We stayed for three nights, and the meals kept getting better each day—we were very satisfied. We could really feel the chef’s skill and great sense in both technique and choice of ingredients. We stay over 50 nights a year, and I’m sure this place is easily in our top three for this year. The second and third nights in particular were excellent. If you’re going, I recommend staying at least three nights. However, as there were three of us (my daughter and my spouse and I), the separate Room layout was nice, but the wash area felt outdated. I think it would have been much better if even one of the two toilets had been renovated—removing the unnecessary bathtub—and making the sink area more practical to use. The staff were also great, and we would like to come again.

I stayed here on a guys’ trip with my sons. Both the building and the room were clean and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. The LOVOT in the first-floor lobby was adorable and added to the nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed both the sauna and the cold bath. Breakfast featured plenty of local ingredients, which made us feel like we were truly in Nagano. We were also happy with the great manga selection, and dinner at the in-house restaurant—especially the pizza—was satisfying. When I come to Nagano again, I’d like to stay here again!

I stayed at this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Tokyo. The location is excellent—Urawa Corso and Isetan are about a 1-minute walk away, so shopping is very convenient. During my trip I needed extra clothes, and being able to buy them right away at UNIQLO was a big help. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which makes it easy to pick up small items and drinks. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying overall (they even served eel on the day I stayed). The breakfast venue is on an upper floor with nice views and an open feel. That said, the view overlooks the Urawa city area, so it’s more about enjoying the cityscape than dramatic scenery. The Hotel facilities seemed recently renovated and were clean overall. While there were a few spots that showed their age, nothing felt inconvenient. One thing I noticed was that although I had reserved a non-smoking Room, there was a faint lingering smell of tobacco. It may be from before the renovation, but guests who are sensitive to odors might find it noticeable. Overall, with its great location and excellent breakfast, I think this is a recommended Hotel for sightseeing in Tokyo or for stays related to errands in the Urawa/Omiya area.

For our 40th wedding anniversary, we searched for a place where we could relax in an Onsen and enjoy a delicious French dinner, and this Hotel came up. Hoping—just a little—that there might be a celebratory chocolate message plate with dessert, we visited Tamana Onsen for the first time. Dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, and we were more than satisfied—but after the course dessert and coffee, to our surprise, a cake plate arrived!! We truly weren’t expecting that much, so we were overwhelmed with emotion and almost brought to tears. And the cake itself—the whipped cream was exquisitely tasty. The quality was exactly what you’d expect from a Hotel cake! On top of that, the message lettering was beautifully done, the chocolate was delicious as well, and we were once again impressed by the pastry chef’s craftsmanship. The Onsen was spacious with free-flowing water, and it was lovely to see it decorated with traditional Japanese umbrellas and bamboo lanterns. It also felt wonderful to be greeted so warmly by all of the staff. The next day, we walked to Riganji Park’s footbath and enjoyed the cherry blossoms at Jagatani Park—making the most of our first visit to Tamana. We’ve both been busy working full-time for years and had never stayed at an Onsen Accommodation on our actual anniversary day before, so this became a truly special occasion—our most memorable since our wedding. We are deeply grateful to all of the Hotel staff for creating such a wonderful celebration. Thank you very much! Next time, we’ll be sure to visit again with friends and family.

The moderately American-style Room decor feels thoughtfully different from a typical Business Hotel. It was a new, clean Room. I was surprised that the bath and toilet were clearly separated. (The bathtub and shower felt like something you’d have at home.) The lighting in the Room is well designed, there are plenty of outlets, and it’s highly functional—overall, the hospitality far exceeded expectations for this price. Breakfast was also very satisfying in quality, and the other guests gave an elegant impression. There were a couple of moments when I noticed the soundproofing, but it was quiet at night.

My parents (77 and 76) and my sister (54) came from Niigata, and our couple (51 and 49) with our child (10)—six of us in total—stayed for 3 nights/4 days, booking two triple Rooms. (Stay: Tue, July 21, 2026 – Fri, July 24, 2026) Since it was our first time in Hokkaido and we wanted to go out to various places for dinner, we chose the plan with breakfast only each day. Because we stayed three nights, you prepared a different special menu every morning, and we were truly touched by your thoughtfulness. Everything was delicious (including robatayaki grilled king crab in the morning), and our whole family was extremely satisfied. Even my parents—who usually don’t eat much breakfast—praised it highly and even had three extra bowls of rice! The property was very clean as well, and for this price the overall quality—including the food—was outstanding. If we have a chance to come to Hokkaido again, we would definitely like to stay here again. (I’d love to recommend it to friends too!) Thank you for giving us such wonderful travel memories.

