We stayed here with our family again after a long time, and we felt the service had improved even more. All the staff were very courteous, and we were truly happy that they remembered our previous stay. The meals were excellent—not only dinner, but especially breakfast, which offered an impressive variety and was delicious. We were also surprised to see the owner personally serving guests at breakfast. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Highly recommended!!

During our stay, the staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding, and we are sincerely grateful. They kindly and flexibly consulted with us about the early-morning visit and breakfast times, and they were happy to accommodate sudden changes. There is no TV in the Room, but the quietness was actually very comfortable, and we enjoyed a much-needed digital detox. The sounds of insects and cicadas in the early morning made our trip even more enriching. The Room, making beautiful use of a traditional kura storehouse, blends history and modern comfort seamlessly—our stay itself felt like a special experience. We were also deeply comforted by your thoughtful gesture of providing “Misogi-no-Yu” for guests who are unable to visit Futami Okitama Shrine before praying at Ise Jingu. If we have the opportunity, we would love to return again next time. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time!

Perched halfway up Mt. Inasa with sweeping views over Nagasaki, this Hotel drew me in and I’m glad I stayed. At check-in, I was welcomed with the warm local Nagasaki phrase “Mattotta bai!” and even though it was raining, it instantly lifted my spirits. The building feels like it dates from the bubble era and is wonderfully luxurious—an extraordinary atmosphere that blends glamour with calm. From the Room, I could take in the city lights at a glance; while the bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, the space was very large and beautifully maintained. A shuttle bus runs regularly to the station, making it extremely convenient to head into town for dinner, and when going out, the staff kindly worried about whether I had an umbrella and saw me off—truly attentive service. The next morning brought bright sunshine; enjoying a wide variety of breakfast while looking out at a deep-blue sky and sea was delightful. I wanted nothing more than to go back to my Room and stay one more night… but checked out reluctantly. I usually stay at Business Hotels for work, but this reminded me that a Hotel isn’t just about having new Facility—the warmth of people matters too. It was a wonderful stay. If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I’d love to stay here again.

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. The Room and Facility were exactly as shown in the photos, and the full-course Italian meal was delicate, outstanding in both taste and presentation. The woman who served us on the floor was exceptionally attentive and responsive, providing truly excellent hospitality. My mother, who traveled with me, also praised it highly and said she would love to come again.

This was my second stay after visiting in January. It’s a small Accommodation, but the service, meals, and Onsen are all above average. Some Rooms seem to have an open-air bath, but even without one, the public bath is not crowded and you can relax. The spring water has a faint sulfur scent but isn’t too strong—perfect for me. It’s an Accommodation that makes you want to come back.

After working hard decluttering my home during Golden Week, I decided on a last-minute treat—let’s go to an Onsen! So I made a Reservation the day before and stayed at this Accommodation. I hadn’t planned the trip in advance; I just wanted to relax with delicious food and an Onsen. I happened to find this place through a search, and it turned out to be truly wonderful—an unforgettable reward and a great memory. While chatting with the staff member who welcomed us in the parking lot, we mentioned Sora Terrace. After check-in, the attendant surprised me by bringing over a brochure, saying, “I heard you’re going tomorrow.” I was genuinely touched. Even though it’s a historic Onsen area, the younger staff were working hard, and everyone—from the dining staff to the front desk—was cheerful and friendly throughout our stay. It was an Accommodation filled with heartfelt hospitality that naturally brought smiles. The Room had been renovated in a modern Japanese style. There were plenty of power outlets everywhere (including by the bed), so charging devices was never an issue. I also loved being able to enjoy coffee, tea, and cold tea in the complimentary lounge area. Dinner served in a private room was excellent—not only delicious but also beautifully presented with small touches that made it even more enjoyable. I came hoping to unwind at a Ryokan, but exploring nearby public baths in yukata and sandals was also great fun. Since we went without much prior research, it made the holiday even more memorable.

It was my first trip to Aomori, and the number and quality of the dishes were outstanding—I was so full I could barely stand up. The Hotel staff were also very attentive, which made the stay even better. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

Using aromatic vegetables, fish, and meat from the Kyoto area, each ingredient is prepared and served with the utmost care to preserve its natural fragrance, flavor, and texture in the best possible way. The chef’s evolving craft was truly impressive. I was also moved by the sommelier’s sincere dedication to wine. The cuisine feels perfectly suited to this one-of-a-kind Meiji-era mansion dining experience in Japan.

Everything was excellent! The service was courteous and kind, the Room was clean, and the in-room bath was always filled with hot water and ready to use at any time. The meals were delicious, and all the drinks and light snacks in the lounge were wonderful as well! This is an Accommodation I would definitely love to visit again.

