This was our first trip to Shikoku and Kochi, and the three of us—my husband, our 5-year-old son, and I—stayed here. Although it’s conveniently close to the station, the inn had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. They also offer a free shuttle service, which was especially appreciated since we visited during a hot season. The cute red bridge near the entrance added a charming touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Before our stay, I was a little disappointed that it isn’t a hot spring facility, but the large public bath was spotless and very relaxing. We were also grateful for the space where children can play. Breakfast was truly delicious—I ended up eating too much. All of the staff were kind, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time as a family. The chopsticks we bought at the on-site souvenir shop (stylish yet dishwasher-safe!) are easy to use and have been incredibly handy. My husband and I have already said, “Let’s come again next year.” If I have friends traveling to Kochi, this is definitely an inn I’d recommend.

I used the day-use Plan. This Hotel is directly connected to Kariya Station, allowing you to check in without getting wet from either JR or Meitetsu. It was convenient and well-equipped for remote work. Wired LAN is also available, and the internet connection is stable. There are restaurants, convenience stores, a bookstore, and a 100-yen shop within walking distance, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The Hotel was surprisingly quiet during the day, which made it ideal for getting work done. Thank you.

Breakfast included a Kyoto-style Japanese meal, which we enjoyed. The beds in the Japanese-Western room were comfortable. We were slightly bothered by some noise from the plumbing during the night.

Breakfast featured a rich curry, healthy grated yam (tororo), the house specialties of raw egg and fried egg, natto, seafood furikake, and other dishes that made you want to dig into bowl after bowl of rice. Of course, there were also salads and bread, fish, hijiki side dishes, soba noodles, miso soup, pickled plums (umeboshi), and nori seaweed. Free drinks and yogurt were available as well. Everything was delicious, and I left completely full.

It was a comfortable twin Room, and we could even see Lake Kawaguchi from the Room window. The amenities included everything we needed. Dinner was a half-buffet, which made it easy to choose just the right amount. The breakfast buffet let you make your own seafood rice bowl, which made it even more satisfying. I’m only disappointed that I missed the ochazuke time from 9:00 PM (I fell asleep). When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I’d like to stay at Breeze Bay again.

The front desk staff were very kind, and we were especially well taken care of by the restaurant team. When I asked where the nearest convenience store was so I could buy ice for watching a baseball game outdoors, they told me, “We have some here—please take as much as you need.” They gave us plenty, which was a huge help. We would love to stay again.

I used this hotel on a driving trip in Gunma. Since my goal was to drive mountain roads, I had to go back as far as Isesaki, so the location was the only drawback. Other than that, everything was excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind—thank you. The room was clean, the bath was clean, and there was also a sauna (nighttime only), so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Please note that there are many one-way streets in the area, so you need to be careful. Access by car is very good.

I made a Reservation together with the on-site izakaya and was able to relax here on the last day of Silver Week. AZ Hotel is consistently reliable in terms of Facility, amenities, meals, and pricing, so I felt comfortable staying here with confidence. With breakfast included at this price, it offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff were truly kind as well, and I had a very pleasant one-night stay. Thank you very much.

This was my first trip to Yamagata Prefecture. I booked this Accommodation at the last minute as a stopover on my way through Yamagata to Niigata Prefecture to attend the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival, and the food was truly delicious. The staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was excellent. The Onsen was also great. Even though I chose this Ryokan without doing any research, I had a fantastic stay. Thank you very much.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay at this chain of accommodations. Despite being very affordable, the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent access. Complimentary drinks are available in the lobby. Additionally, this accommodation offers a women-only large public bath. While room wear and bath towels are available for an additional fee, the value for money is outstanding, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

The room isn’t large, but it’s more than sufficient for a solo stay. There are also power outlets near the bed, which is convenient. The room was kept clean as well. All of the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. Whenever I come to Sasebo, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you very much.

