Although it’s not right along the coastline, this Accommodation had several spots that made me think, “This is really nice.” Dinner wasn’t at the restaurant we originally requested, but they made a Reservation at a place we were very satisfied with. The Room is a bit old, but it was well cleaned and we were able to stay comfortably. There are two baths, both available for private use. There was no time when it was so crowded that we couldn’t get in. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath were very relaxing. For breakfast the next morning, grilled Pacific saury was served. The staff were kind, and it felt like a warm, homey Accommodation.

There was none of the odor that’s common at pet-friendly accommodations, and the entire place felt clean and comfortable—we had a wonderful stay! Since we stayed in September, we enjoyed a BBQ outside. They also provided insect repellent and mosquito coils, which was extremely helpful! It really felt like it’s run by a lovely parent-and-child team. We’d definitely love to stay here again! This is by far the best pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thank you again!

This was my third stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are well cleaned, and it was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The large public bath also seemed to be cleaned regularly, so I could relax comfortably. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Because it was raining heavily, I arrived early, but I was able to relax in the lounge while waiting, and since the Room was ready quickly, I was allowed to check in early. The Room had a body pillow, and the bed angle could be adjusted, so I could rest in a very comfortable position. The meals were thoughtfully arranged for both my husband and me. My meal had no raw items and was changed to options that considered the baby’s nutrition. It was fun to compare it with my husband’s meal as we ate. Everything was delicious. I’m sorry that I couldn’t eat very much and ended up leaving some toward the end. On departure day as well, we enjoyed tea in the lounge before checkout and were able to enjoy our stay until the very end. Thank you very much!

We stayed here as a couple on this trip. Before booking, we saw it on TV and knew we wanted to visit, so we decided to stay here! The welcome drink was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind. Both dinner and breakfast felt luxurious, and everything was delicious. It was a hotel filled with smiling guests. Next time, we’d love to bring our grandchildren and enjoy it together! My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. This time, the private open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water left the strongest impression—relaxing while gazing out at the sea felt truly luxurious. The breathtaking view overlooking Dogashima was also wonderful, and we felt soothed throughout our stay. The meals were a creative Japanese-Western kaiseki course featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients, and every dish was delicious, making dinner even more special. We were also very satisfied with the three-tiered breakfast box, which we could enjoy at a leisurely pace. Spending time in the private relaxation room was comfortable as well—perfect for unwinding together. Above all, we are always comforted by the warm hospitality of the staff. Their thoughtful attention to detail made our stay extremely pleasant. This is a lovely inn that makes us want to return again—highly recommended.

Conveniently located near Dogo Onsen Station, the view from the Room was great, with Dogo Onsen Honkan and Matsuyama Castle visible. The window glass had a pattern, so it would have been even better if it were completely clear. The Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sense of cleanliness. The large public bath on the top floor was also very relaxing, and I especially recommend the open-air bath! We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and there were many local dishes and unique items—everything was delicious. Dinner was a half-buffet, but we were very full, so I thought it would be nice to have a Plan with buffet only (it may already exist...). Also, I’d be happy if there were mandarin orange juice at breakfast! It was also great to have live piano music in the evening.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The entire Hotel was unified in FAUCHON’s signature pink color scheme, beautifully balancing charm with refined luxury. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was surrounded by an exotic atmosphere, as if visiting a luxury Hotel in Paris, and I was able to enjoy a truly special time. At the top-floor restaurant, I also noticed many guests visiting from France, and it was impressive to feel such an international ambiance while staying in Kyoto. Thanks to the beautiful interior, sophisticated space design, and the warm hospitality of all the staff, this stay was once again comfortable and elegant. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

The staff were very kind and attentive. Both the room and the entire property were clean, making it a very comfortable stay. I also enjoyed a quiet, relaxing time at both the baths and the restaurant. I slept really well! I’m looking forward to enjoying fresh seafood that you can’t experience in Tokyo. With a variety of meal plans available, I’m excited to try different options.

