I stayed for one night with my mother during the Obon holidays.\n We had a twin Room with an ocean view, and from our 5th-floor Room we could see across Matsushima Bay—it was truly impressive.\n It happened to be the day of a fireworks display, and we were able to watch it from our Room.\n The Room was described as on the small side, but even with two adults and our suitcases opened, it wasn’t a problem at all.\n The Japanese/Western/Chinese buffet was excellent—the shrimp in the chili shrimp dish were large and springy. Sashimi, tempura, crab, desserts…everything was delicious.\n The ramen at the end was served in a coffee-cup-sized bowl, which made it an easy portion to enjoy.\n There was also a wide variety of desserts such as fruit and cakes.\n Breakfast also had plenty of options and tasted great; the seafood rice porridge in particular was hearty with lots of ingredients and very flavorful.\n I was surprised by how wonderfully thick and chewy the Zao yogurt was.\n The Hotel itself feels like an older building, but there are USB ports by the bed area, so I could tell they’ve been renovating thoughtfully in small ways.\n The bath facilities were also great—an open-air bath with a wonderful sense of openness overlooking Matsushima felt amazing.\n When sightseeing in Matsushima, being able to leave luggage at partner shops affiliated with the Hotel is also a very helpful service.\n This was my first time visiting Matsushima, and it became a wonderful memory including both the sightseeing spots and the Hotel. Thank you very much.

I visit Kusatsu Onsen every year, and Sakurai Hotel is the best. First of all, the hot spring water is excellent. It also seems to have been renovated, and both the Room and the changing area were very clean. The hair dryer was the latest ReFa model. The food was delicious as well—especially breakfast, which left me completely full. The grilled salmon was great. I’d like to come again next year.

Whenever we go to Disney, we always stay at this Hotel. The Room is spacious and clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and a bathtub as well—it's perfect. It’s reasonably priced even for a family stay. We’re truly grateful to be able to stay at this price. Highly recommended for families as well.

We searched for an all-inclusive, ocean-view Hotel with breakfast and dinner buffets and a pool, and stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The wide variety of all-inclusive options, the breakfast and dinner buffets with live cooking stations, the pool, and the many types of Onsen were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the free soap-making activity with our child. Everyone at the Hotel was truly kind. They always greeted us with smiles and attentive service, never showing any sign of being busy or affected by the heat. We were deeply impressed by their hospitality and were able to relax at a very leisurely pace. Even during the Shuttle Service on our departure day, they saw us off at the bus despite how busy mornings are—we were touched until the very end. We would definitely like to stay again. It was an amazing summer memory for both children and adults—everything was taken care of.

We stayed for four nights with our child and dog, and it was simply the most enjoyable 4-night, 5-day trip. Above all, the staff were so warm and welcoming that we truly came to love this Hotel. While it may be a bit of a selfish wish, we would be happy if pets were allowed even just near the entrance of the restaurants. That said, we were very grateful that there were several places where we could dine together with our dog. There may be some room for improvement in terms of housekeeping thoroughness and amenities, but more than anything, the comfort was outstanding. Thank you very much. We were able to make wonderful summer memories with our dog as well, and our whole family was truly happy! Our daughter had an amazing time too! We will definitely come back again next year!

I stayed in a triple room with friends. The bath was spacious, and the Onsen was very relaxing. The meals were also delicious. I especially liked the sake recommended by staff member Ms. Miidera. Breakfast was not a buffet, so we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace and were very satisfied. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Staying at Haimurubushi—an Accommodation I’d always wanted to try—was a dream come true. From the pickup at the port, the service was excellent in every way! Even during our summer vacation trip, we didn’t have to wait in line for anything, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing island pace of life. Our whole family was very satisfied.

I finally got to experience this Accommodation I’d been curious about for a while, thanks to its appealing Instagram posts and high rankings online! In conclusion, it’s a wonderful Onsen Accommodation with a high level of satisfaction that truly lives up to the hype. The food is especially outstanding. At dinner—famous for its boat platter—you can enjoy Kishu-style whale dishes, along with a lineup of carefully prepared courses. As for the Onsen, it was a bit disappointing that every bath felt too hot to fully relax in, but you can still enjoy thoughtfully designed baths, including an open-air bath where you can feel the sea up close. I’m glad I found an Accommodation I’d love to return to in another season.

I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

I stayed here during a festival I’ve attended for the past four years. I truly love Alpina’s Onsen, and the pot bath is sometimes my favorite. This time, they prepared an excellent Room for me, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay. I will definitely stay again.

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

I stayed here once on a business trip and thought it was a wonderful Hotel, so I made a Reservation again this time. I didn’t notice it last time, but this time I could see Tokyo Skytree right from the bed in my Room! It made me feel incredibly happy. The amenities were great, and I had the Japanese breakfast—it was absolutely delicious. I’d love to stay here again when I come sightseeing with my family.

When staying in Tokyo, I always choose Anshin Oyado. I’m completely satisfied with everything. I look forward to staying with you again next time.

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday trip. We made a Reservation with the birthday Plan, and everything—the cake, dinner, Room decorations, and bouquet—was wonderful and made the trip truly special. We would love to stay again when we visit Ehime. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with my parents in their 80s and the two of us, using two Rooms. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant, and we truly appreciated that the staff noticed my elderly father was feeling cold by the window and offered a blanket. Many of the Hotel staff seemed to be in second careers, and perhaps because of that, we felt their experienced hospitality in many ways, which made our stay very reassuring. ...Just one thing: there was no foldable luggage rack in the Room to place our bags on, which was inconvenient. Other than that, we had a very comfortable time. Thank you very much.

Stayed for two nights for a concert at Toyosu PIT. It was great—close to both the venue and Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. The Room was clean, and the sink area and bathroom were easy to use. The bed was large and very comfortable. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful. I was tired from the concert and the extreme heat, but I was able to relax well. We stayed at this Hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. Since we informed the Hotel in advance that it was a double celebration, they upgraded our Room and left a message in the Room, which made my wife very happy. We were able to relax in the bathroom as well, making it a wonderful anniversary that truly put us at ease. For dinner, we enjoyed a delicious course meal at Fuka, and the staff kindly explained each dish in detail. Breakfast was also served buffet-style and was very good. We would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for making it such a special anniversary.

We were very satisfied with the Room, where we could enjoy warm hospitality and a relaxing stay. The cuisine, featuring an abundance of ingredients from Fukui Prefecture, was also excellent. It is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed for three nights on a solo trip combining errands and sightseeing, with No Meals Included. The Room was clean, and I was satisfied with everything. I came and went frequently and may have caused inconvenience with housekeeping, but every staff member was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Dogo Onsen Honkan and the shopping arcade were very close by, and it was also very convenient to take the streetcar. The Onsen was excellent as well—I soaked many times and felt completely relaxed. Next time, I’d love to return with meals included and stay even more leisurely.

The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. All of the staff were cheerful and also recommended great places to visit in Izu. Thank you very much.
