We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

We stayed here as a family of four—my husband, my mother, my son, and me. There is a supermarket called Himawari Market nearby, as well as a bakery called TRIFFLE, so we had no trouble at all even without meals included at the Accommodation. The bed sheets were soft and comfortable, and we really enjoyed staying in this log cabin with its clean wooden scent! Thank you very much. We would love to stay again!

The Facility is comfortable, and the staff are very attentive. I’m especially grateful that when taxis were busy and we were told it would be 30 minutes past checkout, we were waiting outside in the heat, and they kindly invited us to rest inside until the taxi arrived. We had small children and an elderly family member with us, so we truly appreciated it.

It was a quiet, relaxing, and stylish Accommodation. From the Setagaya-Daita ticket gate, the lush green path felt like arriving at a sightseeing spot you wouldn’t expect to find in the city center—it was wonderful. The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both delicious, the Room was spotless, and I slept soundly—an amazing staycation. I worried the bath might be crowded if there were day-use guests, but it wasn’t at all; both at night and in the morning I had it all to myself, which was great. It was very clean as well. There is no cleansing oil or face wash in the bath area, so be sure to bring your own from your Room. I couldn’t make it to the tea lounge or bar because I was already full, but everything looked delicious. My child happened to be quiet so it was fine, but since this is a calm Accommodation, energetic kids might stand out. I didn’t see many families with children. Also, there are shoji screens in the Room, so if you have a child who might tear them you may feel on edge during your stay. At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far for an Onsen can be tough, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recommend it!

I stayed on the No Meals Included Plan. I really liked the Room and was able to spend a fulfilling time. The staff were very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. It rained this time, so if I have the chance next time, I’d like to relax on the rooftop.

We stayed as a family of three at the end of May. It was deeply relaxing, and we were able to take our time and unwind. After arriving around 3:30 p.m., we fully enjoyed the large public bath until dinner began at 5:30 p.m. The indoor bath and sauna were clean and excellent, but the multi-level design of the open-air bath and the beautiful Japanese ambiance you can enjoy from there were truly wonderful—I ended up soaking for a long time. The meals featured seasonal local ingredients, and not only was the quality outstanding, but the portions were also generous, so we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Dinner was a Japanese-Western fusion style, which made it especially nice to enjoy drink pairings with each course. Even though we ate plenty at dinner, breakfast was so delicious that I couldn’t stop going back for more rice… We ate a lot, yet everything felt gentle on the body—in fact, I even felt refreshed from within—and I’ve continued to feel great even after returning home. Because we slept so well, we woke up feeling refreshed—and then enjoyed a morning soak in the open-air bath attached to our Room while listening to birdsong. I ended up bathing twice—both before and after breakfast. It truly felt like the most luxurious time of all. The water is continuously flowing fresh, and we could adjust the temperature ourselves. Away from the noise of the city and freed from everyday busyness, we spent an amazing time that left us fulfilled both physically and mentally. We are also grateful to all of the staff for their kind and attentive service. We would love to visit again as a family when we have another opportunity.

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

I had always remembered that my late mother stayed here about 35 years ago and said it was a wonderful Hotel, so I decided to stay this time. We originally made a Reservation for two Rooms for six people across three generations, but one person couldn’t come due to work, and then two days before our stay my father and brother (in a separate household) came down with fevers from colds. In the end, our group was reduced by half, but despite the repeated changes, you handled everything very kindly and thoughtfully. Thank you. We arrived at 11:30 after checkout time and planned to park our car first and go sightseeing in Matsushima by the Hotel shuttle bus. However, your staff told us we could complete check-in procedures in advance, and when we returned they arranged it so we could simply pick up the key at a separate counter and go straight to our Room. This helped us avoid crowds and was truly appreciated. Because I have difficulty walking, I requested an ocean-side Japanese-Western style Room. The view was excellent, the Room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. We could see the sunrise directly in front of us. For dinner we chose the seafood buffet; there were many kinds of sashimi and grilled items, each dish was high quality—it was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it. At breakfast as well, they cooked items like cheese omelets individually on the spot for each guest. The food exceeded our expectations! As for the baths, there were no issues at all. At sunrise time, watching the sun rise over Matsushima Bay right in front of the open-air bath moved me deeply. For someone like me with limited mobility, getting around was easy—the layout made sense and walking distances were reasonable—so it wasn’t physically taxing. It helped me truly understand why my mother, who had limited use of her hands and feet due to a similar condition, said this Hotel was so good. With check-in at 14:00 and checkout at 11:00, being able to relax without rushing is another great point. The staff service; the view from the Room; amenities; meals; baths—everything made this an excellent Hotel. When I come to Matsushima again, I sincerely want to stay at Taikanso again! Since expectations are high now that I know how good it is firsthand next time I'd like a Multiple Night Stay so I can enjoy other meals as well. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

I usually stay as a couple, but this time I stayed alone and have trouble with my legs. I was a little anxious, but thanks to your thoughtful support I was able to stay comfortably. I am truly grateful. The Grand Hotel is still the most relaxing and my favorite.

