Since I arrived in the evening, I looked for a place to stay for one night in Naha City and chose this Hotel mainly for its location. It is just off Kokusai-dori, with Don Quijote nearby, and although it was simply a place to sleep, it was very convenient. The Room was new and clean, and I was satisfied with the breakfast, where I could enjoy Okinawan dishes. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night for personal reasons. The Room was spacious enough for this class, with a large TV and a wide double bed, which made it easy to stretch while watching videos. I’m not very comfortable with in-room bathtubs, so I looked for a Hotel with a public bath. The women’s bath wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t crowded when I used it, so I could relax. It might be a bit difficult if it gets busy. I also like the amenity setup where you pick up what you need from the lobby—no waste. The staff were kind and pleasant, and overall I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good variety, so I could choose what I liked. I didn’t use it, but it’s also nice that alcohol is served during happy hour. If I come to Hamamatsu again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

The services were excellent, but what impressed us even more was the warm hospitality and thoughtful care throughout our stay! Every staff member we met was kind and welcoming, and we truly had a heartwarming time. There were plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks (the summer water service was especially appreciated). We stayed with three preschool-aged children, and even when they got excited, a bit noisy, or fussy, the staff never showed any displeasure—always smiling, speaking gently to them, and offering help whenever they noticed we might be struggling. The team at the front desk, dining area, Onsen area—everyone was wonderful. They were also very courteous when I called in advance with several questions. We chose this Accommodation to visit LEGOLAND Japan and Oyatsu Town, and we definitely want to stay again! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It’s located in a place where you can really feel nature, and the Onsen with scenic views made for a relaxing time. This trip reminded me that meeting kind people makes travel so much more fulfilling.

I was surprised there was no bathtub, but this time I truly appreciated how great the shower was. At breakfast, when I first saw the buffet, I briefly thought there might not be many options, but there was also a proper set menu in addition to the buffet, so it was more than enough. I really enjoyed the faucet. My friend also said the beef tongue set was delicious. The staff were very polite and kind. Since it is directly connected to JR, it was very convenient. I would love to stay again.

It was my first time in an Onsen in a while, and it was amazing. I ended up soaking three times! The meals were delicious too. I thought about adding extra meat, but there was a buffet, so I was completely full. Since I don’t usually eat much for breakfast, the breakfast buffet was perfect as well. We also really enjoyed the private table tennis room—my child had a great time working up a sweat. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

All the staff were very kind. The Room was a studio, but since I only needed it for sleeping, it was not a problem at all. Breakfast had all my favorite foods, so I ate too much. Thank you.

I stayed solo this time, and it was an Accommodation I was truly satisfied with. The Onsen, filled continuously with free-flowing golden mineral water, felt especially luxurious. I was told it comes directly from the source right next to the Hotel. I couldn’t help soaking again and again—it was deeply relaxing and absolutely wonderful!! The meals were delicious as well; the Taikozen served at the start was so good I could have enjoyed drinks with it all night. I also heard there are Rooms with free-flowing golden mineral water in the guest Room, so next time I’ll be back with my family—and aiming for one of those Rooms!

I arrived feeling a bit uneasy because it was relatively inexpensive and a smoking Room. I checked in around 9:00 pm and was greeted with a smile. They clearly explained the bath, changing clothes, and breakfast. The entrance area felt spacious and luxurious. Other than a toothbrush and towels, you pick up whatever amenities you need at the amenity bar near the front desk, and you also borrow loungewear from shelves nearby. It looked like you could choose between yukata and jinbei. If you have a lot of luggage, this might be a bit of a hassle. It seemed they offered late-night soba from 9:00 to 9:30 pm, but I wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t use it. The elevator area and hallways are on the darker side, but it gives a calm atmosphere. Some Reviews mentioned odors, but I didn’t notice anything in particular. When I got to the Room, it was cleaner than I expected, and there was no noticeable smell. It felt like: two beds in a large Japanese-style room, futons in a smaller Japanese-style room, and one bed in a smaller Western-style room. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Internet is available via both Wi‑Fi and wired LAN. Wi‑Fi tends to slow down when it’s crowded, but if you connect your own small wireless router to the wired LAN, it’s comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were kept clean. The toilet has an electronic bidet seat. Breakfast is buffet-style: Western options like bread rolls with sausages, nuggets, and egg dishes, and classic Japanese items like white rice with grilled fish, natto, and miso soup. You can drink Saza Coffee at the complimentary drink bar (no extra charge), and even take it back to your Room. Very nice! It’s close to Hitachi Seaside Park, so demand is high depending on the season, but if possible I’d like to stay here again next year.

This was our repeat stay, and my mother—who loves Onsen—looks forward to it every time. The neighboring shopping mall is also close by, making it easy to enjoy a café or lunch before and after our stay. Since there are many Rooms, I requested a Room near the elevator for my mother, and this time we were truly given the closest one—it was a huge help. Thank you very much. Breakfast was also great; the original seafood rice bowl was delicious, and this time our seat was very close to the buffet area, which made things easy. The Onsen here is so authentic you wouldn’t believe you’re in Tokyo—when the water touches your face, it tastes slightly salty. I’d like to come back again to relax and loosen up for my body’s sake as well.

The building feels a bit dated, but the Onsen was excellent. The location was great, and we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The sauna and cold plunge were fantastic. We were able to relax together with our pet dog as well. The meals were delicious.

