The bath photos were wonderful, so I made a Reservation. Right by the sea on the island, the location is excellent. Meals were served one after another despite how busy you must have been, so we finished quickly and were able to cut back on alcohol. Aside from the bath and location, it’s a truly quiet and simple place. The bath had a slight chlorine smell. The tea service was excellent. The Room was renovated, and we were able to stay in a comfortable environment.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, so I could relax and enjoy it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied. It’s also conveniently located near the station, so I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

A spacious, stylish Room. The lush green trees seen through the large windows were wonderful. The open-air bath had excellent water quality and the temperature was just right—so relaxing. All of the staff were very kind and lovely. We chose the counter kappo dining, and each dish prepared right in front of us and served with plating and explanations was deeply flavorful and delicious. With the Shuttle Service, we also visited Aquaignis, where we fully enjoyed the large public bath, spa treatments, bread, desserts—everything. At the summit of Mt. Gozaisho (reached by ropeway), it was a bit cooler and perfect for a pleasant walk. I’d love to visit again in a different season. If we choose another Room that caught our interest and select different meals, it feels like it would be a completely different trip. Though honestly, the counter kappo was so good that we might choose it again. My mother was also very happy. Thank you very much. The breakfast rice, grilled nori seaweed, and local chicken miso soup were especially delicious.

I visit Kochi about twice a year, and this was my first time staying at the Comfort Hotel. The front desk staff, breakfast, and bed were all excellent, and I don’t think there are many Hotels that offer this level of service at this price. The on-site parking was full, but there were several affiliated parking lots nearby, which was very helpful. It would be perfect if in-and-out access for cars were included at this price, but I understand that’s difficult. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I’d love to stay again.

The Seto Ohashi Bridge looked beautiful from both the Room and the scenic open-air bath, and the view was amazing! The meals weren’t served on large shared platters; each dish came in its own small bowl, all carefully prepared and truly delicious. We made a Reservation because we were looking for an all-inclusive Accommodation, and everything—the food, drinks, baths, service, and views—was outstanding. We would love to come again with our family.

I always stay at Naganohaku. The breakfast was as good as ever. The sake tasting in front of the front desk was nice with snacks, but it would have been better if I could have tried four varieties. I will stay again.

On a whim, I made a same-day Reservation and stayed for one night. The Room was spacious, spotless, and wonderful. I also enjoyed the breakfast, including delicious local specialties. The staff were very courteous, and I had a truly comfortable stay. It was my first time in Hakata, and it became a precious memory. I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Thanks to the information you shared with us by email in advance, we were able to arrive smoothly at Yukaen by shuttle bus on the day. Check-in was also explained carefully, and we stayed comfortably throughout. We considered sightseeing on the second day, but since we had fully enjoyed Chuson-ji Temple on the first day, we decided to focus on relaxing and enjoying the Onsen. We booked a head and hand course at Nagomi-yu for day use, had lunch, and spent a very restful time. The fried shrimp and minced meat cutlet we ordered for daytime drinks were impressively generous portions, and everything was delicious. The lounge pancakes were also great—we finished them in no time. Dinner on the second night featured a different menu from the first, so we could enjoy a new atmosphere as well. The hospitality truly felt guest-focused and very comfortable; my friend and I said we'd love to come back as we left the Accommodation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It’s a bit away from the downtown area, but with a large public bath and breakfast included at this price, I was very satisfied. The only reasons I didn’t give a perfect score were that the loungewear felt a bit stiff and wasn’t comfortable, the Room toilet felt cheap, and there was no black tea at breakfast.

This was my first time visiting Arima Onsen. I booked a good-value Plan with a lighter meal, but there was so much food that I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all. The Onsen tickets were included, so I could enjoy other Onsens as well—it was wonderful. The Shuttle Service to the bus stop was very helpful. All the staff were very kind, and I was truly impressed. I would love to visit again.

Although the sky was unfortunately overcast, it was the perfect season to comfortably soak in the lukewarm natural spring water, and it felt wonderful! The meals are delicious and full of healthy options, and combined with the Onsen benefits, I feel better every time I stay. Perhaps because I kept coming back, my frozen shoulder has completely healed! The summer à la carte fried rock oysters were especially delicious—I’d love to have them again next year! This was my first Saturday stay, and I enjoyed listening to a jazz piano performance. It matched beautifully with the mysterious flicker of the bamboo lights in the garden and was incredibly soothing. There were familiar tunes and summer songs, and in the second half they even took requests, so there was a great variety of music and it was truly enjoyable. Ending with “Cradle Song” was also a stylish touch. I’m looking forward to visiting again in autumn.

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

The staff were courteous and guided us smoothly upon entering the lobby. The Room was a comfortable size, and it was kept very clean. The location is just off Kumamoto’s shopping arcade, so it’s easy to explore the area even at night. It’s also within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle and tram stops, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including several local Kumamoto specialties. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), and we appreciated that the menu changed. One point to note is parking. The affiliated parking lot is a bit far from the Hotel and comes with an additional fee. If the parking lot across the street could be used instead, it would be more convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, this is a Hotel you can choose with confidence for sightseeing or business in Kumamoto.

I was worried about the heat, but the temperature dropped at just the right time, making for a very pleasant stay. There was no mention of it at check-in, but it seems our Room was upgraded, and I was truly impressed by how spacious and beautiful it was. The afternoon tea and breakfast were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were extremely kind, so we could stay comfortably. I definitely want to stay here again. The large public bath opened at 5:00 a.m., so I was able to enjoy it comfortably on my own. The entire property was very clean. Having to tap the room key to access each floor made me feel safe.

Having stayed here before, I thought my grandchildren would love it, so we booked the villa for a three-generation stay with my daughter’s family. The moment my daughter and son-in-law walked in, they were overwhelmed by the view and exclaimed, “This is amazing!” and “It feels like the home of someone who became successful at a young age,” absolutely delighted. The grandchildren also went into the garden jacuzzi again and again, saying it was “like a pool.” When they got tired of the jacuzzi, they played at the nearby “Kaze no Buranko” swing. Because it’s a villa, you can relax without worrying about others—an ideal Facility for families with small children. The staff also provided thoughtful hospitality that anticipated our needs. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

The station was nearby, and the parking lot was next to the Hotel (Reservation required), so it was very convenient. I was also satisfied with breakfast. The sound of doors opening and closing carried quite a bit, but otherwise it was very comfortable. Thank you.

From welcome to farewell, the hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member assisted us sincerely at a very high level. The property is quiet, calm, and comfortable—hard to believe you’re in Ginza. A highly functional Room where attention to detail is evident throughout and everything feels thoughtfully designed. We also appreciated the semi-open-air style indoor bath spacious enough to lie back in, as well as the dimmable lighting system in the washroom. Above all, the cuisine was exceptional—fresh ingredients paired with unexpected combinations and seasonings that delighted us. The rooftop footbath and free-flow drinks were perfect for us. With not a single negative point during our stay, we can’t stop thinking about visiting other “Fufu” properties. Next time, we might choose “Jogashima.”

I stayed here while looking for a home from out of prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—completely satisfying!! The breakfast in particular was very delicious and fresh—nothing to complain about. I didn’t use the washing machine or microwave in the Room this time, but I felt it would be great even for a long-term stay. After a tiring day of house hunting, I was able to relax and recover.
