Although it was a basement Room, I was surprised by the high quality. The bathroom and toilet had a sophisticated design and felt very clean. I wished there had been a place to hang wet towels. It’s conveniently located right in front of the station, so I’d like to stay again. I was also satisfied with dinner at the izakaya inside the Hotel.

This was my second stay, but it had been quite a while. The Room was clean, and I appreciated that the toilet and bath were separate. The Room was also spotless, and the breakfast bread was delicious. I’ll be happy to stay again.

This time, we stayed in a Room with a private free-flowing Onsen bath. The bathroom in the Room was spacious, with a large tub and water at just the right temperature, so we were able to fully enjoy the Onsen along with the public bath. There was a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of vegetables, and we enjoyed everything—from the meal to dessert—with both our eyes and our taste buds. While the building exterior shows some age, the Facility is well maintained; the Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay.

The parking area is spacious, so you can park with peace of mind. The interior is clean, and you can relax quietly at your own pace. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient.

This was my second stay. As before, I stayed with breakfast included. Last time I chose the Western-style breakfast; this time I chose the Japanese-style breakfast. I also enjoyed the complimentary curry and was very satisfied! The restaurant staff were very attentive, and both the Western and Japanese meals were delicious! After checkout, I remembered that I had left something behind in my Room and immediately called the Hotel... Since I had another appointment, I couldn’t go back to pick it up and wasn’t sure what to do—but they kindly offered to ship it to me cash on delivery! I’m truly grateful for their courteous response, careful packaging, and even a handwritten message! It’s a classic, old-fashioned Hotel that feels nostalgic for someone in my 50s. I’m sorry for the trouble caused to the staff. Thank you very much!

We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room is compact, but it is sufficient for a solo stay. At check-in, a female staff member came over right away and explained everything. Another female staff member also answered my questions politely. Both of them provided excellent service. As expected from APA Hotel. I also like APA Hotel’s high bed. I did not use the Onsen, so I rated it 1.

We stayed to enjoy the pool with our children. It was great that we could use the pool all day on both check-in and check-out days. They also upgraded our Room, the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and there was even a sauna—we truly enjoyed our two days! This was our second stay, and our first time visiting in summer, but we’d love to come back again in summer.

I was finally able to visit “Ura-Kusatsu Tou,” a place I’d been curious about for a long time. Located in the Ura-Kusatsu area, just a short distance from the bustle of Yubatake, the moment you step inside you’ll find a beautifully curated space where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. Every corner of the Accommodation is picture-perfect. From interiors accented with traditional crafts to warm, inviting lighting, you can feel the attention to detail throughout. It was an Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—perfect for an adults-only getaway. Relax from the core with “Jizo Gensen” The greatest highlight here is, of course, the Onsen fed by “Jizo Gensen.” Among Kusatsu’s many hot spring sources, “Jizo-no-Yu” is said to be rare due to its low output. Its gentle feel on the skin and subtle milky hue were wonderfully soothing, and I could truly relax from deep within. Not only in the large public bath but throughout the building, there are thoughtful touches that create a sense of gentle “sway,” making it feel as if everyday fatigue simply melts away. Dinner and breakfast were served in a serene dining space. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious enough to make you happy with each bite. Breakfast also felt luxurious: colorful small plates lined up alongside freshly cooked rice. An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy both the Onsen and the cuisine—I left completely satisfied in both heart and stomach. The Room was spotless and comfortable—functional yet designed with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness; thanks to their courteous service, my stay was pleasant from start to finish. It had been some time since my last visit to Kusatsu Onsen, but this trip helped me rediscover its charm all over again. This wonderful Accommodation lets you experience both the excellence of Jizo Gensen and modern comfort at once—somewhere I would love to return again.

There was no hustle and bustle, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very at ease. Starting on July 4, due to various circumstances I stayed at two Hotels in Sakai City, and on the final day before returning home, my third stay was at New Osaka Hotel. It was the best of them all. It’s close to the station, and I was able to buy souvenirs at Shin-Osaka as well. I planned to have dinner at the station, but instead I bought a boxed meal there and enjoyed a relaxing meal back at the Hotel. At breakfast, they had Chinese rice porridge, so even when my tired body had little appetite, I could still eat. It was buffet-style with a solid variety of dishes, and I was able to eat well and head home feeling refreshed. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again. For me, it deserves full marks.

