It was easy to find, just a short turn off the main street. It’s convenient from Kawasaki Station, with shops along the way, so there was no inconvenience. I didn’t plan to use the bath originally, and staying overnight with just a shower was no problem. They also responded to my requests immediately.

Thank you always to the front desk staff for your consistently kind and attentive service, and to the housekeeping team for creating such a clean and comfortable space. Thanks to all of you, we are always able to enjoy a pleasant stay.

I always stay here when I’m out for drinks. I especially love the welcome drink and the complimentary coffee beans.

I traveled solo for one night and two days from 9/6 to 9/7, and soaking in the water truly lived up to what you’d expect from Gero Onsen—I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The meals were just the right amount, not too much or too little, and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, it rained so I couldn’t do much sightseeing, which was a bit disappointing, but I did make it to the morning market. I’d like to visit Gero Onsen again someday.

I stayed for one night from October 8. As always, despite the low price, the service was excellent. This time the bathroom seemed to have been renovated and was clean and very pleasant to use. Thank you very much for upgrading our room as well. I have been recommending this place to my family and acquaintances for some time, and it seems that several groups have already stayed here.

I stayed at this Hotel because I wanted to visit the Marie Antoinette exhibition at the Yokohama Museum of Art, and it was the closest option. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and my mother was very satisfied as well. Thank you very much. During our stay, we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cakes in the lounge. The Mont Blanc cake was outstanding! Breakfast also had an onigiri station and a noodle counter, so we had fun and left feeling completely full. One note for future guests: Amenities are minimal, and in particular the body towel was not ideal for washing your back, so I recommend bringing anything you may need. Overall, this is a wonderful Hotel that I can definitely recommend.

This is a hotel I’d like to stay at every time I visit Yokohama. Since it can be fully booked, I try to finalize my plans early and adjust my schedule so I can stay here.

The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere at the front desk counter—the face of the property. Of course, the guest rooms were spotless, and the breakfast staff were cheerful. The view was great as well—everything was excellent. A Hotel really comes down to its people. I fully support eco-friendly Hotels. That said, personally, I would prefer amenities like shampoo to be provided in bottles. (For sightseeing, Zenkoji Temple and Togakushi are both lovely, but Obuse—reachable on the Nagano Electric Railway from Shiyakusho-mae Station near the Hotel—was beautiful throughout the town, and I enjoyed exploring by bicycle from the station.) Thank you very much.

Overall, I am satisfied with the Hotel. It would be even better if the large public bath could also be used the following morning. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety for a free service, and refills were provided promptly, which I appreciated.

I stayed here for work in Omiya because it was a hassle to go back home. It’s in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station. The Hotel feels a bit old, but it was perfectly adequate and I didn’t find anything inconvenient. It was kept very clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, so I could relax and enjoy it. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again when I’m on business in the Saitama area.

I stayed at this Accommodation as the destination for a long solo road trip. The exterior and interior have a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere—there’s even a barbershop inside the Hotel—and it feels like a dignified, classic Hotel from a good old time. Even the low ceilings, typical of older Hotels, felt comforting and relaxing. As for the Room itself, some furnishings do show their age, but everything was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, which gave me great peace of mind. I used the top-floor restaurant for breakfast; even the retro chairs were carefully cared for, and you can really tell they’re valued and kept in good condition. The bathroom facilities were well maintained and clean, and things like the air conditioner controller had been updated to be easy to use today. And the in-room TV was a 50-inch smart TV—perfectly comfortable for me since I travel with a Fire TV stick. I enjoyed streaming without any cut-off screens late into the night. Because of work I haven’t been able to travel as often lately, but when I finally managed to make time and plan this trip, choosing this Accommodation as my destination was absolutely ideal. Breakfast was as satisfying as others have written—I ate too much. Newly built Hotels are all modern and spotless and tend to grab your attention, but keeping an older Hotel’s furnishings clean, beautiful, safe, and in good condition takes steady behind-the-scenes effort from the staff every day—and that’s when you truly see what hospitality is all about. If I have another chance, I’d love to visit again with staying at this Accommodation as my main purpose. Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay.

