The Room, amenities, and service were all excellent. The lobby atmosphere was wonderful. Please let me stay again the next time I visit Hakata!

I love the Kyoritsu Group. This time was my first visit to Naruko Onsen. I didn’t want to make a mistake, so I chose Kissho—and it was absolutely the right choice. It’s new and spotless, and there are so many complimentary services. My sister and I enjoyed choosing yukata, relaxing in the private open-air bath, and making the most of the large public bath as well. The after-bath ice cream was delicious. The room was spacious and very clean. For dinner, even my picky sister said everything was delicious and loved it. Even though we were full, we still had the late-night soba—light soy-based broth and finished it easily. Breakfast was amazing too—the freshly made rice balls were the best. We were completely satisfied. It’s a place I’d definitely love to stay at again. All of the staff were wonderful too—everyone greeted us with a smile.

We stayed here for our once-a-year trip with friends. We really enjoyed the Onsen, including both the white bath and the red bath. At dinner, everything was delicious—crab, steak, and dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients—and breakfast was excellent too, with all-you-can-eat salmon roe and clam broth ramen. The Room was clean, but it felt a bit small once three futons were laid out. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when we come back to Hakodate.

I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

While the interior color scheme may be a matter of personal preference, it was a good Hotel.

I continued to use Ace Morioka. Prices may increase by 30% on the day before holidays, but it is originally affordable, making it helpful for business trips.

The Onsen and meals were excellent.

A stay given as a birthday gift! They also brought a cake as a surprise, and both the Onsen and the Room were spacious—everything was excellent.

This is a private room with a bed, desk, and chair. There is also a tall locker with a key. The room door does not lock, but there is a women-only floor that you can access by card, so it felt safe. The bed was very clean and spotless! There was no musty mold smell that’s often associated with Okinawa. The ceiling above the bed is fairly high. There was also a mirror for doing makeup. The shower rooms do have some mold, which is unavoidable. If that really bothers you, Okinawa might be difficult in general—so it should be fine. Even though it’s in an entertainment district, it was very quiet. So quiet I wondered if there were any other guests besides me. They also store your luggage! It’s cheaper than using coin lockers, which I really appreciated. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

It was very close to the station—just up one slope from Tabata Station’s South Exit—and the price was low, so I stayed here. I didn’t have high expectations because it was inexpensive, but the private bath (I made a Reservation by phone the day before) felt like a small public bath, and it was great that they offered free hair iron rentals and a booth with unlimited free drinks. A couple of minor issues were that the railway tracks are very close so you can clearly hear trains, and the private bath is limited to 30 minutes, so I had to hurry and leave without drying my hair. Even so, considering the price, it’s great value for money and I recommend it!

The moment I entered the breakfast venue, I saw Sakurajima and was deeply moved, thinking this was the iconic view of Kagoshima I had always dreamed of. The table layout was excellent, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes—I was truly impressed. The bath was also great; the carbonated water helped relieve my fatigue. Lastly, the front desk staff were clear in their communication and efficient in their service, which made me feel very comfortable.

We were very satisfied with both the atmosphere in the hotel and the meals! The stargazing tour was also great! One slightly disappointing point was that the time between dinner and the stargazing tour was short, so dinner felt a bit rushed. Dinner was at 18:00 and the meeting time for the stargazing tour was 19:20, so...

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. Since champagne was available at the breakfast buffet, I was able to enjoy a relaxed morning and had the best holiday. Thank you very much. I’m giving the bath 4 stars because there’s no view, but I understand that, given the location, it can’t be helped—without frosted glass on the windows, it would be completely visible from outside. The entire property and guest room were thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable.

This was my first trip to Yamagata Prefecture. I booked this Accommodation at the last minute as a stopover on my way through Yamagata to Niigata Prefecture to attend the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival, and the food was truly delicious. The staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was excellent. The Onsen was also great. Even though I chose this Ryokan without doing any research, I had a fantastic stay. Thank you very much.

This is my regular Accommodation when I’m on business in Tokyo. It’s centrally located in Ginza, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I also appreciate that there are no unnecessary services. The cloakroom service is efficient and professional. There seem to be many international guests, and the overall atmosphere feels refined. I’d like to stay here again.

The front desk staff were polite and kind—made me feel 120% at ease staying here. For dinner, they introduced a nearby izakaya, but it was disappointing. I wanted to eat “local specialties for travelers,” but it was “Kochi…, Kyushu…, and on top of that, foreign shrimp”... For business Hotels in tourist areas that do not include dinner, why not build a system to arrange dinner Reservations? Wouldn’t it be great if you could “stay casually and enjoy the local food” with ease? Also, there is a light breakfast option. It’s usually 900 yen but was 660 yen (tax included)—that’s good! My first time experiencing this.

All the staff, including at the front desk, were kind and helpful. We enjoyed Omi beef near the Hotel. The Hotel was quiet, and although the Room felt a bit old, it didn’t bother us. Above all, the breakfast buffet was truly delicious across the board. There was a wide variety, and some items were served in small bowls, which is perfect for anyone who wants to try many different dishes.

With prices rising everywhere, we made a Reservation after seeing an unbelievably reasonable rate. Our group stayed for two nights on August 11 and 12. From the manager to the front desk and dining staff, everyone’s service was outstanding. When we called before our stay, they listened carefully and responded kindly. On the day of arrival, our match ended earlier than expected and we requested an early check-in; they graciously offered us a meeting room to use until housekeeping was finished. They also provided ice the next day, and accommodated our requests with genuine warmth—we truly appreciate it. As a group, we may have caused some inconvenience to other guests, but we sincerely hope to stay here again when we visit this area. Thank you very much! The Room may feel slightly small, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator. A convenience store is less than a minute away.

The Room was compact, and that was reflected in the accommodation rate, so we were able to stay at a reasonable price. Although the Room was small, it was more than enough for us since we mostly just slept there. Breakfast was complimentary, and we enjoyed some cute pastries. We also relaxed in the Room with complimentary coffee. Thank you very much.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again.
