This was my first stay, and the rates were affordable. There was a large public bath, and the Room was spacious, so I could relax and unwind. I signed up for membership right away. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here on my first trip to Hokkaido in a while. I was extremely satisfied with the outstanding location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the exceptional hospitality of everyone at the Hotel. The view from the open-air bath was also wonderful, and I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I was amazed by the variety of the breakfast buffet! I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed here the night before heading to Sado. Since we booked on the day, we received a discount and it was great value for money. The Room isn’t large, but it was comfortable enough. The shared area had manga and massage chairs, and the kids enjoyed them too. The buffet breakfast on the 10th floor was very reasonably priced—so cheap I felt it might even be less than buying food at a convenience store. There was a good selection, and the rice (from Niigata) was delicious. At the Hotel entrance there was also a shaved-ice service (mainly for kids?), and although it was only available for a short time, we had a pleasant stay overall. One thing that confused me: we parked in the affiliated multi-story parking garage right in front of the Hotel. When asked about our parking ticket, I handed it over thinking it would be free, but at checkout it only went from 1,200 yen to 1,100 yen. The website also says 1,100 yen, but I couldn’t tell whether that is the regular rate or the discounted rate. Since the front desk took my ticket, ran it through their machine, and returned it without any explanation, I think some guests may mistakenly assume parking becomes free.

Because a Room was available, they upgraded me from the Room I had reserved to a newly renovated, more spacious Room. It was so spotless that I was genuinely surprised. The large public bath had three types of baths and a sauna, and since it was a weekday during the rainy season, I could enjoy it almost privately and relax at my own pace. The ReFa hair dryer, KEYUCA cups, and cute cushions made the Room feel especially appealing for women. I only met two staff members at check-in and check-out, but both were extremely courteous and helpful. I wasn’t traveling for sightseeing this time—I simply wanted an affordable Hotel where I could stay one night alone with access to an Onsen—but it was so comfortable that I’d love to stay again next year with my family.

This was my second stay, and I was very happy with the courteous service from the staff. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service. I would like to stay one more time within this year.

The meals were absolutely luxurious! All the staff were attentive and kind. The all-you-can-drink options at dinner were very extensive, and the glasses were kept chilled in a dedicated refrigerator, which felt very clean. The bath facilities were also great, and the locker keys felt very secure. Just one thing: the trash bin under the sink in the Room washbasin area hadn’t been emptied, so that was the only negative point.

I stayed at “Fuji-bakama.” The Room feels a bit old, but it is well maintained and comfortable. The Room is spacious, and the Accommodation made me feel as if I were staying at a countryside villa. There were plenty of towels and amenities, and coffee beans were provided, so I enjoyed delicious coffee in the morning. At breakfast time, the staff set everything up in the Japanese-style room, allowing me to dine in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were also very pleasant, making it a great stay.

Whenever I visit Ishigaki Island, I stay at this Hotel. The view from the Room is wonderful, and the Facility is compact overall, making it comfortable and easy to spend time here. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it tastes good, and I’m happy they also offer several kinds of fruit. The price isn’t too high, and it’s in a convenient location, so I recommend it!

I have stayed here about five times over the past few years. When visiting Karuizawa, I enjoy staying at this well-located Hotel as well as other Hotels I’m interested in, and exploring areas from Karuizawa to Komoro. The access is convenient, and it’s great that within Old Karuizawa you can easily walk to nearby places and shops you’re curious about. Also, you can buy your favorite ingredients and do simple cooking in your Room, or enjoy takeout. I am very satisfied with the clean, tidy Room. The staff also respond properly whenever something is needed. I would like to stay again.

The Room felt smaller compared to other Route Inn twin rooms. With two adults and suitcases, there was no space to open them comfortably. Other Facilities and services were as usual, comfortable and satisfactory. I would like to stay again.

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Above all, Ikebukuro is a convenient area with easy access to anywhere, and the Hotel is not too far from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We visited with great anticipation, having heard this Accommodation has a 150-year history. From the warm welcome at arrival, everyone greeted us with smiles, and our expectations immediately rose. We were escorted to our Room by a staff member, and the attentive service was remarkably detailed—something rare these days. The building has been beautifully renovated. Relaxing in the lounge surrounded by nature while looking out over the clear stream of the Hoki River was wonderful, and our conversations flowed easily. The facilities and our Room were spacious and spotless, and the gentle scent of incense was delightful. Every staff member we passed had a soothing smile. Dinner was carefully prepared, and the thoughtfully chosen tableware made it feel even more delicious. My mother and aunt—both very particular about food—praised it highly as well; we were truly impressed by the flavors of the ingredients themselves. The semi-open-air bath in our Room and the public baths felt silky soft on the skin, so we enjoyed them again and again. It seemed to promote perspiration; we warmed up from deep within, and all fatigue melted away. There were also table tennis, massages, and more available to enjoy—the service is thorough in every way. We also heard that for a Multiple Night Stay, different dishes are served each day. After dinner, we took a walk along the Hoki River and saw fireflies drifting through an enchanting scene—it felt magical. This became an unforgettable memory of this Accommodation. On the drive home we were already saying, “Let’s come back for a Multiple Night Stay in another season.” At a time when many places are simplifying their services, we are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful Accommodation with such attentive hospitality. We will recommend it to friends and acquaintances as well. Thank you very much.

