From the warm welcome and attentive service to the meal presentation, everything was truly hospitable, and we had a wonderful time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we would love to stay again for a special occasion. Even though we didn’t ask, they took photos for us because it was my birthday and gave us a gift at the end. We love traveling as a couple and have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans, but this is the first Hotel that has satisfied us this much! Thank you very much! We would definitely love to stay again!

It was my first visit, and I was impressed by how perfectly comfortable everything felt. The Room size, views, and amenities. The meal portions, selection, and timing. The ocean view from the in-room bath was also outstanding. Above all, the staff were wonderful. Only beautiful memories remain. A truly wonderful Accommodation—I hope many people will come and stay here.

This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

The Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The staff greeted us properly, which left a great impression. We had to bring our bath towels to the bath, but that minor inconvenience was more than made up for by the excellent amenities and post-bath drinks. You can relax anywhere in the building wearing a yukata or loungewear. The free-flow drinks at dinner included a wide selection of wine, sake, and shochu, and it was my first time seeing a dedicated sake-warming station. Of course, I gratefully made use of it. The only disappointment was that, despite being in Beppu Onsen, there were not many types of baths. Still, the property was clean throughout and well maintained, so we were able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent. The Room even had a massage chair. The bathroom was separate from the toilet and very spacious. Bicycle rentals were also available. I can’t believe it at this price. I’d love to stay again!

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

We stayed with three guests this time. All of the staff were very kind, and we were satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the meals. The Onsen in our Room and the large public bath were also wonderful, making our stay truly relaxing. Since there are only a few Rooms, we had minimal interaction with other guests—only hearing some conversation in the dining area—which gave us a strong sense of privacy. We felt that if we had stayed for a few more days, we could have refreshed both body and mind even more, and we have already decided to return. Thank you very much for all your hospitality.

I was able to enjoy my stay again this time with no complaints. Some people may have different opinions, but I was personally satisfied.

On this trip, we made a Reservation for three twin Rooms for three groups: my son and his wife with their infant, another family, and my third son. The in-room bath was a little small, but it was separate from the toilet, which made it easy to bathe our infant safely in the Room. The view of the sea in Beppu from the Room was also very beautiful. The Onsen was not too hot and felt great. The shower had a ReFa shower head. There was a wide variety of food, and my younger son and daughters-in-law were very satisfied. The staff kindly spoke to my eldest son’s child (who is still only two) and even lent us some toys. They also lent my other daughter-in-law, who was holding an infant, a basket-like baby bed so the baby could lie down, which made her very happy. Thank you to the lounge staff. I was also surprised that guests go barefoot throughout the Hotel—there were no slippers at all. It was very relaxing, and even our toddler felt safe walking around as if we were at home. We were extremely satisfied and would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

It was a very nice Accommodation and great value for money. Instead of offering full-service assistance like carrying luggage, they provide a wide range of complimentary self-serve options from 3:00 PM, including beer, coffee and other drinks, plus snacks like rice crackers and chiffon cake. Dinner also includes free-flow drinks, which makes it feel like excellent value. The food was great, especially the seafood—it was very fresh and delicious. Some items (like the hassun platter) are already set on the table, and soup is self-serve as well; I assume this streamlined service helps keep prices down. That said, if you ask questions, the staff kindly explain things, so I didn’t feel the service was bad at all. As other Reviews mention, the front desk staff spoke a bit quickly and felt somewhat businesslike, but there’s a lot to explain during check-in so it’s understandable. Given the room rate, I felt it was reasonable overall. The Room was stylish and very clean. The Onsen had a lovely amber-colored water with a slight moor-like scent. From the moment I got in it felt silky-smooth on my skin, and afterward my skin felt soft and smooth as well. There’s a roadside station right across the street where you can buy various souvenirs too; considering the price, this is a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money. I’d love to stay again.

I made a Reservation early because a family member was traveling on business. Although it was a Small Single room, there were no issues and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast is served quickly as a set menu, so it’s convenient and doesn’t take much time. When it comes to Shin-Yokohama, this is our go-to place, and we look forward to staying again.

The Hotel is in a great location, and the Room was very spacious, making our stay comfortable. Akita Station is also nearby, and the Akita Citizen’s Market, where you can shop, is just a short walk away, which made our stay enjoyable. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

The Room was clean, and we could enjoy free apple juice and coffee. The Onsen Facility was also clean, and there was a wide variety of ice cream to enjoy after the bath. The late-night soba was delicious as well. The front desk staff were very kind. It was worth more than the price. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hachinohe.

Although it was the summer holiday season and there were many families, the Facility was spacious and relaxing, so it never felt crowded. The Room was also large and comfortable. Next time, I’d like to return for leisure rather than business.

I was worried about the area around the station because of the heavy rain, but it was close to the bus stop and I arrived safely. Seeing the front desk staff made me feel relieved. As expected, the stone spa was very relaxing. I had been standing all day at work, but I felt better as if by magic—I’d like to stay again. Breakfast was delicious, and the menu selection was great. It felt like a mother serving home-cooked food to a child who has come back home after a long time, asking, “Are you eating your vegetables properly?” The rice was so good I wanted seconds. It’s a Hotel that made me want to stay again!

This was my second stay this year. I was able to relax in the same well-cleaned Room as always. Also, although this is not an issue on the Hotel’s side, it was disappointing that some Southeast Asian guests were noisy when coming in and out of their Rooms.

The Facility is a bit old, but it was very clean and extremely comfortable. The meals were standard, but the content and portions were just right for an elderly couple; everything was delicious and we finished it all. The bath was clean with a great view. The open-air bath in particular was a cypress bath with an excellent view, and it was wonderful. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again.

So spacious for a Hotel right in front of the station! It was so affordable that I wondered if it was too good to be true, but the Review ratings were high so I made a Reservation—and it really was great. Bath salts and amenities were well stocked. I didn’t use the restaurant, but it was very lively, so I figured the food must be good. There’s also a convenience store nearby. The parking lot was full so I couldn’t use it, but there’s a paid parking lot right across the street, so it wasn’t a problem. I think it’s a very good Hotel!

The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

I ended up staying overnight in Atami at short notice, and since I planned to relax in my Room rather than sightsee, I chose this place mainly for the meals. My first stay at Kaihoro was truly wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the presentation and tableware were beautiful. This is an Accommodation I highly recommend everyone visit at least once. Next time, I’d like to come during a cooler season and do some sightseeing in Atami as well.
