I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. It is also conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Best of all, the food was excellent. Dinner was stylish and very delicious. Breakfast was also delicious. I will come again. Thank you very much.

My first time in Kusatsu Onsen. Since my skin is sensitive, I did some research and found that the Jizo-no-Yu source is relatively gentle, so I chose this Accommodation because it draws water from that source. It’s a historic Accommodation, and the building has a charming atmosphere. For dinner, we chose the Joshu beef Plan and it was delicious. Breakfast had most side dishes set out in advance; only the rice and miso soup were served hot. It might feel a bit light for big eaters, but I thought it was just the right amount since we planned to snack while walking around after checkout. Best of all was the private bath you can use exclusively. Maybe our timing was lucky, but it was always available whenever we went. Even though Jizo-no-Yu felt hot at first, once we stirred the water before getting in, we quickly got used to it. It didn’t sting at all, and my skin became smooth right away—something I’d never experienced before. Of course, it warmed me through to the core as well. We could relax and fully enjoy Jizo-no-Yu without worrying about anyone else, and it was so comfortable that we ended up not using the gender-segregated baths at all. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kusatsu.

Despite being close to the station, it was quiet and I slept very well. The location was convenient, and I was very satisfied with the room rate. I’d like to stay again.

From storing our luggage before check-in to the courteous service, everything left a great impression. The room was spotless and we were able to relax comfortably. The affiliated parking lot was nearby, and there were restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away, which was very convenient. Even though it was a busy Silver Week period, we truly appreciate your prompt help with our forgotten item. Thank you very much.

Hello, thank you as always. Once again, we were able to relax very comfortably. We sincerely appreciate all of your staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. The atmosphere feels like home—never stiff or formal—and we can truly unwind with a comforting sense of ease. That is what we love most about your hotel. The bath facilities are authentic and deeply relaxing, and they even leave our skin feeling smooth. Although the hotel faces the street, it’s free from noise. The beds are wide, so we can rest comfortably. Overall, it’s wonderful, and whenever we travel to the Kanto area, we’ve decided to stay here. We look forward to staying with you for many years to come. Thank you as well to the housekeeping staff for their attentiveness and for keeping everything spotless down to the smallest details. Please take good care of yourselves.

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. The Room was stylish, we could enjoy meals in the Room, the terrace was spacious enough for our dog to run around, and there was even a bath for dogs—best of all, we could stay together the whole time. The meals were surprisingly generous both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very attentive and also gave us sightseeing recommendations we could visit with our dog. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Although it looks like a love hotel from the outside, it is a solid Business Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodated various requests, which was greatly appreciated! What surprised me was the late-night meal service at the Hotel—the fried chicken set meal was extremely delicious!! If I have a chance to visit Tokyo again, I’d like to stay here again.

I arrived by motorcycle, and they kindly guided me to a covered parking area, which I really appreciated. Since I planned to eat out near the station, I could put the money saved on the Room rate toward food and drinks. It’s close to the station, so there are plenty of great places to eat. It’s a shared bath, and it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax. If I have another chance to visit, I’d like to stay here again.

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. Thank you, LiVEMAX.

They upgraded my room and gave me a small congratulatory gift. One staff member kindly accompanied us to the room and guided us during check-in. We didn’t use the other facilities, but we rested well in the spacious, comfortable room, and the large bathroom—with a bathtub and even a separate shower booth—was really nice. It’s a hotel where you can relax quietly without noisy tourists. The amenities are good too.

The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The Room was clean and functional! The only slight dissatisfaction was the lack of a nearby convenience store, but while exploring, I found a yakiniku restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner. I appreciated the staff's thoughtful gestures, such as the handmade map.

The bath is compact, but it’s kept very clean and well stocked with amenities, making it comfortable to use. The in-house loungewear (samue set: top and bottom) is also very comfortable to wear. Breakfast is home-style and just the right amount. The service was excellent, and I would like to stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Everything was outstanding—the beautiful Room, the delicious meals, the private bath, and all the Hotel staff. The food in particular was amazing; the course meal made generous use of ingredients from Shimoda, and we could truly savor Shimoda’s richness from start to finish. The Hotel staff were also very kind—helping us with a small mishap in the bath (lol) and explaining each dish clearly. My girlfriend was thrilled, and I’m glad we chose this Hotel. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

I have a personal connection to Towada, and I used to visit often about 20 years ago. This time, I stayed here out of nostalgia. It’s a Business Hotel, but having a large public bath was very convenient. Perhaps because many business travelers stay here, breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m., and it was delicious. Of course, the room was clean and comfortable as well.

The property was clean, and the service was excellent. The bath on the top floor had no roof, so it was cold even in Okinawa. The complimentary meal was fairly standard but tasty. Everything except the bath was wonderful.

The service and amenities were excellent, and I had a very positive impression. However, there was a toilet odor—possibly coming from the bathroom/toilet drain—which was a bit unpleasant (it may have been only in my room). I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Station (both the Toei Line and the Ginza Line), and it’s incredibly convenient with Kaminarimon, Senso-ji Temple, other sightseeing spots, and plenty of restaurants all nearby. The only slight disappointment was that the only convenience store close by was Seven-Eleven. The staff were exceptionally kind and provided pleasant service throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also greeted me cheerfully, and I truly felt glad I chose this Accommodation.

Conveniently located near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, it was easy to find without getting lost. The Room was well-cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were new and spotless. I would like to use it again next time.

We stayed here as a family. On the way to the Ryokan, it felt very retro and we were a bit worried, but the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind, and we would love to stay again. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel. The hotel was clean, and I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, so I was very satisfied. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the hot items were served hot, the bread was warm, and everything was delicious. Thank you for upgrading our room as well. We had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay at Super Hotel again in other locations.