It was a wonderful Hotel where we could truly enjoy Lake Biwa. The Room offered a panoramic view of Lake Biwa and felt incredibly open and airy. The interior also had a luxurious touch, and we genuinely enjoyed simply spending time in the Room. All of the staff provided excellent service, proactively checking in with us, so we never had any trouble during our stay. The Onsen was especially memorable. The water quality was excellent, and the view of Lake Biwa from the open-air bath was exceptional. On the day we stayed, a crescent moon reflected on the lake’s surface, creating an enchanting scene. The amenities were also high quality. We were very satisfied with the all-inclusive lounge as well. With its high ceilings and spacious atmosphere, enjoying drinks freely while looking out over Lake Biwa was truly fantastic. Dinner featured an outstanding full-course Omi beef meal—so much so that it felt like great value for what you get. There was also a wide selection of drinks, and we were especially happy to see many local sake options available. They paired perfectly with the fresh ingredients. Breakfast was a buffet featuring locally sourced ingredients with plenty of variety. The restaurant had ample seating, so we could dine comfortably without waiting while enjoying views of Lake Biwa. If I had one request, it would be helpful to have a Plan without dinner as an option—this would make it easier for guests on a Multiple Night Stay to enjoy dining out for one evening. For that reason, we changed our stay from two nights to one night this time; however, after actually staying here, it was such an excellent Hotel that we regretted not booking a Multiple Night Stay. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights.

We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed as a family. This was our first family trip with two boys. We contacted the Ryokan in advance to make sure we wouldn’t cause any trouble, and thanks to their support we had a wonderful time. The water in Yumura has truly excellent quality. It was a hot day and our child had heat rash, but after the Onsen the itching seemed to go away. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

I was looking for a place to stay in Kochi City during a motorcycle touring trip and found this Hotel. There aren’t many Hotels in the city where you can park a large motorcycle, but this one secured parking for motorcycles (and it’s near the entrance), which was very helpful. The Room facilities and amenities were more than enough for me. I stayed on a weekday, and breakfast started at 6:00 a.m.; there was a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kochi City.

It was a very comfortable stay. All of the staff were consistently courteous, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We also used the private bath, which was wonderful for enjoying the hot spring at a relaxed pace. From the open-air bath in the large public bath, we could look out over the Sea of Japan—it felt wonderfully open and refreshing. The view of the Sea of Japan from the terrace seating was also spectacular, and spending time there while watching the ocean became a great memory for us. It would have been even more convenient if there had been towels and tissues at the wash area, but aside from that, we were highly satisfied overall. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying hot springs and views of the Sea of Japan. I’d love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

From the moment we arrived until we departed, every moment was comfortable and truly luxurious. We were delighted with everything—the atmosphere, the room, the bath, and the meals—but above all, the attentive hospitality and thoughtful care from all of the staff made us want to return again. I am left-handed, and at dinner on the first night I moved my chopstick rest myself. Then at breakfast the next morning, my chopstick rest had been set up for a left-handed guest, which truly moved me...! Thank you so much for noticing even such a small detail.

I was very happy to be able to sleep soundly at the Hotel. As expected, the Room was clean, and the amenities were excellent, so I was very satisfied. I was a bit concerned that the tables were close to other guests, but I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my first stay here, and it exceeded my expectations—it was a wonderful Hotel and I was truly satisfied with my stay. First of all… The Room was very clean and comfortable, so I could relax and take my time. Since spending time at the Hotel is one of the pleasures of traveling, I was happy to be able to enjoy such a comfortable Room. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes—more than satisfying. I also enjoyed ingredients unique to Hokkaido, making mealtime another highlight of the trip. Above all, what left the strongest impression was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile and provided kind, attentive, warm hospitality, which made my stay very pleasant. The Room, the meals, and the staff were all truly wonderful—this is a Hotel that made me sincerely feel glad I chose it. One of my goals for this trip was simply to stay in Niseko, and including the time spent at the Hotel, it became a great memory. If I have another chance to visit Niseko, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely time.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

We stayed on September 27. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time with both the Facility and the meals. The baths offered a variety of styles, and we were very satisfied. Our Room had a sauna, a cold bath, and an outdoor air bathing area, which was soothing throughout our stay. We are truly glad we made a Reservation at Sennen-tei. If we have the opportunity again, we look forward to staying with you.
