I stayed for three nights during a typhoon. I didn’t go out much besides my planned destinations, and there were days I didn’t even walk to the convenience store, but with breakfast included and an izakaya on-site, I had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The Facility isn’t new, but it’s well cleaned and more than adequate. The breakfast selection isn’t huge, but the simmered dishes and chanpuru were delicious—also more than enough. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked some fresh fruit… The staff were friendly, it’s close to Kokusai-dori, and it was honestly hard to find anything to complain about—this Accommodation suited me perfectly. Thanks to that, I was able to relax. Thank you very much!

This was our third stay. We visited as a three-generation family trip (8 people), including our grandparents and two children aged 5 and 3. What makes this Hotel special is that everyone—from kids to seniors—can enjoy it in their own way. There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as Onsen Facilities (with well-stocked amenities), so you can relax without worrying about the weather, which is a huge help when traveling with children. Our kids used the pools and Onsen again and again, played in the kids’ room and game area, and looked happy throughout our stay. The guest rooms are spacious, and the entire building feels open, so even with three generations we never felt cramped. Our grandparents also enjoyed the Onsen and the shop, spending time relaxing inside or taking walks nearby at their own pace. The staff were consistently courteous, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Access from central Tokyo is convenient; our train-loving child enjoyed traveling by Shinkansen, and it’s also easy to reach by car—another big plus for multi-generation trips because it reduces travel fatigue. Our child likes this Hotel so much they said they want to live here. As parents, we feel confident staying here, which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend it for families with preschoolers as well as senior travelers. We’d love to visit again as a family.

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations where I thought, “This looks different from the photos on the official website…,” so I tried not to expect too much, but I was completely satisfied with everything. The Room was spacious and clean, and the in-room toilet had been renovated—large and comfortable. The footbath was also very relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style and delicious. The staff were all very pleasant as well. By chance, there was a summer festival nearby on the day we stayed, so we enjoyed Bon dancing, food stalls, games, and even a small fireworks display. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) on weekday nights in July (Thu–Sat). Breakfast and dinner were included, and dinner was a buffet with all-you-can-eat crab. I didn’t expect much from the crab, but it was genuinely delicious! Everything—sushi, mixed rice, and even the snack-style dishes that pair well with alcohol—was great, and I think the food is this Hotel’s biggest highlight. The indoor pool was quiet, so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The paid kids’ parks (both indoor and outdoor), putter golf, and the lift were also fun. There are washing machines and dryers, so we did laundry every night and wore the same clothes each day, which helped us pack light. The large public bath felt clean and also has a water dispenser. There’s almost no view from the open-air bath. Overall, it didn’t feel like a place you go specifically to enjoy the baths.

It was a clean and relaxing Business Hotel single room, with both a spacious bed and a large desk. The staff were kind and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The sauna and large public bath also helped me unwind. The Accommodation Fee was reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

The Room had a massage chair, which was the main reason I chose this Hotel so I could relax during my stay. Even though I made the unreasonable request for a high-floor Room, you kindly accommodated me by upgrading my Room—thank you very much. All the staff had wonderful smiles, and the Room was spotless and well maintained. I always stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel when I visit Kyoto, and this was the best one of them all. If I have a chance to visit Numazu again, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays.\nTrue to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving both body and mind refreshed.\nI also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions.\nThe restaurant is highly recommended as well, with a superb location where you can enjoy Kobe’s night views.

