We stayed with our 2-year-old child. The Room was spacious, and the pool was heated, so we could comfortably enjoy a BBQ even in the evening. The additional fee information for using the BBQ grill was also easy to understand, and payment was simple. The entire Facility was very clean, and there was an impressive variety of complimentary drinks—enough for two adults without needing to buy extra. Thank you very much. On the other hand, we were a bit concerned about how often spiders appeared. We didn’t mind the small ones, but we were surprised when two spiders about the size of a fist showed up in the living room. We used the provided ant insecticide to deal with them, but having spider spray available as well would be reassuring. We have stayed at several villas on Miyakojima before, and perhaps because this Accommodation is located in an area with more greenery rather than right by the sea, it felt like we encountered insects more frequently. Also, this may come down to personal preference, but the scent of the air fresheners inside was quite strong. In addition, since each Room had a different fragrance type, it took some time to get used to it.

It was a wonderful, very cozy Accommodation. From the moment you step through the entrance, a beautiful world opens up. The Room, the main house, and all the interior decor were lovely—I found myself wishing I could live in a home like this. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to photograph the beautiful starry sky. Unfortunately, the neighboring lights were on during the night, so I couldn’t capture it well, which was disappointing. However, the Room facilities were excellent, and I would like to stay again.

This was our second stay, and once again it’s a wonderful Accommodation! First of all, the owner at reception? was cheerful and very pleasant. The Room and the bath were both very clean and hygienic. The meals were just the right portion size, easy to digest, and even my elderly parents finished everything (haha). Last time we stayed as a couple and had an upstairs Room, but this time we were given a first-floor Room closest to the bath. I’m sure this was thoughtful consideration for my elderly parents. It really helped us a lot. On departure as well, you kindly took my mother by the hand and chatted with her about various things—she was delighted and seemed completely satisfied. It became a wonderful way to show appreciation to my parents. Thank you so much! Just one thing… The mattress in the bedding was thin, so my body hurt… I know it may sound picky after all your kindness, but I wanted to share it as feedback… We were able to spend a truly memorable time. Thank you very much!

We had a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and we were satisfied with the service. Since the Hotel is deep in the mountains, we felt a little uneasy on the way there, but we would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

We stayed as a group of six—my daughter’s family and us as a couple. We have visited Okinawa many times, both on family trips since our children were small and on trips with friends. This was our first time at Alivila in summer, and we were blessed with great weather all four days, making it an amazing stay. As one of Okinawa’s leading beaches, the water was crystal clear and dazzlingly beautiful, with an endless horizon… We were moved every day by the wonderful location. The Hotel was neither too large nor too small, the layout of the Facility areas was easy to navigate, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. We would be happy if we could spend next summer at Alivila again.

I visit Kusatsu Onsen every year, and Sakurai Hotel is the best. First of all, the hot spring water is excellent. It also seems to have been renovated, and both the Room and the changing area were very clean. The hair dryer was the latest ReFa model. The food was delicious as well—especially breakfast, which left me completely full. The grilled salmon was great. I’d like to come again next year.

I stayed the night before because I had an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. There are vending machines, microwaves, ice makers, irons, and more on each floor, which is very convenient. I didn’t use the large public bath this time, but there is also a coin laundry—everything you could need is provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. Since my Room had a bathroom with a separate washing area, I was able to relax even during my short stay. With a typhoon approaching, I was worried about whether the shuttle bus would be running, but since the weather wasn’t as severe as forecast, I was able to board without any issues. I’d definitely like to stay again!

From the pre-check-in lounge and light snacks to the Room, playroom, karaoke room, and large public bath, everything was clean, comfortable, and plenty of fun. Dinner was long-awaited, and we enjoyed more crab than we ever have before; the fresh seafood and beef steak were also very satisfying. Breakfast was just as excellent—especially the delicious burgers. Our whole family had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

This was my third stay. Shiretoko is one of my favorite places, and whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Kitakobushi Resort Hotel. This time, we made a Reservation for three Rooms for seven family members, and we truly appreciated your hospitality. At the newly added private lounge, our whole family was able to relax together and enjoy a wonderful time. Also, thanks to having seats arranged in advance for dinner, all seven of us could dine together, which we were very pleased with. Thank you sincerely to all the staff for your consistently courteous service throughout our stay. We would love to stay at Kitakobushi Resort Hotel again next time. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