Due to an approaching typhoon, we couldn’t see the sunset over Mutsu Bay, but the view of Yunoshima from the open-air bath was absolutely wonderful. The meals were also very satisfying, and it became a fun summer memory!!

As part of the eco-conscious Facility operations, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. There was no sheet change, but fresh towels were delivered to the entrance door every day, so it was not inconvenient at all. The selectable breakfast each morning (boxed meal, self-serve coffee, barley tea, and miso soup) included options like a pork-and-egg rice ball bento, hamburger steak bento, and sandwiches—there was no repetition and I enjoyed a variety. Everything was delicious. The location was convenient as it is close to the bus terminal and the port for remote islands. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

The property is a bit old, but it’s close to the station and there are many restaurants nearby, so I always stay here. The staff are kind and courteous, and I’m very satisfied.

I stayed here the night before because I had errands for my child. Next door there’s Bamiyan and Gusto, and nearby there are a 7-Eleven, Yoshinoya, Sukiya, Cocochi, MOS Burger, and a ramen shop. For one night with two guests, you receive two frozen-meal vouchers at check-in. You can choose from mapo eggplant bento, meatball bento, curry, meat sauce pasta, or yaki udon. The free drink corner offers coffee only, but the machine brews each cup by drip and felt quite authentic. Amenities are next to the front desk; you take what you need yourself. The sleepwear was a gown type. Earplugs were also available. I don’t smoke, but the smoking area is outdoors. If it rains, you’ll likely need an umbrella to smoke. Parking right in front of the Room is very convenient. Check-out was easy too—just drop the card-style room key into the post box outside the front desk and leave. Once inside the Room it’s so comfortable you forget you’re in a container unit; however, because the window is small and doesn’t open much, there was a slight lack-of-ventilation smell in the Room. Since there’s an air purifier provided, it may be best to run it on full power. In the bathroom there were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, foaming face & hand wash (foam), bath towels, and face towels. Inside the Room there were about five hangers; TV channels were terrestrial digital only. Wi‑Fi is also available. I avoided an “issue” Room type (“wake ari”), so there was no vibration or noise for me at all. At Bamiyan next door I sat at a seat closest to Route 1 (the main road), and it shook like an earthquake every time a truck passed—so I’m glad I chose a non-“wake ari” Room along the road side as well. It’s casual and inexpensive, so I’d like to use other Hotel R9 locations in other areas again if I have the chance."""

This was my second stay. Since it is away from central Nara City, the surroundings are quiet and you can relax. The drinks in the 8th-floor lounge while watching Mt. Unebi at sunset are wonderful. The Room has a unit bath, but I also recommend the spacious public bath nearby. This time, there were dishes from many countries, and everything was delicious. With Asuka and Fujiwara Palace designated as World Heritage sites, I expect more tourists in the future, but this is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

We stayed for two nights and used the restaurant for a meeting between a mother and daughter who live far apart. Everyone was satisfied.

I have stayed here many times because the hotel’s atmosphere, meals, and hot springs are wonderful, and this time I stayed in the Tower Wing for the first time. I checked in at the exclusive lounge for guests on the accommodation floors, and a staff member escorted me to my room. The room was a Japanese-style room (with beds) and was much more spacious than I expected. From the window I could see the ocean and the cityscape of Atami; I sat on the sofa by the window and enjoyed the view. I also took my time enjoying the hot springs—simply outstanding. Dinner was a quiet, relaxing kaiseki meal at the restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet with both Japanese and Western options. I went early, chose my dishes at a leisurely pace, and enjoyed a peaceful meal. I had an exceptionally luxurious stay and was very satisfied. I would like to stay in the Tower Wing again next time. Thank you very much.

Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated my request perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are also convenience stores and drugstores right by the station, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a surprisingly affordable price for a Tokyo Hotel.

Staying here feels exciting—like a theme park inspired by the Nebuta Festival. Great hospitality, and the food is excellent. I’d definitely come back.