The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available. Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing along with a tour live in Osaka, and it was very nice. Upon check-in, I could choose a pillow to my liking, the amenities were well-equipped, and the women's Onsen had a password that changed daily, allowing me to enter with peace of mind. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed for one night to visit Seiganto-ji Temple, Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, and Nachi Falls. The buffet meals were all delicious—Japanese, seafood, Chinese, and Western. We also ordered Kumano beef with our Plan, and it was incredibly good. When we arrived, we were tired from driving, but the Mont Blanc served in the lounge was excellent. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, and being able to soak anytime was wonderful—the Onsen was amazing. The views were beautiful in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The only downside was that the open-air bath in the public bathing area alternates between men and women by time/day schedule, so you may not be able to use both on your arrival day. Thank you for a relaxing stay. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Because a typhoon was approaching on our last day, they kindly recommended that we move to Naha and quickly processed a shortened stay due to the weather. I’m very grateful to the female staff member who provided such pleasant and appropriate guidance. They also happily cut up fruit we bought at a local market and stored it in the refrigerator for us. We felt so comfortable that we wanted to stay until our final day in Okinawa, but we’ll be back!

The weather was bad, so we arrived at the Hotel earlier than planned, but it was a great help that we were able to enter our Room. We chose the buffet for dinner, and there was a wide variety of dishes and plenty of desserts. Breakfast also had so many options that it was hard to decide what to eat, and we enjoyed a very filling meal. Unfortunately, it was raining at Ningle Terrace, so we couldn’t take our time looking around. We’ll save that for next time. We enjoyed the Onsen and were able to relax.

The location is practically Tenjin (nearest station: Akasaka), making it convenient not only for the office district around Nakasu and Hakata, but also for shopping areas like Tenjin and Yakuin, as well as academic neighborhoods such as Nishijin. Whenever I end up staying in Fukuoka on short notice, I always rely on this Accommodation. My stays in Fukuoka are usually packed and physically demanding, but it’s reassuring that there are Rooms with separate bath and toilet and a bathtub where you can stretch out your legs. On top of that, the 12:00 checkout Plan is available, so I can comfortably stay out late entertaining clients. That said, I oversleep every time and still haven’t made it to breakfast—but that’s just part of the charm. Next time I stay, I plan to fully enjoy breakfast as well.

The station is right in front, which is very convenient. The Facility was also very clean. The Room was spacious, and the semi-double bed was comfortable. The staff always greeted us with a smile and provided very pleasant service. There were many other guests, including international travelers, but both the Room and the hallways were very quiet. It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was surprised at how much variety there was at breakfast—more than I expected! The Hotel’s special smoothies and a local specialty hot pot were delicious and made for a wonderful memory. I was truly impressed that even though breakfast is free, you can still enjoy local specialties. I ate plenty in the morning and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip even more afterward. Thank you very much.

We stayed in an 11th-floor sea-side Room. The Hotel is right in front of the ocean, so the view was wonderful, and the sunrise was especially beautiful. Both the panoramic bath and the indoor bath were very relaxing. I also liked that the washing area was in a separate room.\nThe dining area is on the 12th floor, so we enjoyed our meal while looking out toward the mountains. At dinner, the staff offered to take photos for us, which made us happy. The food was delicious, and we were glad there were many Oita specialties. There were sashimi, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), toriten (Oita-style chicken tempura), dango-jiru soup, shiitake curry, sea bream dashi ochazuke, French toast, soft-serve ice cream, and many other tasty dishes.\nThe Room felt clean, and I liked laying out our own futons because it meant no one needed to come into the Room. All of the staff had a great atmosphere as well—overall we were extremely satisfied.

Following last year, we stayed again over the New Year holidays. With traditional New Year decorations and osechi at breakfast, we were able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kanazawa, and once again had a very satisfying stay. This year there was also snow on the ground, making the view of Kanazawa from our high-floor room even more memorable. We would love to stay again. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, we were very satisfied! However, we really couldn’t tolerate the smell in the elevator, so we mostly used the stairs. It was a bit disappointing that the meals were almost the same on both days. But everything tasted really delicious! On the first night, the staff member in charge of our meal seemed a bit bothered and spoke rather casually, which concerned us. On the second night, however, the staff member was very polite and made us feel comfortable. The view from our Room was amazing, and when we returned from going out, we were able to relax and unwind.

The weather was great, and we had a clear view of Mt. Fuji. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. It was disappointing that Fujiyama Onsen was closed.
