We stayed here on our first Disney trip with kids in two years. We also stayed about 10 years ago, and it’s still a wonderful Hotel—breakfast was delicious as well. Most of all, our kids were truly thrilled! I also remember how great the breakfast was when I visited with my husband before. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and our kids even said, “They’re all so nice.” It really means a lot when staff are so warm to children. It made us forget how tired we were from Disney (in a good way). We’re planning to come again next year, so we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a relatively new and clean Hotel. The front desk, lounge, hallways, and other areas were well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, so you could really tell how hygienic it was. The welcome services were plentiful, and I was able to relax at ease. In particular, the late-night ochazuke service was something you don’t find elsewhere, and it was excellent! As is probably the case at many tourist destinations, this Hotel also had many international guests who seemed to be enjoying their stay. The large public bath isn’t very big, but I was able to unwind. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items and tasted great. If I visit Kanazawa again for sightseeing, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

This Accommodation let us fully enjoy both the sea and the Onsen. The sound of the waves drifting into our tatami Room was truly, truly soothing—somewhere you want to keep watching and listening forever, and a Room that makes you want to stay longer. From arrival to departure, every staff member was kind and attentive. We enjoyed the meals, drinks, and even the late-night ramen. There wasn’t a single complaint—this is a place we absolutely want to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We stayed the night before our child’s birthday trip to Disney. It has become an annual tradition for the past few years, and we always have a very comfortable stay. When I mentioned it was for a birthday at the time of Reservation, we were happy to find a lovely message card in our Room. The lounge is fantastic, with snacks and drinks available. There is also a convenience store on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. If you can’t find what you need there, there’s an station building nearby and an AEON mall just a short walk away. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, but it’s only one stop by train, so getting there is easy. We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay—thank you very much. We also went to the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied.

Recently, I stayed here with my parents and my daughter and her husband. Our Room had a modern Japanese style, and we were truly moved by the panoramic view of the Sea of Japan from the Room. The water was so clear that we could have watched it forever. At night, we could see dozens of lights out on the dark sea—perhaps from squid fishing boats—and it was absolutely beautiful. The large public bath also faces the sea, and we really enjoyed soaking for a long time in the open-air bath while taking in the view. We chose the deluxe Plan for dinner. Everything was wonderful—from steamed dishes we had never tried before to mackerel shabu-shabu—but the grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) with salt was outstanding. Some Ryokan serve nodoguro, but it is often small; here it was surprisingly large. Since it was my husband’s birthday, I consulted with you in advance about arranging a surprise cake. From our messages beforehand through to the day itself, you handled everything so thoughtfully, and I’m very grateful. My husband was delighted, and we were able to celebrate with big smiles all around. Thank you again. If there’s one regret, it’s that we only stayed one night. It felt like an Accommodation that deserves at least two nights, so next time I hope to book a Multiple Night Stay! Lastly, I rated the Facility as 4 because there are some older areas here and there—for guests who might be concerned about that. However, it didn’t bother us at all during our stay, and we had no issues whatsoever.

I visited Sapporo for fan activities. I wanted to keep the Hotel cost down, but I prioritized the location and made a Reservation here. At check-in, there wasn’t a detailed explanation about an upgrade, but when I picked up the key and went to my Room, they had prepared a spacious twin Room for me. The Room had two windows and was very bright and comfortable. Even though I was traveling alone, having the toilet and bath separated was very convenient, and the sink area was also spacious and easy to use. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo. Breakfast was also very delicious—I ended up eating a lot in the morning.

We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed here as a couple, and it was easily one of the top three Accommodations we’ve ever visited. The entire property is beautiful and spotless. The views from the lobby and lounge are wonderful, and since it’s all-inclusive, we were able to relax with a drink even before meals. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, but the quality is truly outstanding. At the live kitchen, some dishes are finished right in front of you. There’s an excellent selection of carefully chosen local ingredients, and the alcohol isn’t the “mystery brands” you often find at buffets—there were familiar options, and they even had Nikka Date. We were especially satisfied with the food and drinks, particularly the alcohol. Another great point was that there’s no time limit for dining, and no fixed start time—within the designated entry window, you can go whenever you like. It was completely stress-free. In the evening there was a salon concert, which we enjoyed while having a drink. The only downside was that our Room was far from the large public bath—but given how big this Accommodation is, that’s understandable. Finally: although all staff members were Japanese, what stood out most was their exceptional hospitality—not only at reception, but also from the chefs in the kitchen and even on the Shuttle Service bus. We could truly feel their warm welcome from everyone. This is an Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

It was our first time in Shimoda on a family trip, and everyone agreed the Hotel was beyond reproach—we liked it so much that we returned earlier than we usually do when traveling. We were also traveling with my grandmother, who has difficulty walking, but they provided a bath chair and were considerate about seating during meals, so we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Many of the staff were from overseas, but everyone greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service, making our stay truly satisfying.

