It was conveniently located near the station, making it ideal for trips into the city center. We were able to use the parking on a first-come, first-served basis, but it was full in the evening when we wanted to go out. The front desk recommended an affordable nearby option, which we appreciated. We would like to stay again.

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my seafood-loving husband’s retirement, on a friend’s recommendation. Everyone was very satisfied with the surprisingly generous boat platter of sashimi and the seafood dishes. The Room felt a bit small for four people. The sink area in the Room was also small, so it might have been better to use the shared facilities outside. The tatami bath was wonderful. Because there had been cancellations due to the typhoon, we were the only guests, so my daughter and I were able to soak and relax at our leisure. It was amazing. We received warm and pleasant hospitality, and we would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed with two dogs and three women. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The dog run is small, but it was just right for our senior small dogs. The Onsen is available 24 hours with free-flowing water, so we all enjoyed it many times. If I could ask for just one thing, the kitchen sponge was too small and hard to use, so we’d be even happier if it could be replaced with a larger one. On the way home, the three of us were already talking about how we’d love to come back again.

It felt like a cozy, homey hidden retreat, and we were able to relax at a very leisurely pace. Dinner was served in small portions, but each dish was carefully prepared, and we enjoyed a delicious meal that left us completely satisfied. Breakfast was beautifully presented in small bowls and felt just right for the morning, but we were surprised when grilled kama (fish collar) was served—though it was absolutely delicious. The owner and hostess were wonderfully warm and welcoming, which made our stay truly comforting.

The entire Hotel was clean and stylish, the Room was spacious, and the lounge snacks were wonderful! The pool had an impressive water slide, and the private beach was amazing!! All of the staff were kind and truly excellent! I’ve visited Grand Mercure in Ise City, Mie Prefecture before, but the service here was completely different—in a great way!!! We stayed for 2 nights this year, but next year we’d like to stay for 4 nights!

I stayed on the night of a live show and used the plan with No Meals Included just to sleep. It was a weekend when live events overlapped at multiple venues and Yokohama must have been extremely crowded, but everything from check-in to check-out was consistently smooth, making my stay very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, and it’s a convenient location for getting anywhere. Still, it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to a Minatomirai Line station. The Facility and building do feel a bit old, but the bathroom area was easy to use and there were no issues at all. We stayed for one night with just one small suitcase, but since the Room is compact, it may feel cramped if you have large luggage. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was finally able to visit “Ura-Kusatsu Tou,” a place I’d been curious about for a long time. Located in the Ura-Kusatsu area, just a short distance from the bustle of Yubatake, the moment you step inside you’ll find a beautifully curated space where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. Every corner of the Accommodation is picture-perfect. From interiors accented with traditional crafts to warm, inviting lighting, you can feel the attention to detail throughout. It was an Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—perfect for an adults-only getaway. Relax from the core with “Jizo Gensen” The greatest highlight here is, of course, the Onsen fed by “Jizo Gensen.” Among Kusatsu’s many hot spring sources, “Jizo-no-Yu” is said to be rare due to its low output. Its gentle feel on the skin and subtle milky hue were wonderfully soothing, and I could truly relax from deep within. Not only in the large public bath but throughout the building, there are thoughtful touches that create a sense of gentle “sway,” making it feel as if everyday fatigue simply melts away. Dinner and breakfast were served in a serene dining space. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious enough to make you happy with each bite. Breakfast also felt luxurious: colorful small plates lined up alongside freshly cooked rice. An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy both the Onsen and the cuisine—I left completely satisfied in both heart and stomach. The Room was spotless and comfortable—functional yet designed with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness; thanks to their courteous service, my stay was pleasant from start to finish. It had been some time since my last visit to Kusatsu Onsen, but this trip helped me rediscover its charm all over again. This wonderful Accommodation lets you experience both the excellence of Jizo Gensen and modern comfort at once—somewhere I would love to return again.

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view from the Onsen was wonderful, and we were especially happy that there was a carbonated bath. The price was reasonable and made it easy to stay, which was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I stayed here for work in Omiya because it was a hassle to go back home. It’s in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station. The Hotel feels a bit old, but it was perfectly adequate and I didn’t find anything inconvenient. It was kept very clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, so I could relax and enjoy it. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again when I’m on business in the Saitama area.

