We stayed as a family. This was our first family trip with two boys. We contacted the Ryokan in advance to make sure we wouldn’t cause any trouble, and thanks to their support we had a wonderful time. The water in Yumura has truly excellent quality. It was a hot day and our child had heat rash, but after the Onsen the itching seemed to go away. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

All Hotel staff were very kind. Also, during dinner at Sanpou Nishimuraya, they explained the ingredients and cooking methods in detail, and we thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal dishes. After checkout, a staff member found an item we had left behind in our Room and kindly delivered it all the way to Kinosaki Onsen Station, which was a great help. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Tamayura this time, and the spacious open-air bath attached to our Room and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. In addition, the private open-air bath “Sora” was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy a truly relaxing time as a couple. Dinner was delicious, and the attendant (Ms. K) who took care of us provided excellent explanations of each dish and impeccable timing with the service. Even at departure the next day, Ms. K kindly came all the way to our car to see us off—perfect hospitality from start to finish. My wife is already saying she wants to stay again, so we’ve placed it at the very top of our list of Accommodations we want to revisit as a couple.

This time, our main purpose was to stay at Baron. As always, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant stay. We brought our dog with us, and we were happy that they gave him lots of attention while we were checking in. The Room was clean, and although three of us stayed together, it was very comfortable. It was our first time ordering breakfast, and the seafood rice bowl was delicious. We didn’t request breakfast at check-in and ordered it later at the front desk, but they remembered us even without us saying our name, which really impressed us. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. We’d love to come back again soon. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful stay. I hope to visit again someday. If I could make one request, I would have preferred the bedside water to be a Japanese brand as well.

This Accommodation has become more upscale in recent years and is now a bit of a splurge for me, so I visited this time to take advantage of a great deal. As always, the Onsen was wonderful, the meals were delicious, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also happy that you remembered my various requests from previous stays. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality again—I’d love to visit again when I find another opportunity.

This was our first stay, and the stone sauna helped flush out toxins—I could really feel my body responding. The hot water was gentle, and there are three private baths as well, so it’s highly recommended for anyone who loves soaking. The Room has been renovated and is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and we were able to spend a relaxing time making wonderful family memories. The meals were creative and thoughtfully prepared; even my elderly mother had a better appetite than usual, and everything looked beautiful too. It’s also close to Tokyo, so we hope to visit again easily.

I stay here every time I visit Izumo. I knew there was a washing machine and dryer in the changing room, but I assumed they were mainly for long-term guests. This time, my clothes got dirty due to an unexpected issue and I was in trouble—then I remembered the laundry facilities and used them for the first time. The washing machine is free, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 20 minutes. The stains came out and everything finished beautifully. It truly helped me a lot. Thank you very much.

I’d been interested in this Accommodation for a while, and I finally got to stay here. I was completely satisfied with everything—the open-air bath in the Room, the private open-air bath, and the meals. Thank you very much.

The Room is new, spacious, and clean. I had a very comfortable stay. The welcome drink included beer, which was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

As the title suggests, the varied Japanese-style breakfast was very delicious. The Room was also clean, and the large public bath was a comfortable space.

The bath and breakfast are both excellent. I was especially surprised by the wide variety of breakfast side dishes. Every dish was delicious.

All four private open-air baths are spacious and spotless, with silky water, and you can relax while looking out over the forest. The meals featured plenty of Fukushima local cuisine, all of it seeming very healthy. We also appreciated that the drinks in the Room and bath area were all-inclusive. The staff’s attentiveness was excellent, and we liked being called by phone when it was time for the baths or meals. We would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed in a Junior Suite for two people for one night. The Room was very spacious, yet comfortably sized. We didn’t use them this time, but the Room also had a bathtub and shower, which seemed convenient if you prefer to bathe in your Room. There was no explanation about using the slippers and loungewear, so we weren’t sure whether they were only for use inside the Room or also allowed throughout the Hotel. Not only the Room but the entire Hotel felt very clean, making our stay pleasant. The large public bath was reasonably spacious and at a comfortable temperature. The outdoor bath had a gap beneath the fence, allowing us to enjoy the view. We could also enjoy the scenery from the relaxation area and unwind comfortably. Dinner was served as a kaiseki course featuring local ingredients, and everything tasted excellent. Breakfast was a buffet and was just as enjoyable. The location was also convenient, close to both the station and bus terminal.

We stayed as a family, and it was comfortable from start to finish! The building feels a bit traditional, but the inside is bright, and we could sense thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, which made it very relaxing. All the staff were pleasant, and the cleaning throughout the property was thorough. We wanted to play at the beach and also watch the sunset, so we worried about meal times—but it turned out to be unnecessary. While we were out, they prepared our in-room dinner, and for sashimi—where freshness is everything—they served it after we returned. When an announcement about the sunset played over the PA system during dinner, a staff member came by to turn off the grill so we could take our time watching from the rooftop bench. (You can also see it from your Room, but the view is better from the rooftop. To get there, you need to go up one flight of stairs.) At dinner we also enjoyed dancing grilled live abalone. (One didn’t move even after lighting it; when we mentioned it, they replaced it immediately, so we could eat with peace of mind.) I thought just the standard course might not be enough, but it was plenty. The bath was great because we had it all to ourselves. We also appreciated the lounge coffee and post-bath ice cream. Breakfast was filling and delicious as well. Overall, this Accommodation exceeded our expectations. There were many stylish places nearby and we debated where to stay, but I’m glad we chose Kaishu.

The meals at the restaurant were wonderful and delicious both for dinner and breakfast! The Room was clean and comfortable. It seemed to be a type of Room that can be made into a connecting room, so when a family group checked in next door, we were slightly bothered by voices and noise, but it soon settled down. The staff were also very courteous. Thank you very much.

The Facility is clean, and having an Onsen is a nice touch—it helps you relax and recover from fatigue. The Room is also clean, and I was able to get plenty of sleep. The front desk staff member was from Nepal, but their Japanese was excellent and communication was smooth. Their smile was wonderful as well. Thank you very much.

Staying at the dreamlike Accommodation “Bansuirou Fukuzumi”—and on top of that, being able to make a Reservation for “Room 15”—felt unreal. I honestly thought, “No way… really?” After waiting for months, the day finally arrived, and from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, everything was already overflowing with charm. Mr. H, the manager who guided us to our Room, was incredibly kind and also took great care in showing us around the building. I’m truly grateful to have heard such in-depth stories as well—it made me realize that maintaining an Important Cultural Property involves far more effort than I had imagined. The famous ceiling painting was breathtaking too. Everything was simply stunning; outside, the evening cicadas were singing and made the atmosphere even more special. After fully enjoying Room 15, we headed to the bath—what I’d been looking forward to most: the Onsen. The indoor tiles were so cute, and the Onsen left my skin feeling relaxed and silky-smooth—absolutely wonderful. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious as well. Thank you so much for accommodating my allergies—I truly appreciate it. Our attendant was also very friendly and lovely. And thank you for providing Shuttle Service too. Being able to stay at “Bansuirou Fukuzumi,” and having encountered this place at all, has become a lifelong memory—I feel so happy to have had such a precious experience. When I went to the bath on the 12th floor, I didn’t realize the bath towels were under the TV. Someone I shared the elevator with had brought one, so I asked and found out that’s where they were. The towel location might be a little hard to notice.