This was our first time staying here, and because my mother has a disability, you kindly assisted us from the parking Reservation onward. You also changed our room to a universal room, and thanks to your outstanding hospitality, we had a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants inside the Hotel building, which was very helpful as we didn’t have to worry about the weather. We would love to stay again! Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

Whenever I’m in the Omiya area for work, I often stay here as a workcation together with one of my family members, since we don’t usually all have the same schedule. In addition to the great location, I can always relax and feel at ease thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service. This time as well, you kindly accommodated my requests, and I truly appreciate it—thank you very much. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the bonsai in the lobby (laughs). I look forward to staying again next time.

My 84-year-old mother wanted to eat conger eel, so the three of us visited together with my niece. We had a Reservation for the Yama-no-Iori Room, but since there was a cancellation, we were upgraded to a Room with an open-air bath, which made us very happy. There were many international staff members, and their service was truly pleasant and welcoming. The food was consistently delicious as always—nothing to complain about. We enjoyed conger eel in many different dishes: sashimi, grilled, shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and more. The salt-grilled sweetfish was also excellent, and it was my first time trying sweetfish rice—delicious and very satisfying. My mother and I have visited several times before; it was my niece’s first visit, but she really liked it too, which we were glad to see. Just one thing: my niece said the pillow was a bit low, which was the only disappointment. We will be back again in October for the matsutake dishes with three families—my parents’ family and my sister and her husband’s family as well. Thank you very much!

I stay here when I’m on business in Aomori. The free ramen at night was perfect for a light bite. The ice cream after relaxing in the large public bath was especially enjoyable. The omelet at breakfast the next morning was also delicious. I’d like to stay here again.

I was deeply relaxed in this luxurious space where I could feel Kyoto in every detail. The bath also had a genuine herbal soak, letting me enjoy a truly indulgent Onsen-like experience. The amenities were well stocked, and the futon and pillows were fluffy, so I slept soundly. It was a wonderful trip that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely love to stay again. The breakfast and dinner were both very delicious. Everything from the live kitchen was truly excellent, no matter what I chose. The Onsen was also wonderful, and the rotating Onsen baths were especially great.

I was impressed by the hospitality, the in-house services, the meals, and the breathtaking scenery that looked like a painting wherever I turned. I’m truly glad I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Hakuba. Next time, I’d love to visit this Hotel again during the autumn foliage season.

Every year during the Obon holiday season, I stay here to avoid the crowds. It feels like there are more tourists each year, but it still never feels crowded, and I love being able to relax and fully enjoy nature. This year, a typhoon caused a power outage across the entire area on our first day, and the electricity went out around 7:00 PM right at dinnertime. It was inconvenient in many ways, but the meal was still lavish and delicious, and during the outage we managed with other guests using our phone lights. However, it wasn’t just that we couldn’t use electricity—there was no air conditioning, running water, or even toilets available until power was restored at 11:00 PM, which honestly made us anxious. Even so, the staff repeatedly brought us drinking water and even offered Shuttle Service by car to nearby restrooms in a small pocket park so we wouldn’t feel uneasy. Their warm support truly meant a lot to us. After the power came back on—even though it was late at night—they came to inspect the open-air bath in our Room as well. Thanks to that, we could relax with peace of mind in the Onsen and go to sleep feeling refreshed. Because they have their own private hot spring source, hot water pours into the in-room open-air bath with incredible force nonstop. I couldn’t help asking, “Is it really okay to let it run this much?!”—and they told me this is one of Tomiya’s proud features. We gratefully enjoyed the open-air bath many times and my skin felt wonderfully smooth. When you stay two nights, the menu changes as well—and everything is so luxurious you can hardly finish it all. Between the food and especially the warm hospitality from everyone on staff, we had another wonderful two-night stay. Because there aren’t many tourist attractions nearby, you can enjoy a truly luxurious trip focused on rest and refreshment without being rushed from place to place. Thank you again for such a lovely time this year. We’ll be back again next year.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

Any Fufu Accommodation offers a high level of satisfaction, but Suishoen feels especially special and makes me want to come back. The location and Facilities are wonderful, but the best part is the manager and staff. At the bar after dinner, I requested a fruit-based cocktail; they made a delicious drink, and I enjoyed a great time with pleasant conversation. I’m looking forward to returning.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The Room was spacious, and we loved the greenery visible from the window. The meals were, as always, reliably delicious, and we were especially touched that you even prepared an anniversary plate for us this time. All of the staff were kind, making our stay very comfortable. With the private bath service included, along with early check-in and late check-out, we fully enjoyed our Diamond member benefits. This is an Accommodation we would definitely love to stay at again.