With a mountain stream nearby and surrounded by trees, the setting was wonderful. The spacious bathhouse and access to the indoor pool made this a very satisfying trip. If I had to ask for more, the space for our two dogs to relax felt a bit small, and it would be helpful to have items such as waste bags and a flashlight for nighttime walks.

This was my second stay since last March. One notable change this time was that the TV had been upgraded to an Android TV (Hisense). At home, I hardly watch terrestrial broadcasts anymore, so being able to watch YouTube in the Room on an Android TV felt refreshingly new—I was really happy about it. That alone makes it worth choosing Kinugawa Royal Hotel. The meals were the usual Itoen style. They’re consistently tasty, but one improvement I’d like to see is a bit more focus on seafood. With tuna cut into tiny pieces in a small dish, it doesn’t feel very satisfying… That said, considering how affordable it is—and with all-you-can-drink included—I can’t really ask for more.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays.\nTrue to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving both body and mind refreshed.\nI also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions.\nThe restaurant is highly recommended as well, with a superb location where you can enjoy Kobe’s night views.

We stayed for one night as a family. We were most looking forward to the breakfast and dinner buffets. The dining area was spacious and arranged to avoid crowding, and there were plenty of kid-friendly options such as all-you-can-drink alcohol, soft drinks, and ice cream. We also had plenty of time, so we could eat until we were fully satisfied. We enjoyed table tennis right up until check-in, and the front desk service was good (though the older man at the souvenir shop didn’t greet us and seemed unfriendly...). However, the Room air conditioner was an older type, and even on high it didn’t cool down easily, so we slept without wearing yukata.

This was my first trip to Eastern Hokkaido. The location is, above all, outstanding—rare and truly one of a kind. It feels like there’s nothing that could replace it, and I imagine managing and operating the Hotel must be quite challenging. This time I couldn’t see it from the Hotel, but my son’s family stayed here four years ago as well and said they saw Ezo deer relaxing outside the bath, which made me feel you value and protect nature. Even in the midst of Hokkaido’s great wilderness, this is a properly run Hotel. The Onsen is wonderful. Not only is the water quality excellent, but there is also plenty of hot water, and having free-flowing hot spring water in the Room made me very happy. We were sightseeing this time and weren’t expecting much from the Onsen, so this was a very pleasant surprise. There were a few unexpected issues in my son’s Room, but you changed Rooms for them and handled everything promptly. When we were leaving, the manager even came out personally to apologize. Follow-up when something happens is so important—when you have that kind of support, it makes you want to come back. The only issue we couldn’t resolve was that our Room’s air conditioning was fixed to heating mode, with a note saying to use the window screen if we wanted it cooler. However, because it coincided with a season when large numbers of tiny insects come in through screens, we couldn’t open it. Since I tend to get hot easily, I ended up drenched in sweat at night and couldn’t sleep—it was difficult. My son said their Room had no problem at all, so that part remains a bit of a mystery. Other than that—including meals and cleanliness—I think this is more than good enough as a Hotel. Thank you very much.

Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

It was conveniently located quite close to the nearest station, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were kind, and the breakfast buffet ran smoothly and was great. I really enjoyed the buffet and ate my fill! The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Great value for money, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to use again.

The Room was spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably, and the bath was wonderful—like a stone bath. If I may mention just one thing, since pets are allowed and there is a small garden, it would have been even better if it were fenced so that small dogs could run around. Of course, even without that it was more than good enough! We would love to stay again.

Despite a typhoon hitting directly, we enjoyed a 2-night, 3-day getaway. The property is very conveniently located just a short walk from the cable car station, Naka-Gora. The building felt exceptionally clean—perhaps because shoes are not allowed indoors. We made a Reservation for a Room with an open-air bath. Being able to bathe whenever we liked and enjoy views of the distant mountains was truly wonderful. The meals were delicious, and the staff’s warm, smiling service left a strong impression. However, we were a little surprised that toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and razors are provided for an additional fee—perhaps due to environmental considerations. We may have overlooked this before our trip…

Staying at this price during the Obon holiday is wonderful. Although the exterior looks a bit worn, the inside has been nicely renovated and we were able to stay comfortably. The meals also offered sufficient quality and quantity for the price. However, perhaps because it was Obon, dinner felt drawn out as it took quite a long time for the next dishes to be served. That said, it was an Accommodation with excellent value for money and a high level of satisfaction.