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Osaka because of the spacious Room and convenient access. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate! There was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk had an ice machine and kitchen items available to borrow, so it felt like it would be comfortable even for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, which made it great for going out for food and drinks. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have another chance to visit Osaka.

All the staff, including at the front desk, were kind and helpful. We enjoyed Omi beef near the Hotel. The Hotel was quiet, and although the Room felt a bit old, it didn’t bother us. Above all, the breakfast buffet was truly delicious across the board. There was a wide variety, and some items were served in small bowls, which is perfect for anyone who wants to try many different dishes.

I was very satisfied and felt this was an Accommodation where the staff showed genuine, thoughtful care in a natural way. Many places put on a show—overdoing it, going through the motions, or prioritizing their own convenience—but this one felt different. From the parking area and front desk to small requests and conversations, and even during meals, everything felt sincere, with people and service that truly considered the guest. It also felt very affordable for the price. When making my Reservation, I hesitated because the building seemed more like a local Ryokan and I considered other chains, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision.

I’ve traveled to Tochigi many times, but this was my first visit to Yunishigawa Onsen. When choosing an Accommodation, the open-air Onsen and the meals were especially appealing. After arriving, I took a moment to relax with a cold welcome drink and a refreshingly cool towel—perfect for the heat. Once shown to my Room, I was soothed by the view from the window: mountains and a river. Dinner was served in a private room with an irori hearth, where many dishes were laid out. Over the hearth, various ingredients such as venison, beef, chicken, and yamame trout were grilled. We also enjoyed “isshobera”: minced chicken and crushed walnuts mixed into flavorful miso, spread onto a bamboo spatula and grilled, then placed on rice. Everything was truly delicious and beautiful to look at as well. For breakfast, we had piping-hot tofu made right in front of us along with many small side dishes—so filling even in the morning. Next time I’d love to visit during the autumn foliage season to enjoy a different view, so I hope to stay again when I return.

It was great that there were saunas for both men and women! We could play table tennis for free too, and my spouse and I had a lot of fun!! We received one free cup ramen per person, one ice cream after the bath, plus candy and Umaibo snacks! These little perks honestly made us so happy!!! They also had toner, moisturizer, and makeup remover. After the bath, we could drink free tea and lemon water as well—it was wonderful! We’d love to stay again!

I love Niigata in midwinter, but I also really enjoy Niigata in the season of wild mountain vegetables after the snow melts. In terms of Onsen Ryokan within the prefecture, I have previously stayed at Satoyama Jujo, HATAGO Issen, ryugon, Hinano Yado Chitose, and Rankei-so. Each Accommodation was unique and charming, and this time I was finally able to visit Shiki Yuzawa QUATTRO, which I had been curious about for a while. As you can probably tell from the above, we travel around various Accommodations because we like places with great food. From that perspective—this is how my spouse and I both felt—the breakfast side dishes were good, but not “exceptionally delicious.” As for the seaweed (“nori”), it had a color and taste we had never seen before, which made us wonder: had this processed product changed over time? Or is this its intended final form in terms of appearance and seasoning? It left us feeling a bit uneasy. Perhaps for guests who usually select ingredients carefully and cook at home on a regular basis, it may not be especially impressive. That said, we truly appreciate that they prepared such a large number of dishes at the in-room chair-and-table seating area and offered their very best hospitality. We felt they were doing everything they could to provide a comfortable stay despite limited staff and time. We would recommend it more to guests with a hearty appetite who have no concerns about their legs or knees. This is because getting into a bathtub without handrails can become difficult as you get older. Both the indoor bath and open-air bath in the room continuously supplied Onsen water, so we could soak at a comfortable temperature again the next morning. We also enjoyed relaxing on the second-floor terrace. Since this season is neither too hot nor too cold—and there are no bugs—why not plan a trip now? The room seemed renovated and was very clean, and there was also a hair straightener in addition to the hair dryer. We were satisfied with the amenities! Thank you to everyone for your kind assistance throughout our stay. The large public bath at Sakura-tei was also nearby, so getting there was easy.

We stayed with the intention of treating ourselves to a luxury we don’t usually indulge in. From the welcome drink and the first small appetizer, everything was delicious, and we were already very satisfied. The wine was extremely easy to drink, and the non-alcoholic tea was also amazing (I wish you would sell it). The Room was spacious, and it was wonderfully quiet—we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms on either side. Having an Onsen in the Room that we could enjoy anytime was fantastic. If there’s one concern, it’s that while the food is excellent, the portions are quite large. Even our family—who usually asks for seconds multiple times—was saying, “We’re full!” There’s a generous amount from the appetizers onward, but some dishes served during the main sushi course and additional dishes after sushi may leave many guests thinking, “It’s delicious, but I’m too full!” That said, every dish is distinctive and truly delicious, so I still hope you’ll try them all!
