Used this Accommodation while sightseeing around Tokachi. It is located beside Lake Kuttari at the headwaters of the Tokachi River, and with a campground nearby, the location was excellent. The Hotel felt brand-new throughout, with well-equipped Facilities, and it was a more impressive Accommodation than expected. The meals were also very delicious. The water in the open-air bath was pleasant, and it was wonderful to feel nature up close. The staff were kind as well, and I think this is an Accommodation I can recommend.

Ayanna Miyakojima was the hotel I had always wanted to stay at when traveling to Miyakojima. Since it’s such a wonderful property, it was fully booked during Golden Week, but I joined the waitlist and was lucky enough to secure a stay!! A few days before our stay, they called to confirm our arrival time and kindly asked if we were celebrating any special occasion, offering to arrange a cake (for an additional fee). Our stay was just before the rainy season began, and the weather was great. When we opened the door to our room, there was a stylish interior leading out to the pool—and beyond that, a beautiful ocean view. Relaxing on a poolside chair with an Orion beer they had stocked in the fridge was truly the best time!! I’ve stayed in rooms with private pools before—on Okinawa’s main island, on other dates in Miyakojima this trip, and even in Hakone—but personally, Ayanna Miyakojima is my favorite. Breakfast was beautifully set up for us, and the Eggs Benedict was outstanding! One thing to note: everything—from check-in to booking breakfast—was done via smartphone. However, they were very supportive whenever we had questions, so I think even those who aren’t comfortable with technology can feel at ease. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

This was my first time staying here. Overall, it was good, but one disappointing point was that part of the inside of the bathtub had not been cleaned thoroughly and felt rough, which was unpleasant. I drained the water once, washed the tub, then refilled it before taking a bath.

This was our second stay—thank you again for taking care of us. We chose this place because the front desk staff are all so kind and gentle, which makes us feel at ease. The amenities are well stocked, too. The room isn’t very large (lol), but the bed is big and very comfortable. Despite being so close to the station, it’s not noisy at all. There’s also a supermarket right in front that opens from 7:00 a.m., and more. If we stay in Koenji again, this is the only place for us!!

My spouse and I visited Wakasa for the first time from Tokyo. A hidden Accommodation quietly nestled in a very peaceful fishing village. From our Room, the beautiful Sea of Japan stretched out below us. Listening to the waves crashing against the rocks, we enjoyed a truly luxurious time watching the sun slowly sink into the endless horizon. The view from the bath was also outstanding. The meal was a kaiseki course featuring plenty of fresh local fish and vegetables, and we were left speechless by the rich flavors—something you could never experience in the city. We were able to fully enjoy everything Wakasa has to offer. We look forward to staying again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to listen kindly to my mother’s stories (＾ω＾)

During our 2-night, 3-day stay, we were able to truly relax both body and mind. Since we live in Saitama and this is Kagoshima, we can’t visit often, but we would definitely love to return. From the warm welcome to the delicious dinner… the treats of shochu and fireworks… I’m still thinking about how best to describe how wonderful it all was. The food was never flashy; instead, it was carefully prepared using freshly harvested vegetables and local fish and meat, and it felt as if I was becoming healthier from the inside out. Simply delicious! You can also feel the attention given to the tableware and presentation. The hot spring water… without a doubt, it was outstanding. We also felt completely at ease in our Room. Above all, we could sense kindness and care in every detail. The message written on a beautiful leaf, and the rice balls and rolled omelet you gave us to take when going out or returning—both were heartwarming and delicious. Thank you very much. Your warm hospitality—while maintaining just the right distance for each guest—was excellent in every way. This Accommodation reminded us of a gentle kindness that daily busyness had made us forget. Lastly… we hope that adorable pair of chickens stays healthy for a long time. Thank you for such wonderful memories. We would love to visit again for sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay as a family thanks to the excellent location—close to town and with a private beach. Thank you very much. Cats may come into the garden, which we found soothing, but guests who are not comfortable with cats may want to be aware of this in advance.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a couple, and it was great—only about 30,000 yen. Despite the low price, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room was clean. We’d love to stay again!

Conveniently located near both the airport and the port, and of course close to central Naha—an unbeatable location. Plus, for guests heading to the outer islands, the ferry terminal is right in front, making it easy to enjoy a trip as close as possible to the Kerama Blue waters.

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. The room was spacious, and we were able to relax and take our time. It would have been nice to have an elevator, though... I wonder if the bath was an Onsen? We left without asking. All the staff were kind and pleasant. The night view was amazing—perfect!

The food, drinks, and hospitality were outstanding, and we were extremely satisfied. Every dish looked beautiful and tasted amazing, and there were also unique alcoholic beverages you can only enjoy here. All drinks were free, which was a delightful surprise. The staff’s warm hospitality was wonderful as well, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a little disappointing that there was no open-air bath, but the Onsen was excellent; we enjoyed the large public bath as well as three private family baths, each with its own charm. On our way home, we received photos from dinner and freshly baked, delicious croissants as souvenirs. We are grateful for the heartfelt hospitality until the very end. Next time, we would love to try the winter and spring dishes too.

We stayed at this Hotel for a company trip. It is in a great location—just a short walk from Kokusai-dori and within walking distance of both Miebashi Station and Makishi Station on the Yui Rail. The all-you-can-drink Awamori and Orion Beer servers on the first floor were also very popular with our group. I would definitely like to stay here again for a private trip.

We stayed here as a couple in August. It was very reasonably priced, yet everything was excellent overall. The meal included wagyu beef grilled on a ceramic plate, and even if it was cooked a bit too long, it was still very tender. The other dishes were also delicious. The portions were generous, and we were completely satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the building was clean. We’d love to use the bath again. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay again, and we would recommend it to others as well.

After moving from Yokohama to the Kansai area, we were looking for an Accommodation nearby that offers delicious French cuisine and allows for a relaxed one-night stay. In Yokohama, there were several great places in Hakone—about a 90-minute drive away—serving excellent French or Italian food, but for our anniversary we found and decided to try this place on Awaji Island through IKYU. For dinner, we enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious French dishes made with locally sourced seafood, meat, and vegetables from Awaji Island. As I’ve gotten older, the smell of Wagyu fat has become a bit heavy for me, so I asked if another meat could be substituted. They kindly changed it from Awaji beef to roasted lamb loin, which was excellent. From check-in onward we received pleasant service, and at dinner as well their thoughtful yet unobtrusive attention allowed us to enjoy the meal comfortably—we truly appreciated it. Breakfast was also a wonderful surprise: not a buffet, but served in a full-course style. The Hotel faces the road leading to “Ningen no Mori,” but it sits on a small hill; on the other side is forest. From our Room we could see the trees—it was quiet and very relaxing. The Room feels spacious thanks to its high ceiling despite its size. The property consists of three buildings with only a small number of Rooms in each one, so even though the lounge area is not large, it remained calm. We were able to enjoy wine at ease. Perfect for a short getaway. We also heard that venison is served in winter, so we would love to visit again during that season.

We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

We were so happy to be able to see both the sunset and the sunrise from our Room, with the beach right in front of us!! The meals were also incredibly delicious—our son, who usually doesn’t like fish, was totally hooked and we were surprised! He kept saying, “It’s so good!” while eating grilled kuji salt-style!! It was a little inconvenient that there wasn’t a shop on-site, but other than that we were completely satisfied with the service. The staff also took great care of us with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! We even received souvenirs, and our whole family was able to enjoy an amazing stay until the very end.
