I gave my daughter and her husband, both in their 20s, an Accommodation stay with the Club Lounge Plan as a gift to celebrate the birth of their baby. We, the grandparents, looked after the baby so the couple could relax and enjoy some time together. From check-in, they received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine from the Hotel to celebrate the birth, and they were truly touched by the warm hospitality. They said it was great fun to stroll through the gardens while visiting the Club Lounge. I’m glad they enjoyed it even more than I expected. I’m posting this in hopes that many others will have a wonderful stay at this Hotel. Thank you very much.

My daughter and I stayed for one night. It’s our annual summer tradition to book the indoor camping-style Room. In the past, there was a camping Room for two, but it wasn’t available this time, so we chose a family Room. We were amazed by how spacious it was, and my daughter was thrilled. On the other hand, in the previous camping Room there was a mat inside the tent, and being able to actually sleep in the tent was one of our favorite parts. This time there was no mat in the tent, which was a bit disappointing. Still, thoughtful touches for kids were still there—like a bathroom separate from the sink area that was easy to use, and a Dream Switch. I think it’s a very enjoyable Hotel for parents and children to relax together.

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

I planned to share the Room name as part of a birthday message for him, and the Ryokan kindly helped by arranging a bouquet in the Room. Then, on the day, they upgraded our Room, which also made my message to him even more special, and it became a time that brought us even closer (lol). The staff were very kind, and since the bath was private to our Room only, we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. I would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much.

I was worried about the heat, but the temperature dropped at just the right time, making for a very pleasant stay. There was no mention of it at check-in, but it seems our Room was upgraded, and I was truly impressed by how spacious and beautiful it was. The afternoon tea and breakfast were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were extremely kind, so we could stay comfortably. I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for taking care of us for four days. It’s close to the station, but if you’re taking the train to Tokyo Station, you have to walk a bit, so it’s a little complicated. The Hotel itself was good. Not only is the atmosphere great, but the service is also good, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay again someday.

It was a very stylish Hotel and felt clean, and as soon as I entered the lobby it felt open and spacious—somehow it was very comfortable. There is also a free Shuttle Service, and the location is excellent. A design Hotel where every detail feels different from others. The exposed concrete walls created a great atmosphere.

The Room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was great, and I was impressed by how spotless it was—clean enough to lie down on. The staff were cheerful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay. Just like last time, the foreign staff were truly wonderful. They greeted our children with big smiles and treated them with great kindness and care. We will definitely come again next year!

We stayed in the Ema Room. The Room was spacious, and both the lounge and all areas were spotless. We were very satisfied with the attentive service throughout. The in-room, free-flowing hot spring bath featured well-maintained tea plants—very Shizuoka—and the washing area shower was fully stocked with amenities. There was nothing to fault about this Accommodation. At dinner, we were surprised by how sweet the fresh wasabi was. We took a walk along Yunomichi, and the clear water gently flowing by was truly soothing. We will definitely return.

It was a very nice Ryokan. The food, the baths, the service, and even the Jersey milk after bathing were all excellent. There were many international guests as well, but everyone was quiet and respectful, which I appreciated. Just one point: my child’s rate was half price, but the meal was a kids’ plate. Since my child doesn’t like “kid-style” dishes such as fried shrimp, they ate from the adults’ meal instead, and I ended up eating the kids’ meal. I would have appreciated being informed in advance that children would be served a different dinner.