I felt this was a historic and luxurious Ryokan. I was especially amazed by the splendid, ornate convention hall where we had dinner and breakfast. The building itself feels like it has withstood many years of harsh weather, yet you can still sense its former grandeur. From the Room, we could enjoy a panoramic view of the vast Pacific’s rough waves and the cliffs of the Izura Coast that seem to carry thousands of years of history—it truly made me glad we came. That said, there were a few points that concerned us. The Room is based on a traditional Japanese-style layout with thoughtful touches for usability, but there is a large step between the tatami area and the space with the sofa set, so those like us with knee and lower-back issues need to be very careful. Also, because the entire Room temperature is controlled by an air conditioner in the tatami room, it felt difficult to adjust the temperature in the bedroom farther away. While many Ryokan have become increasingly digital recently, there were no complicated digital devices here, which actually made things easier for us to use. When we bought souvenirs at the shop and asked for shipping delivery service , we were told that shipping fees could only be paid in cash and that charging it to our Room was not accepted. We weren’t carrying cash, so we had no choice but to take everything home ourselves. There seemed to be various explanations given, but since this is something commonly available elsewhere, I hope you will consider improving this point. We really loved the meals. Many locally sourced ingredients were used, and every dish was deliciously prepared. In particular, the grilled dancing abalone was outstanding in freshness, size,, tenderness,,and flavor—everything about it was excellent.. The simmered red fish and shabu-shabu hot pot also had slightly richer,, sweeter seasoning that perfectly matched my taste.. I also enjoyed their unique breakfast dish where grilled mackerel is warmed in a small pot before eating.. The timing of serving each course was excellent as well,, allowing us to savor every dish one by one.. For access to public bath , walking down long covered wooden corridor from lobby lined on both sides with large glass windows felt open airy enjoyable . It was great bath experience . I don’t think there were any guest survey forms provided , but I thought it impressive how hostess visited tables during dinner greeting guests listening opinions naturally through conversation . All staff left good impression . The driver who took us station on departure day drove safely which appreciated . Thank you very much for your hospitality .

I visited for the first time with my daughter and my 3-year-old grandchild. On the day of our stay, I forgot my charger and asked at the station if one could be borrowed; the staff responded very kindly, which left a great impression. In any case, all of the staff were pleasant, and we had a very comfortable stay. From 12:30 before check-in, we were able to enjoy light snacks as well as alcoholic and soft drinks, which really helped for lunch. I also appreciated being able to enter our room well before the 15:00 check-in time. The building is undeniably old, but it was very well cleaned, and our room was spacious and spotless—perhaps recently renovated. The large public bath and open-air bath were also excellent. Part of the indoor pool and kids’ play area could be used not only before check-in but also until 12:00 after check-out. The buffet meals were delicious; in particular, the sashimi at dinner was extremely fresh, and making a seafood bowl with it was fantastic. There wasn’t an especially large variety of buffet items, but I was satisfied with both the taste and quality. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

I stay here every time I travel for business. It’s very convenient, close to the station, with a convenience store right next door. This time I left early in the morning so I didn’t have breakfast, but the breakfast offers a good variety and is always very tasty. The front desk staff are helpful, and the Room service is excellent as well, so I’m always very satisfied with my stay. I will continue to stay here in the future—thank you in advance.

The Room with a massage chair was perfect for relaxing my tired body.

I stayed in a Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was convenient to check the crowd status of the large public bath and breakfast venue on the room's TV. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, which were plentiful and satisfying. Since I expect to visit Fukui frequently for business trips in the future, I would like to stay here again.

Conveniently located near the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I usually only need basic facilities for sleeping, but they offered unlimited welcome drinks and even a free breakfast, so I was very satisfied with the unbeatable price. The staff were also kind. It was my first time stopping by Tsu, and it was a nice, compact city. Finding such a good Hotel made this trip even more enjoyable.
