We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter for my husband’s birthday. After making a Reservation, they kindly confirmed by phone and accommodated our last-minute request for a birthday plate as much as possible. Both the staff on the phone and the team on site were all warm and attentive. There were plenty of kid-friendly activities, such as playing in the river behind the property and fireworks at night, which made it a very satisfying trip. They were also very kind to our child, and she says she wants to come again.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with the outstanding value for money. Above all, I was surprised that a Hotel in this price range offers access to a rooftop terrace bar, and it was wonderful to relax while taking in the views of Nara’s cityscape. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were polite and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also convenient and ideal as a base for sightseeing, and I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the spacious grounds were full of things to enjoy. The baths were also large, and we were able to relax at our leisure. The buffet makes you want to try everything, but there’s such a wide variety that it’s more fun to create your own course menu to suit your tastes. The beer was delicious, but the baby wine—something you can only enjoy here—was exceptional. We had an unexpected issue on our side, but we truly appreciated how kindly and helpfully the staff responded.

The bed was spacious, and it was a nice Room. The meals were buffet-style, and the shrimp tempura was excellent—you could tell the quality was high. I think this Hotel is a great choice for families who want to enjoy skiing. Strawberry picking at the roadside station is also fun.

It was rainy on the day we arrived, so we couldn’t use the open-air bath we had been looking forward to, which was a bit disappointing. The next morning, I went to the open-air bath first thing at 6:00 and enjoyed it. With the indoor bath on B1 and the open-air bath on the 9th floor, it felt a little inconvenient to use.

This trip was originally planned with my wife, but due to her sudden illness and after considering various options, I unfortunately ended up traveling alone. Since it’s a new Hotel and seems to be popular, I was a little worried that I might feel out of place on my own. However, once I arrived and started communicating with the Hotel staff, I was truly impressed by their hospitality. Everyone made me feel welcome, and although I felt sorry for my wife, the staff’s warm service helped put me at ease even while traveling alone. As a new Hotel, the Facilities were well equipped, yet nothing felt overbearing—I had a very comfortable stay. Next time, I would definitely like to visit again with my wife. What began as an uncertain trip turned into something reassuring thanks to the staff’s kindness and concern. Thank you very much.

For vacations of two days or more, I choose a vacation rental rather than a Hotel or an Onsen Ryokan. From my experience with several rentals, prices and the quality of Facility management vary widely depending on the operator. This property is well maintained with no musty smell inside, towels can be replaced if you go to the management office yourself, the price is reasonable, and the area is quiet—I'd happily stay here again.

I was really worried the place might feel run-down, but the tatami area was new and the bathrooms had been renovated, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well. The complimentary oden was surprisingly delicious. I even enjoyed beer and sparkling wine before dinner. The staff’s smiles were wonderful. The large public bath was under construction and unavailable, so I was worried about whether I’d be able to use the private bath, but everything went smoothly and I managed to use it six times. There was even a shampoo bar—something many women really appreciate. Even though it’s private, it’s spacious, with an ocean view, and I was completely satisfied. What surprised me most was the food: there weren’t a huge number of dishes, but everything tasted great—and at this Accommodation Fee, is it really okay? The crab quality made me worry in a good way: juicy with just the right amount of saltiness. Even compared with the newer Hotel we stayed at the next day, this Hotel’s meals were better. I’ve already made another Reservation for two nights in September.

We enjoyed the Reservation-only open-air bath, the cave bath, and having them privately. We expected it to be crowded during Obon, but we were lucky to enter the cave bath smoothly. In the morning, the large public bath also felt like we had it all to ourselves—another lucky moment. The meals were enjoyable both dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes. The eel was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable. One thing: both beds squeaked a lot, which surprised us. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, so that was disappointing.