We stayed with an infant and a young child, and had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member was extremely kind and hospitable, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The meals were well prepared and thoughtfully presented. Since we have children, we are careful about ingredients and additives, but we were able to enjoy everything with peace of mind right through to the final dessert. It was also convenient that the bus stop for the Komagatake Ropeway Station is right in front of the Accommodation. For families with small children, this Accommodation has it all—the spacious Room, the warm support from the staff, reassuring meals, and a convenient location—making it very easy to stay here. We would definitely like to return.

We stayed for two nights. Both breakfast and dinner featured different dishes on the first and second nights, and the food was excellent. There was also a wide selection of alcohol at dinner, including many types of sake, which we enjoyed. Our Room had an open-air bath, and it was thoroughly cleaned, so we could relax comfortably. All the staff were pleasant, and we could tell they were well trained. Thank you for taking such good care of us. It was an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

Staying at Haimurubushi—an Accommodation I’d always wanted to try—was a dream come true. From the pickup at the port, the service was excellent in every way! Even during our summer vacation trip, we didn’t have to wait in line for anything, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing island pace of life. Our whole family was very satisfied.

I stayed here again this year to attend a live show at Omiya Sonic City. On the day, heavy rain caused the trains to run at reduced speed and stop for signal equipment checks, so I arrived in Omiya about an hour later than planned. However, by the time I got there, the rain had eased and I reached the Hotel without getting wet. Check-in was quick and easy using the QR code sent to my phone. Although it wasn’t very hot that day, the humidity was high and uncomfortable, but I was able to relax comfortably in my air-conditioned Room until doors opened. After the show, I enjoyed dinner at an izakaya I had reserved, and since it was only about an 8-minute walk back to the Hotel, it was very convenient. I soaked in a hot bath with the provided bath salts and slept soundly. The next morning, I had breakfast at the familiar second-floor restaurant. This time I mainly chose Western-style dishes, but when I went to get coffee, I spotted curry and ended up eating more than I should have. If there’s another event in Omiya, I’ll likely stay here again.

I stayed here while visiting a friend. It’s perfect for children who love the Shinkansen. Thank you for lending me an umbrella and pressing the elevator button so I could get on quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the open-air bath—I wish there had been a little more privacy. Still, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

No matter when I stay, the staff are always wonderful—friendly and truly pleasant to deal with. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and I was able to relax in comfort. Thank you for your hospitality. The doorman, front desk, and restaurant staff were all courteous and kind. There were more than enough amenities and towels provided for the number of guests, so we could stay comfortable without having to reuse the same towels. The lounge food and breakfast were both delicious. We will definitely stay again when we visit Awaji Island!

I stayed here for the first time to visit my mother in the hospital in Niigata. Many Hotels in Niigata feel quite dated, and after a lot of 고민 I chose this one for its great location. After getting off the Shinkansen, I could get around under cover no matter the weather, and having nearby shopping facilities was incredibly convenient and truly helpful. I’m a bit particular about cleanliness, but the Room was very clean. Since I stayed two nights, around 9:30 a.m. housekeeping knocked on my door and asked what I would like regarding cleaning, so I requested only towel replacement and water. Next to the front desk there were complimentary amenities available to take freely, from bath salts to skincare items, which really impressed me. There was also a microwave in the lobby, so I was happy to be able to warm up rice balls. Every staff member who assisted me was kind, courteous, and gentle. I had planned to stay one night, but my mother suddenly needed surgery and I asked to extend my stay; they kindly accommodated me, for which I am truly grateful. Whenever I go to Niigata, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

We stayed for one night with my parents in their 80s and the two of us, using two Rooms. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant, and we truly appreciated that the staff noticed my elderly father was feeling cold by the window and offered a blanket. Many of the Hotel staff seemed to be in second careers, and perhaps because of that, we felt their experienced hospitality in many ways, which made our stay very reassuring. ...Just one thing: there was no foldable luggage rack in the Room to place our bags on, which was inconvenient. Other than that, we had a very comfortable time. Thank you very much.
