This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

We returned to Koyokaku for the first time in a year. When it comes to Ureshino, Koyokaku is our favorite Accommodation as a couple. This time we stayed in a twin Room with a private indoor Onsen bath, and being able to enjoy the Onsen anytime is truly luxurious. For dinner, we enjoyed grilled Saga beef, colorful salads, and sashimi until we were completely full. After that, we took a relaxing walk together—something we don’t often do in everyday life—and realized again that this special time was possible thanks to this Accommodation. We were able to rest comfortably as well. Breakfast was just as wonderful: Onsen tofu, salad with roast beef, grilled fish, an Onsen egg, and rice porridge with six different toppings—such a luxury, and everything tasted amazing. This trip was another fantastic one. Thank you very much to all the staff for your kind hospitality again. We will definitely visit again.

The service was very attentive, the Room was clean, and the meals offered a great variety.

I understand the contactless check-in system introduced due to COVID-19, but as an older guest, I feel more comfortable with face-to-face assistance. That said, having both staffed and contactless check-in options is a good idea, especially when it’s busy. 　The elevator system for accessing the guestroom floors may be difficult to use until you get used to it. I saw someone who was having trouble. 　If possible, it would be nice to have a laundry service.

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you very much.

The staff’s warm, smiling service after check-in was the best compared to other Hotels. They also offered complimentary drinks, including alcohol, and pillow rentals, which helped me sleep soundly. I would like to stay again.

Thank you very much for having us during our stay. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed our meals comfortably on a floor with a wonderful view. In particular, the handwritten message and lovely illustrations at breakfast were very soothing, and we truly felt the staff’s kindness. Thank you. Thank you as well for the Shuttle Service the following day. If there is a regular shuttle to the station, we would appreciate being able to use it on our return trip as well.

I was able to stay with a same-day Reservation. Since it was last-minute, I ended up using lots of the amenities. I was happy they even had hand cream. The breakfast buffet is the best part of my stay, and as always, the lemon steak and pudding were delicious—everything was tasty. This time, I tried the pancakes for the first time. They were delicious too.

We visit every year with our grandchildren. Everything was delicious again this year, and the kids were thrilled. We hope to come again next year—thank you in advance.

The Onsen on the 1st floor was spacious and very relaxing. I was concerned about a chlorine smell, but it was hardly noticeable. I enjoyed it twice, at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was also delicious, and the dining area was comfortably spacious. I will definitely use this facility again.

The hospitality felt more like a luxury Ryokan than a temple lodging. Our Room was upgraded to a special suite, and we were able to relax in the spacious “Hojo” Room overlooking an expansive garden. The shojin-ryori cuisine was beautifully presented and delicious throughout. After dinner, we took a short walk (about 3 minutes) to Danjo Garan. With bonfires lit and the area illuminated, we caught a glimpse of Kobo Daishi’s mandala world through sights such as Konpon Daito, Saito Pagoda, and Kondo Hall. The next morning, we joined the morning service from 6:00 a.m., which felt truly solemn and moving. The Dharma talk by Archbishop Miyata explained Buddhism from a global perspective with humor, making it easy to understand. I strongly feel that Koyasan is best experienced with an overnight stay. This is a Hotel where you can feel at ease. Everything was kept very clean, and there was a card from the housekeeping staff with a message like “Please relax and enjoy your stay.” When I checked in late, the staff kindly shared information about nearby shops. The complimentary drink service even included Yoghurppe, and throughout my stay I felt the warm hospitality that reflects local friendliness. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Kannai was new and very clean, and I was satisfied. Excellent value for money. It was also very convenient to be able to check in right after exiting the ticket gates.

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable. I would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

My daughter and I stayed here at the start of summer vacation. At check-in, a male staff member wearing glasses assisted us with exceptionally kind and courteous service, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were able to use the pool even before check-in, so we had plenty of time to enjoy it from the day we arrived until evening. The water slide was truly fun, and my daughter was thrilled, going down again and again. We also used both the dinner and breakfast buffets; each offered a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it was the best possible start to our summer vacation. My daughter is already saying, “I want to stay again!”, so we would love to return. The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

I fell ill on the day of my stay and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance, and everyone at the Hotel took great care of me. I later heard from a friend that your response at that time was truly outstanding. Even until checkout, you showed consideration for me in many ways. This stay turned out to be unexpected, but next time I would love to visit again and relax with a hotel staycation. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

It was a relatively new and clean Hotel. The front desk, lounge, hallways, and other areas were well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, so you could really tell how hygienic it was. The welcome services were plentiful, and I was able to relax at ease. In particular, the late-night ochazuke service was something you don’t find elsewhere, and it was excellent! As is probably the case at many tourist destinations, this Hotel also had many international guests who seemed to be enjoying their stay. The large public bath isn’t very big, but I was able to unwind. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items and tasted great. If I visit Kanazawa again for sightseeing, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.