The Accommodation and our Room were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. There were many Onsen options—an in-room scenic-view bath, the Facility’s large public bath, an open-air bath, and a family bath—so my Onsen-loving husband and our 6-year-old son enjoyed them so much they went four times a day (laugh). The hospitality of the proprietress and staff was wonderful. I was pregnant, but I was able to truly relax and take it easy during our 2-night, 3-day stay. Also, there is a river very close by where children can play and enjoy nature, so both adults and kids never got bored. It’s an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a solo trip and was extremely satisfied with my stay. Above all, the Onsen was outstanding. The water quality was excellent, and after bathing my skin felt surprisingly smooth. The open-air bath is in a quiet setting surrounded by forest, making it easy to forget everyday life and truly unwind. The sauna was also excellent. With self-service löyly, you can work up a good sweat in a short time, and the deep cold bath with continuously flowing groundwater had no chlorine smell—I could really feel how clean the water was. The temperature is properly maintained with a chiller, so it’s nicely cold and comfortable. Relaxing on the reclining chairs in the outdoor area while looking out at the forest was the most memorable part of this stay. Dinner is served as a course meal but offers far more volume than expected—you’ll be completely full. The locally sourced ayu (sweetfish) from Kitsuregawa was delicious, and I enjoyed regional ingredients. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with rice, miso soup, natto, and a drink bar available freely, so you can eat well from the morning. It was also very helpful to have Shuttle Service both ways to Ujiie Station. It’s about 20 minutes away, but for guests arriving by public transportation this is an especially appreciated service. Some parts of the building and Facility show their age, but everything inside was kept clean and I never felt uncomfortable. It seemed to be run by a small team, yet everyone provided warm and very attentive service that made my stay pleasant throughout. Even though it isn’t far from Tokyo, I think this Accommodation is special for offering an escape into nature in such a peaceful setting. Amenities are minimal essentials only, so if you have specific preferences you may want to bring what you need—earplugs included—for an even more comfortable stay. This time I traveled alone, but next time I would love to visit with my family.

We stayed for two nights as a couple. Dinner was served in the Room. The meals, including Omi beef, fish and vegetables from Shiga, and local sake, were all delicious. It is conveniently located near historical sites such as Hikone Castle, Omihachiman, Nagahama City, and Chikubu Island, making sightseeing enjoyable. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

After seeing on TV that many stays were being canceled due to the earthquake, I decided on the spot, “Then let’s go and make some summer vacation memories!” and made a same-day Reservation. The Room had a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Since it was the Room at the very end of the hall, we were able to relax without worrying about others even with children. I know it may depend on availability, but I truly appreciate your thoughtful consideration. Some of the staff were from overseas, but they made a sincere effort to speak polite Japanese and were very pleasant. Everyone was gentle and attentive, and we received wonderful hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen—both the large public bath and the private family bath. It helped us forget everyday noise and feel refreshed. This ended up being a long message, but it was truly a rewarding trip that left us completely satisfied. It reminded me how wonderful a Ryokan can be. Next time, I’d like to add meals as well and enjoy an even more relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

I was originally planning to stay somewhere else in Kansai, but I happened to learn that the Gion Festival would be held in Kyoto on those dates, so I changed my plans to Kyoto at the last minute! When I started wondering where to stay, the first place that came to mind was Kyoto Plaza Hotel, where I had stayed before and had a great impression. When I stopped by the front desk to leave my luggage, I mentioned that I didn’t know much about the Gion Festival. They kindly explained how to get there and even provided a map, which was very helpful. What really stood out again this time was how great the individual air conditioning is. Coming from eastern Japan, Kyoto’s summer heat can be intense—being able to set the temperature exactly how I like it was truly wonderful. I also added breakfast this time (because it was too hot and I didn’t want to go out), and it turned out to be absolutely the right choice. I’d like to add it again next time. Lastly, one thing I appreciate about this Hotel is how quickly they respond to Reviews. There are all kinds of guests, but I hope you’ll continue running the Hotel just as you have been. Thank you again—I look forward to staying with you when I visit Kyoto next time.

We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

It is in a very convenient location for visiting the excellent Japanese restaurants and kappo dining in Gosho-minami, so I stay here often. The Room is kept clean and well prepared, the amenities are well stocked, and it also comes with Maeda Coffee, Marukyu Koyamaen Japanese tea bags, and sweets—perfect for a relaxing break. This is my favorite Hotel in Kyoto. On my last visit, even though it was not yet check-in time, they kindly let me check in early because my Room was ready, which I truly appreciated.

The spacious grounds are surrounded by greenery, with numerous facilities that exceeded my expectations in size. The service was attentive, the food was delicious, and I felt the cost performance was excellent. This time I stayed alone, but next time I would like to visit with my family.

We stayed in a detached Room. There were four of us, and it was very spacious, with a beautiful interior—we were extremely satisfied. From the open-air bath on the 11th floor, we had a panoramic view of Lake Suwa. Meals included free alcoholic beverages, and the staff were wonderful. We had a truly happy time—thank you very much.

We stayed here for one night on a trip to Kofu. From the Hotel entrance to the reception, and further back to the lounge, the space was wonderful and truly felt like a high-class Hotel. The Room was also clean and well maintained. What we especially loved was the large public bath with free-flowing Onsen water straight from the source—it was very relaxing. We didn’t dine at the Hotel this time, but we’re looking forward to doing so on our next visit.