I stayed here on the third night of my three-night trip to Aomori. This Review is based on staying in the Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room. Even being conservative, I had absolutely no complaints. The Room was spacious and spotless, and since it was on the 10th floor, the view was outstanding. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass, and when you open the roll-down privacy shade it feels very open—almost like a Resort Hotel—with a great view. Both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa, and having two sinks was very convenient. The toilet is also separate from the wet area. The front desk staff were excellent, and I never had an unpleasant experience at all. I only used breakfast dining, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious. After reading Reviews on IKYU and Google, I honestly don’t understand why the ratings aren’t higher. It may depend on which Room you stay in, but I had no complaints whatsoever. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hirosaki.

This was my third stay. Each time, I have stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath. The spacious in-room open-air bath is large enough for four people, and you can enjoy the golden hot spring water. There is also a shower room, and I feel the price is very reasonable. The service was courteous, and the front desk staff at check-in were especially friendly, with a bright smile that left a great impression. Also, the restaurant staff member from overseas spoke excellent Japanese and carefully cleared empty dishes without making noise. I have stayed at about four Itoen Hotels, but this Grand Hotel is my favorite. I will make another Reservation.

The location was reasonably convenient, the property was clean, and I especially felt the staff’s service was excellent. On the other hand, I occasionally noticed an unpleasant odor in the unit bathroom in my room, so that affected my rating (it smelled like a drain odor backing up).

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.

Perched on a hill in Katsuura, and with our Room on a high floor, we were thrilled by the Katsuura views from the balcony. The terracotta-toned living area also had a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so we could relax in the Room at night with takeout side dishes we brought in. The sink area and toilet were both spacious and very convenient to use, and the bed was at a comfortable height so we slept soundly. The Onsen was free-flowing, with just the right temperature. The water felt silky and left our skin smooth; after soaking morning and night, my hip joints even felt more flexible. With breakfast included and a pool on site, it was an excellent value even during the busy summer season—overall a very satisfying trip. Just one thing: the toilet near the pool had a strong odor, which was bothersome.

All staff were courteous and greeted us with warm smiles. In the spacious lobby, kimono obi sashes were laid over the sofas, creating an elegant Hokuriku atmosphere. The open-air bath was wonderful, with naturally flowing Onsen water, and I could soak while feeling grateful for nature’s gifts. However, horseflies (Orolro) may come at times, so I used the insect spray provided. Extra caution is needed during the hot season from late July onward. On the way to the open-air bath, I was surprised to see Onsen water bubbling up from the wall and flowing down. The large public bath’s hinoki cypress tub was pleasantly lukewarm—so comfortable that I could have stayed in it forever. Being able to enjoy an Onsen that has flowed continuously for 400 years while taking in unchanged natural scenery truly felt like a luxurious moment.

I continued to use Ace Morioka. Prices may increase by 30% on the day before holidays, but it is originally affordable, making it helpful for business trips.

Nearby is Kuromon Market, and a short walk will take you to Namba Grand Kagetsu (NGK) and Ura-Namba, with plenty of places to eat and shop—an extremely convenient location. It’s quiet at night so you can sleep well, and the value for money is excellent.

I stayed here on a business trip. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was good, so overall I was mostly satisfied. As the Facility feels historic, there was a slight odor around the plumbing, and I noticed limescale inside the kettle, which made me hesitant to use it. If more detailed cleaning had been done, I would have rated it even higher. Still, I was generally satisfied and would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity next time.

I took the cable car from Tsukubasan Shrine and, not realizing the climb would be so steep, I hiked up to the ropeway station in light clothing. The Onsen afterward was truly wonderful. The temperature was just right and the water felt gentle; after soaking several times, I went home without sore muscles and hardly any fatigue. After returning home, I realized I had left something in the safe. You kindly sent it to me by courier, and even included a letter. I really appreciated your thoughtful kindness. All of the female staff were very pleasant, and thank you for making my stay so comfortable.