When I first visited in April, I was completely captivated by the Room’s interior, the lounge atmosphere, and the resort-like Onsen, so I returned for a Multiple Night Stay during summer vacation. Thank you for accommodating my dietary requests in advance; thanks to your care, I was able to spend my stay very comfortably. With even higher expectations for the future, I’d like to share one thought about the dinner dessert. The alcohol selection and the flow of the course are excellent, so I felt both last time and this time that overall satisfaction would be even higher if the final dessert were something lighter—such as refreshing fruit or delicate Japanese sweets that let you enjoy the lingering finish of the meal. In particular, Mukaiyama Seisakusho’s baumkuchen felt a bit mismatched as a finale after a filling dinner when served with hojicha; it seems like a delicious treat better suited to lunchtime or café time with coffee, which makes it feel like a missed opportunity. Adachiya Ryokan has become an Accommodation I love so much that I truly feel “I can’t imagine staying anywhere else” as an Onsen Accommodation. That’s why I’m sharing this in hopes it will become even more appealing. Thank you again for another wonderful stay—I would love to visit again.

All the staff were extremely courteous, and the service was attentive, making our stay truly comfortable. Every meal was delicious, and the lobster in particular was outstanding. The vegetables and fish were also very fresh, and their crispness and flavor came through from the moment they arrived at our table. In addition, thanks to my IKYU Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to the suite we had requested, and the view that opened up the moment we drew back the curtains in the morning was like a painting. In such a quiet, relaxing setting, we were able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

The food was truly delicious!

Before our stay, they kindly helped with various requests such as arranging taxis and pickups, and on the day they also assisted with ticket arrangements and an unexpected pickup during heavy rain—we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail. For dinner, we chose the teppanyaki course and enjoyed lively conversation along with delicious locally grown vegetables and meat. The Room also offered more than enough amenities, including coffee and other drinks.

We had a very comfortable stay! We were very satisfied with the amenities and in-room facilities. It was affordable, so we’d definitely like to stay again if we have the chance!

After finally arriving through heavy rain on this trip, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were served in a calm lounge, and we could really feel the care put into each dish. The Onsen was wonderful, but unfortunately, due to torrential rain severe enough to trigger warnings, the water temperature dropped on the morning of the second day. We were especially disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath in our Room. With expressways closed, sightseeing wasn’t possible at all, so we’d like to come back next time for a retry. The Accommodation is a pleasant, clean Hotel, and all of the staff were very kind.

Every Room comes with a private open-air bath, and meals can be enjoyed in your Room as well, so we were able to relax without worrying about anyone around us. What made us happiest most of all was how well the Accommodation is set up for dogs to enjoy! In addition to a private dog run just for our Room, there is an indoor dog run, and outside the Accommodation there are two more—one with wood chips and one with grass—so there are four dog runs in total. We could choose where to play depending on our mood and the weather. The meals were also delicious, making great use of Izu’s fish, meat, and vegetables. There was also a great selection of menu items for dogs, and our pup finished everything in no time. All of the staff were very dog-friendly, and it really showed how much they care about dogs. It became a wonderful memory where we could truly relax together with our dog. Thank you very much.

Simply the best. The staff’s professionalism, service, Room, meals, and architecture—everything was outstanding, and it made for a truly satisfying stay. The fittings were beautifully maintained, and it was fun just walking around and taking in the Facility. The amenities were well stocked, and the minibar was exceptionally well supplied, making for a wonderful time. And above all, the food was incredible—both dinner and breakfast were a perfect 10/10. Great care is also put into the desserts, which were delicious. A place I definitely want to return to.

Even though I hadn’t requested the Shuttle Service, when I called the Accommodation they kindly said they would come pick me up right away, which I really appreciated. The driver was also very pleasant and friendly. The front desk staff were naturally welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that felt very comfortable. When I entered the Room and opened the sliding window, I was moved by the close-up view of fresh green maple leaves and the mountains. The views from both the private bath and the open-air bath were outstanding. It is also conveniently located close to the ropeway. I love traveling and stay at various Accommodations several times a year, but among them all, I think Hotel Yunomoto is truly exceptional. Thank you very much.

I am an Onsen enthusiast who stays over 80 nights a year, mainly in Izu. I have stayed at Kameya Keian more than 30 nights in the past, and this year I stayed for 4 nights. The cuisine was artistic in presentation, and the flavor—especially the richness of the dashi—was something no other Hotel or Ryokan can match; it was absolutely outstanding. The Onsen water quality is excellent, as expected of the historic Izunagaoka Onsen, making this a top-rated Onsen Ryokan. I will visit again.