Because the hotel is directly connected to the station, you can take the elevator about a 30-second walk from the subway ticket gates and reach the front desk right away. It was extremely hot that day, so this location was truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, all delicious—I was very satisfied. The large public bath was well maintained and comfortable. If I come to Hakata again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I stayed the night before because I had an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. There are vending machines, microwaves, ice makers, irons, and more on each floor, which is very convenient. I didn’t use the large public bath this time, but there is also a coin laundry—everything you could need is provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. Since my Room had a bathroom with a separate washing area, I was able to relax even during my short stay. With a typhoon approaching, I was worried about whether the shuttle bus would be running, but since the weather wasn’t as severe as forecast, I was able to board without any issues. I’d definitely like to stay again!

Although a typhoon was forecast, it didn’t rain much, so we were able to let our dog play in the dog run. The meals were delicious as well. Compared to 4–5 years ago, there are more Facilities now, and we were happy to see a photo spot.

The Room wasn’t exceptionally clean, but I felt it offered better value than the price. The amenities were minimal—neither particularly good nor bad. The pillow is low and the bed is soft. Personally, I liked that style, so I was satisfied. I didn’t notice any noise or voices from the neighboring Room at all. I was also very grateful for the free breakfast service. It includes two pieces of bread, a boiled egg, and coffee. It’s first-come, first-served, so if you go later it might be gone. The front desk staff were also efficient and helpful. Above all, the location near the station is amazing! I joined a two-day bus tour and had early mornings, and since the Hotel was on the side of the meeting point it was very convenient. If I come to Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here.

Stayed for two nights for a concert at Toyosu PIT. It was great—close to both the venue and Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. The Room was clean, and the sink area and bathroom were easy to use. The bed was large and very comfortable. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful. I was tired from the concert and the extreme heat, but I was able to relax well. Thank you very much.

This stay was outstanding again. In Takamatsu, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The hospitality, cleanliness, and security were all excellent. As always, I had a very comfortable stay and was completely satisfied.

We borrowed a pet cage. After checkout, our child wanted to do a stamp rally, so we asked if we could extend the pet cage rental even for a short time, but we were told that any extension would require an additional fee. I understand and know it was for our convenience, but if they had been a bit more flexible, I would have given a perfect rating including the service.

Just as the title says, this Accommodation was absolutely amazing in every way! Even before we arrived, they were waiting for us and kindly guided us to the parking area, then smoothly escorted us to the lobby. It was a bit of a walk from the main building to the annex, but from the moment we stepped in, the calm, crystal-clear atmosphere was so soothing. From the covered walkway you can see the sea through a pine grove, and even the lawn in the garden was beautifully maintained—everything felt spotless and impeccably clean. We checked in while enjoying a welcome drink in the lounge; all of the staff provided attentive service that never felt overbearing—just thoughtful and considerate. Dinner was served as a course meal, featuring exquisite dishes made with local Awaji ingredients and presented beautifully. The Western-style breakfast course was also outstanding. In particular, just as mentioned in other Reviews, the pot-au-feu was incredible. The lounge also had an excellent selection of high-quality alcohol, drinks, and food options, so we could truly relax at our own pace. Normally we would have needed to go out shopping for things, but this time everything we needed was available within the Accommodation—we were completely satisfied without leaving! The Room and amenities were perfectly prepared with nothing lacking, and having an open-air bath attached to our Room was fantastic! We would love to stay at Hamari-kyu again next time.

We stayed as a family to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, we were amazed by the spacious, wonderful Room you prepared for us. When we checked out, we learned that it had been upgraded free of charge, which truly moved us even more. At dinner, you even prepared a fruit platter to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our anniversary—thank you so much. Our whole family was touched by your warm thoughtfulness. The Onsen also offered a great variety, and we enjoyed bathing many times. Most memorable of all was the dinner buffet. Not only was every dish delicious, but each time limited-quantity items were announced one after another, we found ourselves excitedly wondering what would come next as we enjoyed our meal. Thanks to the Room, the Onsen, the meals, and above all the warm hospitality of your staff, this trip became an unforgettable memory for our entire family. After returning home, my husband and children told me, “Thanks to you, Mom, it was such a wonderful trip. Let’s do it again.” That made this trip especially joyful for me as well. I sincerely appreciate all of your kindness and consideration. We look forward to visiting again as a family someday. Thank you very much.

I was finally able to visit “Ura-Kusatsu Tou,” a place I’d been curious about for a long time. Located in the Ura-Kusatsu area, just a short distance from the bustle of Yubatake, the moment you step inside you’ll find a beautifully curated space where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. Every corner of the Accommodation is picture-perfect. From interiors accented with traditional crafts to warm, inviting lighting, you can feel the attention to detail throughout. It was an Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—perfect for an adults-only getaway. Relax from the core with “Jizo Gensen” The greatest highlight here is, of course, the Onsen fed by “Jizo Gensen.” Among Kusatsu’s many hot spring sources, “Jizo-no-Yu” is said to be rare due to its low output. Its gentle feel on the skin and subtle milky hue were wonderfully soothing, and I could truly relax from deep within. Not only in the large public bath but throughout the building, there are thoughtful touches that create a sense of gentle “sway,” making it feel as if everyday fatigue simply melts away. Dinner and breakfast were served in a serene dining space. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious enough to make you happy with each bite. Breakfast also felt luxurious: colorful small plates lined up alongside freshly cooked rice. An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy both the Onsen and the cuisine—I left completely satisfied in both heart and stomach. The Room was spotless and comfortable—functional yet designed with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness; thanks to their courteous service, my stay was pleasant from start to finish. It had been some time since my last visit to Kusatsu Onsen, but this trip helped me rediscover its charm all over again. This wonderful Accommodation lets you experience both the excellence of Jizo Gensen and modern comfort at once—somewhere I would love to return again.