We stayed on the 10th Anniversary Plan. It was a great deal, with a bottle of red wine in the Room and checkout extended until 11:00—such a good value. The welcome drink and snacks were also excellent! They even made iced coffee when we asked. The meal portions were just right for us, but big eaters might find it a little small. I wonder if refills of inari sushi were available? The roast beef was outstanding! The Crêpes Suzette had a wonderful orange aroma, and the performance was great too. The staff member prepared it with a lovely smile, but I did worry whether she might get burned. Maybe that’s why the dining area is kept slightly dim—because of this performance. Our Room was a twin, but it was different from the twin shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing (I thought it would have beds on wooden flooring rather than carpet). The wallpaper design was quite bold. The sofa was on the small side, and we felt an ottoman or an extra chair would have made it more comfortable to relax. Middle-aged couples don’t really sit pressed together (haha). The bath area was compact but very nice. We appreciated the thoughtful service of tea and ice cream as well! However, perhaps to prevent steam from building up, the door leading to the open-air bath area was always left open—so I wondered whether insects might come in… and sure enough, we ran into one (a stink bug?). I really hate bugs, so my heart was pounding. That part was quite disappointing. I’ve mentioned various things, but overall it was a wonderful Accommodation where we truly felt their hospitality. Thank you very much.

One of the joys of visiting Asahikawa is staying at this Hotel. The breakfast is simply delicious! The freshly baked bread—croissants and crispy Danish pastries—is always excellent. And the homemade pudding in a jar! I always end up having two or three. There’s also a great selection of farmer’s bacon, curry, Japanese rolled omelet, simmered dishes, and salads. The single Room is spacious and easy to use, and the front desk staff are kind and helpful. True to its name, the whole Hotel has a calm atmosphere, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from Asahikawa Station while strolling through Kaimono Koen. The price is reasonable as well, and I think it’s one of Asahikawa’s standout Hotels. It’s also adorable that there are large plush penguins and seals inside the Hotel. This is a Hotel that makes you want to stay again every time.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, so I could relax and enjoy it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied. It’s also conveniently located near the station, so I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a business trip to Tokyo. From check-in onward, the staff were very courteous, and the view from my Room was great, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you as well for kindly answering my questions about how to get to the station and the breakfast venue.

Thank you very much for everything. The staff welcomed us with smiles, and it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us feel warm from the very beginning. Although meals were served in a large hall, it still felt private like a private room. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—we were very satisfied. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room in the main building; while it had a sense of history, it was spacious enough for three people and we spent our time comfortably. The large public bath was also spacious, and the open-air bath was excellent as well. A walk through the well-maintained garden was lovely too—the moss was beautiful. The value for money surprised us in the best way. We would love to visit again.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

I stayed at Kurayoshi City Hotel again on June 22. As there was a nearby get-together this time as well, I chose to stay overnight. Since my previous stay was comfortable, I felt confident booking again. The hotel is close to the venue, so getting there was easy and convenient—even after having drinks. The room was kept clean, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The facilities were sufficient, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The staff were also polite and made the experience pleasant. This Hotel is appealing for its great location and comfortable stay environment. When visiting Kurayoshi for a get-together or business trip, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Thank you always for your kind support. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming with a smile, and the Facility is always spotless and feels very clean. Whenever I come to Osaka to attend a live show, I stay here every time. The train connections are convenient, and I would love to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

The Room had a massage chair, which was the main reason I chose this Hotel so I could relax during my stay. Even though I made the unreasonable request for a high-floor Room, you kindly accommodated me by upgrading my Room—thank you very much. All the staff had wonderful smiles, and the Room was spotless and well maintained. I always stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel when I visit Kyoto, and this was the best one of them all. If I have a chance to visit Numazu again, I will definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay here the other day. As the building is a renovated former Ryokan, there were a few areas that felt a bit aged, but it was an Accommodation filled with charm that far outweighed any such impressions. The buffet I had been looking forward to was in a class of its own compared with typical offerings—each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and everything I tried was seasoned beautifully and truly delicious. Above all, what made me happiest was the warm hospitality of the staff. I stayed with my elderly mother, who has weak legs and uses a cane, and at the restaurant entrance a staff member quickly noticed her situation and smoothly guided us to seats where it would be easier for her to serve herself. Their promptness and kindness at that moment moved me more than words can express. Throughout our stay, every staff member we spoke with responded pleasantly from start to finish, and I could really feel how well their training and hospitality are delivered. Although it was only one night, my mother, my wife, and I were able to spend truly meaningful time together. I would love to return again with my precious family. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories.

I had to travel to Sapporo on short notice and made a same-day Reservation. I was happy to have a Room with a view of the Hokkaido Government Office. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

As a public Accommodation in Matsuzaki Town, it offers reassuringly affordable prices. I’d like to stay here again. Note: A lesser-known highlight is a walk around Benten Island, where you can even see the red torii gate from the Accommodation. The loop is under 200 meters, but has some gentle ups and downs. You can enjoy rugged rocks formed by an undersea volcanic eruption, views of Suruga Bay, and a variety of wildflowers. I highly recommend this stroll! Please note that sandals are not suitable.

The location was great, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was very satisfying. I would like to stay here again.