I was extremely satisfied with all the Facilities in the property. The all-inclusive plan and the amenities bar were both excellent. The meals were delicious, and they were served at just the right timing. I truly felt genuine hospitality from all the staff, and it was incredibly comfortable! I will definitely be back again.

Staying at Haimurubushi—an Accommodation I’d always wanted to try—was a dream come true. From the pickup at the port, the service was excellent in every way! Even during our summer vacation trip, we didn’t have to wait in line for anything, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing island pace of life. Our whole family was very satisfied.

I stayed here again this year to attend a live show at Omiya Sonic City. On the day, heavy rain caused the trains to run at reduced speed and stop for signal equipment checks, so I arrived in Omiya about an hour later than planned. However, by the time I got there, the rain had eased and I reached the Hotel without getting wet. Check-in was quick and easy using the QR code sent to my phone. Although it wasn’t very hot that day, the humidity was high and uncomfortable, but I was able to relax comfortably in my air-conditioned Room until doors opened. After the show, I enjoyed dinner at an izakaya I had reserved, and since it was only about an 8-minute walk back to the Hotel, it was very convenient. I soaked in a hot bath with the provided bath salts and slept soundly. The next morning, I had breakfast at the familiar second-floor restaurant. This time I mainly chose Western-style dishes, but when I went to get coffee, I spotted curry and ended up eating more than I should have. If there’s another event in Omiya, I’ll likely stay here again.

I’d been wanting to stay at this Hotel after reading Reviews for some time. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the service, cleanliness, and interior design were all excellent, making for a very satisfying stay. If we had been able to see Mt. Fuji from the large window in our room, it would have been even more wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and the large public bath on the 14th floor was fantastic. Breakfast also featured Mishima-style dishes, and the dried fish was especially delicious. The staff at check-in were outstanding as well, and it became a pleasant and memorable Accommodation experience. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to visit Mihama Beach and it was conveniently located, but I was amazed by the incredible hospitality. The proprietress was like sunshine, and all the other staff were so pleasant—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The young woman who served dinner even picked up on our small conversation and celebrated my husband’s birthday, which we hadn’t mentioned. The Room cushions were unbelievably thick and fluffy—so much so that I almost hesitated to sit on them. Since I was traveling with my elderly father, they were very considerate of him, and he was in great spirits as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much!

Whenever I travel to Asahikawa, I always stay at this Hotel, and it is very clean. I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I chose it again this time, and it was excellent. It is directly connected to AEON, which makes shopping very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Asahikawa.

We stayed here for our family summer vacation trip. The red flower chairs in the lobby were memorable, and although it is an older Hotel, you can tell it is kept very clean and well maintained. The room was bright and very spacious, and the walk-in closet with a desk was extremely convenient. The mint-green bathroom vanity really lifted my mood. The twin-room beds were 150 cm wide, so we could comfortably do Child Sharing Existing Bedding with our child. I had hoped to enjoy a bath in the view bath while watching the sunrise, but the only downside was that the weather was so good that the morning sun was too strong to open the screen. The staff were kind and calm, and we were able to enjoy a relaxing summer vacation. As expected, Okura Nikko is a reliable Hotel that never disappoints.

We stayed here on a family trip with children. The staff at the morning buffet venue were exceptionally attentive, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning. Our children looked forward each morning to making and eating miso ramen. Curry and soup curry were served on alternating days, and both were very tasty. We stayed in a family room, and with the extra beds our whole family was able to rest comfortably. The bathroom also had a washing area, which was excellent. I imagine there aren’t many guests staying three nights or more (Multiple Night Stay), but with breakfast alternating by day only, it might start to feel a bit repetitive—so I felt that having even a few daily-changing items would increase satisfaction even more. Also, since the milk was low-fat, our children said they wanted regular milk. They had been looking forward to Hokkaido milk, so I felt regular milk would be more satisfying. We had an extremely comfortable stay, so when we stay overnight in Sapporo again, we will definitely choose this Accommodation.

Breakfast was the best among the Business Hotels I have stayed at. I ordered the Japanese set meal, and everything was delicious, especially the main salmon dish. All of the dining staff were cheerful and provided excellent service.

I stayed here again this time. The Room is always exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I accidentally forgot my facial cleanser, but it was available from the lobby amenities, which was very helpful. I was also happy to find a summer limited-time bath additive. I booked an early check-out Plan, and it was very convenient since it’s just a short walk to the Shinkansen ticket gates. I expect I’ll be traveling to Niigata for a while, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.
