This was our first visit. I saw my mother, who usually never asks for seconds, get another serving of rice for the first time. The food was truly delicious. Not only the cuisine, but also the heartfelt service made us very happy, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. My mother immediately started planning our next trip, saying, “Next time I want to bring the whole family.” We visit Ise Grand Shrine every year, so we would love to stay with you again next year. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

We stayed as a family. Our Room was a corner Room with a wonderful view, and the Onsen was excellent. The meals were very delicious and we were very satisfied. The black-tailed gulls were adorable. It was a pity that we couldn’t see the sunrise because it rained, but we look forward to next time. Thank you very much.

From the staff’s service to the Room atmosphere and amenities, everything was very satisfying. Breakfast was also delicious across the board, and I was extremely satisfied.

I was deeply impressed by the heartfelt hospitality of everyone at Kajikaso. During my stay, I lost track of time and enjoyed a truly fulfilling experience. The kaiseki dinner was exceptional—each dish was carefully prepared, and I savored it with all five senses. I’d love to have it again. The Onsen was also wonderful; the water felt silky and moisturizing like a beauty serum, leaving my skin smooth. Since the bathing areas rotate by time, the scenery changes completely, which was great fun—I soaked in the Onsen four times during my stay and felt completely refreshed. Thank you very much for taking such wonderful care of us during our three-generation family trip. Every dish, made with an abundance of local ingredients, was truly delicious and deeply moving. The luxurious free-flowing Onsen fed directly from the source was incredibly soothing, and we found ourselves returning again and again throughout our stay. The morning drink service was also exceptional—enjoying coffee while taking in the breathtaking view was a special treat, and we were able to spend a blissful moment. Thanks to the proprietress’s thoughtful sense of style throughout the property and the warm, attentive hospitality of all the staff, our whole family made unforgettable memories. Thank you again.

Recently, I stayed here with my parents and my daughter and her husband. Our Room had a modern Japanese style, and we were truly moved by the panoramic view of the Sea of Japan from the Room. The water was so clear that we could have watched it forever. At night, we could see dozens of lights out on the dark sea—perhaps from squid fishing boats—and it was absolutely beautiful. The large public bath also faces the sea, and we really enjoyed soaking for a long time in the open-air bath while taking in the view. We chose the deluxe Plan for dinner. Everything was wonderful—from steamed dishes we had never tried before to mackerel shabu-shabu—but the grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) with salt was outstanding. Some Ryokan serve nodoguro, but it is often small; here it was surprisingly large. Since it was my husband’s birthday, I consulted with you in advance about arranging a surprise cake. From our messages beforehand through to the day itself, you handled everything so thoughtfully, and I’m very grateful. My husband was delighted, and we were able to celebrate with big smiles all around. Thank you again. If there’s one regret, it’s that we only stayed one night. It felt like an Accommodation that deserves at least two nights, so next time I hope to book a Multiple Night Stay! Lastly, I rated the Facility as 4 because there are some older areas here and there—for guests who might be concerned about that. However, it didn’t bother us at all during our stay, and we had no issues whatsoever.

The exterior and interior were modern, calm, and very comfortable. The view from the Room was great, and the bed was so comfortable that I was able to relax and unwind. When I requested a thermometer, they also brought water with it—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Breakfast had a great balance of Okinawan dishes and standard options, so I could enjoy a wide variety of food. The large public bath was clean and easy to use as well. Thank you very much.

I thought it would be difficult to get there without a car, but there was a free Shuttle Service bus, so it was easy to reach by train as well. There was also a Shuttle Service to Sukayu Onsen, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy an Onsen with different water quality from the Hotel’s. The meals were all carefully prepared using local ingredients. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and everything was delicious. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and wind on both days, we couldn’t use the Hakkoda Ropeway, but we were able to relax at the Hotel until it was time. We had a wonderfully relaxing summer vacation. You can see the ocean from the Hotel Room, and if you walk a little way down the slope, the sea is right in front of you—perfect for picking up a coffee at a convenience store and relaxing on the beach. Dinner was plentiful, featuring simmered golden eye snapper (a bit sweet for our taste), spiny lobster, abalone, and more. It was also nice that we could use a voucher to choose items such as tempura, seared bonito, or dessert. There was an Onsen as well as an open-air bath, and we enjoyed them many times. Breakfast was buffet-style; the freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. They also had organic coffee, which we enjoyed. Thanks to the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail, our stay was very comfortable.

