The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

Thank you for welcoming us with such warm hospitality! We booked a Room with an open-air bath, and it felt more open than we expected, which made us a bit nervous, so we used it early in the morning and at night when it seemed like no one would be around. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied! We ate so much we could barely move.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The Room size and the open-air bath were both just right for relaxing. The staff were also lovely, with the perfect sense of distance, and it was very soothing. I’m quite strict about cleanliness, but it was flawless. I’d love to stay again. For this price, the quality makes me want to come back.

This Hotel was recommended to me by ChatGPT, which understands my preferences and personality, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. Not only were the building and interior design wonderful and stylish, but the staff were also very kind and pleasant. Breakfast was served in such a beautiful space that it took my breath away, and everything was delicious—especially the scones, which were outstanding. As this trip was for my husband’s birthday, we used the anniversary Plan. They prepared non-alcoholic champagne and a very tasty cake, making it a lovely surprise. Neither of us drinks alcohol, but if we had more time, we would have liked to visit the bar as well. Perhaps because it was a weekday in May, there were many foreign visitors both in town and among the guests. Since it rained, being able to borrow the coin laundry facilities and a shoe dryer was incredibly helpful. If I had to mention one thing, it would be helpful if there were guidance on how many minutes are needed for roughly how much laundry. (At 100 yen for 25 minutes, I suspect even one T-shirt might not fully dry...) I initially thought the price was per person but then realized it covered two people as well—which surprised me even more. There’s nowhere else where you can get this level of quality and satisfaction at this price! Thank you for such a wonderful day.

I was a little nervous since it had been a while since my last Hotel stay, but the front desk staff’s warm smile immediately put me at ease. The Room was spacious and spotless, with no signs of leftover dust or missed cleaning, so I felt comfortable and slept soundly. The music playing on the TV was soothing. I honestly wished I could have stayed one more night. On a personal note, the Hotel I stayed at in Kyoto before was truly terrible, and ever since then I’d been afraid to stay in Hotels—but I’m really glad I found Avita Hotel. Whenever I travel to Kyoto, Avita Hotel will be my only choice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying with you again.

It’s a short walk from the station, but the location is convenient. The interior is stylish, thoughtfully designed, and functional, and it was nice to see greenery from the Room. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I once had to cancel reluctantly, but the staff handled it with great sincerity, which left a strong impression on me—so I chose to stay again this time. It was just as good as I remembered. Thank you very much.

This was my first solo trip, and I stayed here for the first time. Just as the Accommodation’s concept promises, I was able to enjoy a quiet, extraordinary escape and was very satisfied. The food was delicious and generous in portion size, and best of all, it was brought to my Room so I could relax and dine there at my own pace! I stayed in summer, but even in the open-air bath I didn’t see any insects at all, so I could enjoy it comfortably again and again. Perhaps effective insect prevention measures were in place. Thank you for such a relaxing stay. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, but we were able to use the dog run even if we arrived earlier, which made both us and our dog very happy! The all-inclusive plan was truly luxurious, with a wide variety of drinks and even light snacks—absolutely fantastic. They also had treats and cake for dogs! The Room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner was a gorgeous course meal, and the freshly baked bread in particular was delicious—we were so happy we could get refills. The next morning, our dog jumped out of the cart and couldn’t walk, so we consulted a male staff member at reception. He called several nearby animal hospitals for us, which helped us so much. They also changed our breakfast to takeout—thank you very much for your support. It’s a wonderful Hotel and we were completely satisfied!! This is an amazing Hotel that I want to recommend to everyone. Thank you so much. We will definitely come again! We are truly grateful to the staff.