This was our first stay in Niseko, and we spent a long time deciding which Hotel to choose—but choosing this one was absolutely the right decision. As other Reviews mention, everyone at the front desk and all staff were friendly and truly professional. They responded quickly to every request, making our stay extremely comfortable. (Thank you very much for your consideration regarding the parking—it was a huge help!) Given Niseko’s international atmosphere, many of the staff were from overseas, but their Japanese was flawless. Some were impressively polite and attentive in their communication, which really left an impression on us. Above all, we were amazed by the Room. The view of Mt. Yotei right in front of us through the large windows was spectacular! The living and dining area was furnished with tasteful pieces throughout—clean, spacious, relaxing, and genuinely comfortable. The bright white kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the refrigerator was large as well. We kept saying it felt like being abroad—and we were very satisfied with how comfortable it was. Each bedroom also had its own bath and toilet, plus there was a washer and dryer, which made everything so convenient. Our family is already talking about staying longer next time. The restaurant inside the Hotel also had a wonderful atmosphere. At dinner time, all staff greeted us with warm smiles; they took a family photo for us and even prepared a lovely anniversary dessert plate for my parents—making it such a heartwarming experience (thank you). We reserved a course meal; while each portion wasn’t overly large on its own, there were many dishes that showcased Hokkaido ingredients well—and by dessert we were completely full. We also appreciated how flexibly they accommodated ingredients we don’t eat. The breakfast buffet offered great variety and everything tasted excellent; they cleared plates promptly as well, which helped a lot. We stayed two nights (Multiple Night Stay), and looked forward to breakfast each morning. The Onsen facilities were also convenient—you can make a Reservation anytime if the private Onsen is available. If I had one small request: it would be even better if the main public bath area (including the changing room) were brighter and more spacious. We traveled around several places in Hokkaido on this trip, but among them all this Hotel stood out clearly for its hospitality, Room quality, and food. Our whole family is looking forward to visiting again next time—thank you in advance!

The parking lot is spacious, so there's no need to worry about parking even if you check in late. The Room and Facility were excellent, allowing for a comfortable stay. I would love to use this place again if I have the chance.

I stayed here on a business trip to Munakata City. Both the building and the room were clean and well maintained. All rooms have an ocean view, so the harbor scenery and sunset from the balcony were beautiful. The bath was spacious, and I could relax in the sauna as well—it was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. For this price, the value is outstanding, and I would gladly stay again. It would also be a great choice for a private trip. Thank you very much.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

It was a quiet, refined Accommodation with a calm atmosphere and no unnecessary extravagance. The staff’s greetings and attentiveness were never intrusive, yet their care reached every detail. The cuisine was excellent, each piece of tableware was beautiful, and the Onsen water was truly outstanding.

We stayed in the detached “Rijin-kyo” villa. Beautiful paintings and decorative pieces were displayed throughout the property, and simply looking at them was a delight. The Room was nothing like today’s typical “Japanese-modern” style; instead, we were able to fully appreciate refined Japanese aesthetics. At the same time, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches everywhere that made our stay so comfortable. Gazing at the meticulously maintained garden from the veranda felt as if my mind was being cleansed. The cuisine was also full of seasonal character, and each dish moved us again and again with both its flavor and presentation. Our room attendant provided truly exceptional hospitality, and her subtle attentiveness was deeply soothing. The semi-open-air bath in the Room was very comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy the Onsen while looking out over the garden. It was a stay that made us sincerely glad we had chosen this Accommodation. As I noted in the title, it felt like a Ryokan where staying here becomes the purpose of your trip. We are grateful to Tendo-so for giving us such a wonderful time that enriched our hearts. We would love to return in another season. Thank you very much.

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. I stayed here while looking for a home from out of prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—completely satisfying!! The breakfast in particular was very delicious and fresh—nothing to complain about. I didn’t use the washing machine or microwave in the Room this time, but I felt it would be great even for a long-term stay. After a tiring day of house hunting, I was able to relax and recover. As mentioned in the reviews, the staff at the accommodation were very considerate, and the accommodation itself, with its 100-year history, provided a relaxing and leisurely experience. Meals were served in the room with a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, the "Sennin Bath" being mixed-gender made it uncomfortable for women to enter. As noted in reviews, there seemed to be men lingering near the entrance, which was disappointing. On the other hand, we appreciated being able to reserve a private bath that was spacious and enjoyable.