I stayed here for the first time for the tuna and the Onsen, and it was better than expected. As soon as I pulled up to the entrance, a staff member quickly came to carry my luggage (all the way to my Room), and the parking lot was spacious so I could park with peace of mind. My Room was No. 803, with a full ocean view from the window, and it was new and spotless. It would have been perfect if I could see Mt. Fuji too—unfortunately not. The toilet is automatic, and everything from the sofa to the washbasin area is functional; even the air conditioning is designed so that airflow doesn’t blow directly on you. The large public bath is spacious and includes an open-air bath, and there was even a poster saying Yaizu Onsen is No. 1 in central Shizuoka Prefecture (according to experts). It was an unexpected treat after bathing to be able to enjoy draft beer, snacks, juice, etc., in a lounge-like area. For dinner we chose a private room, so we could eat in a relaxed setting. Everything was good, but in particular the seasonal giant freshwater prawn and eel were plump and delicious. There was also a bingo game in the lobby from 8:30 p.m., with many families participating—it really showed the Hotel’s hospitality spirit. Breakfast was buffet-style; both the venue and selection were extensive—tuna, shirasu (whitebait), salmon, omelets, and more—and it was excellent overall. For this price point, considering everything—the Onsen, meals, Room quality, location, service—it felt far beyond what you’d expect from a “casual” Hotel category. In terms of value for money, this ranks among my best stays ever.

A Hotel I’ve stayed at many times. The rates are affordable, and the service exceeds expectations. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you always.

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple, and our detached Room came with an open-air bath and a footbath. The Room was very clean and made for a truly relaxing stay. We had our meals in a private dining room in a separate building, and even though there were many guests, we hardly ran into anyone. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the taste and portions were just right—we really enjoyed it! Above all, the morning mist in Yufuin was absolutely breathtaking. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again if we have the chance.

I was able to relax and spend quality time with my grandchild. The service at the IMA Lounge after playing in the water was excellent. We were allowed to park at the entrance, and we were truly impressed by the courteous female and male staff who bowed until our car was out of sight. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

All the staff were kind, and the Accommodation was not too large, making it easy for my elderly parents to get around. We were able to use the second-floor lounge many times, and it was great that the dining area was also close by. The Room was clean, bright, spacious, and very relaxing. All of the meals were delicious. When there are a lot of people in the bath, it can feel a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. From our first phone call to the very end, the staff were gentle and I think that really enhanced how wonderful this Accommodation is. I would love to stay again.

My father loved this Accommodation so much during our previous stay that we came back again. Everyone on the staff was so thoughtful, and the food in particular was delicious. We could really feel your hospitality. Even the tableware became part of our conversation, and my father’s favorite—pike conger—was especially tasty. Even after we got home, he kept saying, “It was delicious.” The portions were generous, so it may have been a bit too much for seniors. I felt bad leaving some behind. At night, I soaked in the ceramic tub and relaxed while gazing at the stars—it was truly healing time. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Room with a private open-air bath this time. Since my wife has limited mobility, we always make a Reservation for a Room with Onsen water. The Facility is certainly old in some respects, but the bathroom was the most spacious of any we’ve had. My wife seemed very satisfied, and there was also a massage chair, which we really enjoyed. The meals were delicious, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of the ferry ride—we were very pleased overall. We would like to stay again if we have the chance. I hope you will keep Room 205 (with some minor updates). To all the staff—please keep up the great work!

The sauna-equipped room we came for was refined in both design and functionality, and it was amazing to enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor air bath right in the room. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. With its stylish design and calm, high-quality atmosphere, we enjoyed an excellent meal. The tableware and presentation were thoughtfully done as well, making it a feast for all five senses. The Hotel’s interior and overall ambiance are wonderful, so it seems popular with female guests too. We will definitely book the sauna-equipped room again.

The Facilities were clean and well maintained, and I was able to stay comfortable throughout my visit. Breakfast was buffet-style, so I could take as much of what I wanted as I liked. The only disappointment was that the simmered eggplant and green beans tasted saltier than the other dishes, so I didn’t go back for seconds. I hope all dishes can be prepared with a lighter salt level. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very helpful, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you for taking care of me. I stayed here after reading the Reviews. The Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. It is directly connected to the station, so you can get around without being affected by the weather, and the front desk staff were quick to respond, making for a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.
