance what my wife couldn’t eat and adjusted each dish accordingly. It was also fun hearing how it differed from the standard menu. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they even prepared a lovely fruit platter with dessert at dinner—we were both genuinely moved. We skipped using the in-room open-air bath this time because there were many insects outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed the private bath whenever we liked. The lounge also felt incredibly open thanks to its high ceiling and large windows that let us take in nature. During bar time after dinner, when Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream was sold out, one of the staff kindly brought an alternative for us! We expected it would simply end with “Sorry, it’s sold out,” so we were touched by how far they went for us. And after checkout as we drove away by car، staff came outside waving goodbye with their arms raised—it was such wonderful hospitality that made us think، “We’ll definitely come back!” Thank you for such an amazing stay from start to finish! It became our best anniversary and babymoon ever۔ We’ll absolutely return once my wife can enjoy alcohol again!

This was the Accommodation I had wanted to stay at on my first trip to Yamaguchi Prefecture. The Accommodation was very clean and quiet, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The Room was spacious, and the view of the reflecting pool from the terrace was beautiful. The open-air bath in the Room had free-flowing natural hot spring water, which felt wonderful. At the bar lounge, I enjoyed complimentary drinks while chatting with the staff and had a great time. I highly recommend this Accommodation for anyone looking to spend a relaxing stay for a special anniversary or simply to unwind and forget about everyday life.

This was my first visit to Kiyosato, and I was impressed by the clear air and beautiful scenery. The Hotel was just as beautiful as the surroundings, and I was able to relax very comfortably. Since I checked in late, the nearby shops were already closed, so I wish I had checked in a bit earlier. Breakfast was also very delicious and filling—I was completely satisfied. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the hospitality was outstanding. Their replies were beautifully written, and their thoughtful attention to detail made our stay truly comfortable. The meals were especially impressive—both dinner and breakfast, generously prepared with local ingredients, were absolutely delicious. Not only the food but also the carefully chosen tableware enhanced each dish and made the experience even more enjoyable. Another major highlight is the excellent location, just a short distance from Izumo Taisha Shrine. This is a wonderful Accommodation that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Izumo. I would love to stay again.

It was a wonderful stay. I hope to visit again someday. If I could make one request, I would have preferred the bedside water to be a Japanese brand as well.