We stayed in a twin Room with a view of Sakurajima for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was compact but had everything we needed, and we were able to relax comfortably. On the day of our stay, you kindly stored our luggage from the morning, which allowed us to head out for sightseeing around Sakurajima at a leisurely pace. When we returned to the Hotel, our luggage had already been brought up to our Room, which we really appreciated. The chicken rice for breakfast was very delicious. Combined with the calm and pleasant service from the staff who served it, it made for a wonderful breakfast time. The complimentary coffee was also excellent. The front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming as well. What made us happiest was, without question, the outstanding value for money. We also used early-bird and Multiple Night Stay discounts, but we were genuinely surprised that such high-quality service could be provided at this price point. My wife was also delighted and said, “It’s such a great Hotel—I’ve become a fan.” It turned into a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. While the building is undeniably old, the interior has been renovated and was clean and comfortable. The reason it wasn’t a perfect score is that I was startled awake by very loud noises, such as doors opening and closing on the same floor and what sounded like someone using the bath on the floor above. The hot spring water quality was excellent!! It would have been perfect if the bath were a bit larger. Although it’s a little far from the station, it’s close to Lake Suwa and in a great location for sightseeing, so I recommend it.

We stayed in a detached annex. The website said “indoor bath type,” and there were no photos, so we expected a regular bath—but it pleasantly exceeded our expectations. I really think you should post photos of that bath on the website! We originally planned to use the open-air bath, but ended up using the in-room bath the whole time (lol). Also, I believe it was fully booked, yet while we were in our Room we couldn’t hear any voices or noise from other guests at all. You can definitely feel its age, but as a Ryokan it had everything we were looking for. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and very generous in portion size. In particular, I made a Reservation for the half steamed chicken at dinner and it was quite an experience (in a good way). From the website photos I (wrongly) imagined a bone-in thigh, but it truly was “half.” It was very tasty, but you’ll need to save room in your stomach (especially women). When we asked, they even prepared the leftover steamed chicken so we could eat it in our Room! All staff members were wonderful—everyone was pleasant and welcoming. This quiet mountain Ryokan fulfilled everything I wanted: simply enjoying the Onsen and great food. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to enjoy a large bath, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. The shower head was also a ReFa Fine Bubble, which I had been wanting to try, so I was very pleased. Breakfast was delicious—I ended up eating too much. The Hotel Room was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the attentive support with arranging a taxi and lending me an iron.

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

The front desk and staff welcomed us with warm smiles. The building is old, but it was very clean, with no unpleasant odors, so we had a comfortable stay. Best of all, even though it seemed like guests were staying next door, we didn’t hear any noise at all. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with light seasoning. The all-you-can-drink option was included as well, making it an excellent value. We grilled turban shells and shrimp on the tabletop stove, and in the morning we grilled horse mackerel. We’d definitely like to come again!

The library was very clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, but there was only one coffee machine and it took time, so there was always a line—I hope this can be improved. There were no cotton swabs in the amenities, so I had to buy some at a nearby drugstore, but they were available at the front desk. There was no explanation about this, which was disappointing. The Room was quiet and clean, which was great.

I stayed for one night in a non-smoking twin Room while visiting the outlet mall. The easy car access from the main road is a big plus. Having a convenience store right next door is also very handy. However, the on-site parking in front of the Hotel feels limited for the number of Rooms. In the end I parked in a lot farther away, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues. The Room was spacious enough for two people for one night. There’s no open-air bath or sauna, but having a large public bath is another strong point. Breakfast included an original croquette from “Korokke no Korokke-ya,” but it was fairly ordinary. The other dishes were also unremarkable—neither particularly good nor bad. Since it’s very convenient by car, I’d likely stay here again when visiting the Kisarazu area.

I stayed here thinking it would just be a one-night stop for touring, but choosing a Multiple Night Stay was the right decision. There are great restaurants nearby, and entertainment and sightseeing spots are also close by. Even if you come back late after being out all day, the shared showers are available at night. It’s a Hotel where you can truly make the most of your day. It was such a nice Hotel that I’d like to come back again next year. Thank you again.

Thanks to an early-booking deal, we were able to stay in a newly renovated Room on the 10th floor, so we enjoyed a luxury Hotel feel at Business Hotel prices. The bed was spacious and there was also a dining table. There were two sinks—one separate vanity and another bowl sink in the unit—which was very convenient for the two of us (my sister and me). For breakfast we chose the Japanese set meal; everything, including the small side dishes, was delicious, and we could relax while looking out over the Shinano River. From how lively the restaurant and lobby were, it felt like a long-established Hotel loved by locals. The only downside is that there are limited spaces in the underground parking lot, and even including outdoor parking it is often used by non-guests as well, so depending on your arrival time you may have trouble finding an available spot.
