The Hilton Group always feels reassuring—casual, yet just right, and never a disappointment. The lounge is also excellent. Thank you as always.

This was our second stay, and the three of us—my daughter, my grandchild, and I—visited together. We were assigned a Room at the property’s discretion, and it was spacious and wonderful; we were truly impressed. Due to various circumstances we could only stay one night, but we enjoyed it to the fullest. The meals were delicious, the staff were very kind, and we were able to relax—everything was truly great! My grandchild kept saying how much fun it was. We’d love to come back again.

I stayed here alone this time. The room had a double-size bunk bed, and while the living space was small, the bed made it very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I felt it was good value for money. When I tried to add the dinner buffet after check-in (it may have been because it was late), I was told they had run out of ingredients and couldn’t accept my request. If you plan to have dinner, it’s better to book in advance. There’s a convenience store very close by, so it wasn’t a problem for me. The Jomon Museum about a 10-minute walk away was also quite enjoyable.

On our first trip to Aomori, we stayed the night before the Nebuta Festival for the first time, and everything—the meals, drinks, service, and Onsen—was excellent. Our three-generation family was very satisfied when we left. If I had to ask for one thing, a massage chair would make it even better. We were completely satisfied and truly enjoyed Aomori. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Kaminoyama Onsen Hayamakan for one night from September 22. Although the building is old, it was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, making it a very pleasant place to stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious—we were truly impressed. At dinner, the staff member who assisted us was a beginner from Nepal, but she explained everything with a smile and was very kind and welcoming. If I could make one suggestion: we couldn’t find the large public bath on the 3rd floor and ended up walking back and forth. It felt like a hidden room, which was interesting, but adding a noren curtain might make it easier to spot. There were five of us (all men), and everyone said with a smile that it was truly a great inn. Each of us would like to come back again with our families. Thank you very much.

It was a late check-in as I only used it mostly for sleeping. Although the room was small, there were drink bar services and breakfast included, making it very cost-effective!

We stayed two nights in a twin Room. We came for Miyazaki food, so we thought we could skip breakfast, but the onigiri were far better than expected (sorry!). The fillings were different each day, very generous, and about the volume of two convenience-store onigiri. The miso soup was also delicious. It was great that they can pack the onigiri to go as well. Since our goal was a gourmet trip around the downtown area, it was just a short walk away. The airport bus stop is also right by the Hotel, so the location was extremely convenient. We were also happy with the extension fee of 1 hour / 1,000 yen. There is only a shower, but the water pressure was strong and there were no issues. The sink area and toilet are separate, which actually made it very practical for two people. The toilet is spacious too, without that cramped feeling typical of business hotels—better than expected. The vanity is wide enough to place makeup items and such. If choosing between a combined bath/toilet unit and this setup, this is definitely better. It may depend on the Room, but ours had a window and high ceilings. We will stay here again next time! Notes: No mini freezer compartment in the refrigerator. No electric kettle. Plenty of outlets. Mini table with chairs. Full-length mirror. It felt larger than the listed square meters. Space for suitcases; storage under the bed. Early check-in not allowed—about 10 minutes early at most. Airport bus stop nearby; one-meter taxi ride from Miyazaki Station; 3–5 minutes’ walk to downtown dining/entertainment areas.

This time we stayed at Willport, close to the pool. Dinner included a main dish of grilled tuna poke, fried chicken & fries, and desserts such as acai bowls and fruit. Soft drinks and the salad bar are included; alcohol is available for an additional order. Breakfast was also more than we could finish—plenty even for an adult man. You can also watch hula during dinner. The room was spacious enough for a family of four. This time it was just the two of us; my husband would have preferred a bed, but we slept well on futons. We also enjoyed the hot springs and the lazy river pool. The poolside burger was delicious—tasted like 100% beef! We wondered how it would be with a wheelchair, but there were elevators and we were able to get around by taking a longer route. On the second day it was rainy and windy due to a typhoon, but since everything is indoors it didn’t affect us at all. From late October to around November should be peak autumn foliage season—sounds wonderful. We also bought macadamia nut chocolates and had a great time overall. It’s nearby for us, so we’d love to come again. The staff were kind as well. P.S. They also provided kids’ body soap, shampoo & conditioner in the room.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. It was a three-generation trip with my daughter and grandchild, and it became a great memory. We are truly grateful—thank you very much.

Although the building is old, there was none of the musty smell often associated with age. The room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Dinner featured sukiyaki and bagna càuda—the sauce was delicious! I also tried a little of every item at the buffet. Nothing flashy, but everything tasted great. The large public bath and open-air bath were also kept very clean, and I could really tell how thorough the housekeeping was. We would love to stay again—thank you in advance.

Just down the escalator from the South Exit of Mito Station and before crossing the Sakura River—an excellent location with easy access. It was convenient to leave my luggage and pick it up later, and there’s also a lounge where you can relax freely until 24:00, which was great for taking it easy until my train Reservation time. The staff were kind as well. The free breakfast included a local dish called Nuppe-jiru, which was rich and delicious. The Room was spacious for one person and very comfortable. It was bright and clean. If I had to mention anything, a slightly longer shoehorn would have been easier to use, and the disposable slippers were thin, so I wish I had brought my own. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The room was a bit small, but everything inside—including the toilet and bathroom—was very clean. They also let me in for breakfast a little early, and the food was good. However, despite arriving early, the parking lot was full and it cost 1,400 yen. Since it’s far from the station, I wish there were more affiliated parking options. I also think you should remove the 1,000-yen listing on Ikkyu; I will inform the site as well.

We chose this Room for our daughter and son-in-law and our 5-month-old grandchild. The baby bath, diaper disposal bin, and even a baby crib in the restaurant were very helpful. Thank you for your thoughtful care. The Onsen water was slightly greenish and pleasantly silky. Since day-use guests are also accepted, you may need to plan your time for the large public bath, but early in the morning it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We would like to visit again.

The Room was very clean, which was great. It was helpful to be able to check crowding information for the breakfast venue and the large public bath on the TV. Since the Room was on the 3rd floor and seemed to face the platform, I noticed the noise from passing trains.

In the Furano area, where prices are often set for international visitors, this Hotel offered good value for the price and quality. I chose a Room that might not be a unit bath type, but unfortunately it ended up being one (understandable, though). Overall, there were many stains, which bothered me—on the floor and on the Room walls as well. Breakfast was properly prepared and I enjoyed it.

The breakfast venue and the bath area felt a bit small for the number of guests, and at times we had to wait our turn for the showers. On the other hand, the hot spring was excellent, and ReFa shower heads were well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, especially the motsunabe. It also felt like there were many Korean guests.

I stayed for one night over the weekend to watch a sports game. The building is a bit old, but the Room was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a small selection, but the freshly made omelet was delicious. The younger staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable, so I was very satisfied. I would be happy to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

Although it was the day before a typhoon, we had a very comfortable stay. The cute duck in the bathroom was very soothing. We would love to stay again.

The building and facilities felt a bit dated, but everything was very clean. It seemed they were making sensible efforts to cut costs by trimming what could be omitted. The staff were very pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay overall. The meals were satisfying in both quality and quantity, and I also enjoyed trying some unusual dishes. However, the walls seemed thin, and it was bothersome to hear the neighboring guests talking and even breathing while they slept.

Thank you so much for your help. We look forward to your continued support.
