Our couple in our 50s stayed for one night with our child’s couple in their 20s and our dog. The Room was spacious and pleasantly nostalgic, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the bathroom and toilet were spotlessly clean. The amenities were comparable to a Hotel. The staff were courteous, and we were able to relax completely. Since this Accommodation has no TV, it’s perfect for a digital detox! We wanted to do so many things—fireworks, stargazing, calligraphy—but ran out of time and left wishing we could have done more. This is an Accommodation meant for enjoying your time on-site. The stairs are quite steep, with the bedroom on the second floor and only one toilet on the first floor, which felt a bit risky for elderly guests or those with small children—so we rated only the Facility/equipment category as 4.

A luxurious, unhurried escape right in front of the sea. The private pool, sauna, and relaxation area were fantastic—an ideal space to enjoy without worrying about anyone around you. Spending time at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean view was truly soothing, making it easy to forget everyday life and fully unwind. Rather than packing your schedule with sightseeing, this villa is perfect for those who want to slow down and simply enjoy being here. It was a wonderful villa—luxurious yet somehow calming—and a place I’d love to return to. Thank you!

As we expected to arrive later than planned, we called in advance to discuss dinner arrangements. Despite the short notice, they kindly arranged an outdoor barbecue for us, which was a huge help. The barbecue was excellent—especially the thick-cut meat and sausages. There is also a dog run, and the Onsen Facility you drive to is spacious and very clean. The dining hall is also reached by car. The meals were Western-style like at a Hotel and were delicious. The grounds are wide, lush with greenery, and open, so we could relax at ease. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Although we arrived much later than our scheduled check-in time, the staff kindly assisted us without any sign of displeasure. We are truly grateful. The three of us stayed, and the price per person was very affordable. Despite the low cost, it was a comfortable and wonderful Accommodation. We would definitely like to stay again next time. Affordable, yet surprisingly spotless! When I heard it was a container house, I didn’t expect much, but the interior was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. The amenities were well stocked, and there’s a convenience store right in front, making it extremely convenient. Air conditioning is also provided, so the stay was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

The Facility has been renovated and is very well cleaned, with no pet odors or stains. The meals were delicious, and since it was a weekday there were few other guests, so we could relax without worrying. All the staff were kind, and we were touched to receive an illustration of our pet. They even saw us off until we were out of sight when we left, which made us want to come again. Weekdays are recommended! Thank you very much.

This is an ideal Hotel for families with children. We stayed as a parent and child, and it was a trip of nonstop play and plenty of drinks. It rained heavily that day, so we only played indoors. Even so, there was more than enough to do, and our child was completely satisfied. Parents can also relax with a drink in hand while watching their kids play, making it a special getaway for adults as well. Above all, the dedication of the Hotel staff was truly moving. Their care for children felt so professional that it could have been a daycare center. It’s common to see a cake brought out at dinner for a child’s birthday, but this Hotel goes beyond that. I won’t share details to avoid spoilers, but the performance despite the rain became an unforgettable experience. The event starting at 9:00 PM also surprised us with its creative, child-participation format. Parents were exhausted by then, but seeing our child’s happy smile—and the staff’s thoughtful production—made us feel happy too. One challenge was that there is no large public bath. There are only two private baths indoors and two outdoors, so it becomes very competitive. Since you can’t make a Reservation and can only enter if one is available, we managed to use one once by luck but couldn’t find any availability after that. The outdoor open-air baths were difficult in the rain because you have to walk there with an umbrella, so we gave up. Also disappointing was that the Shuttle Service pick-up point at Ito Station has no roof. We waited in the rain, and when a bus finally arrived it turned out to be for another affiliated property—overall it was hard to understand. The price range felt on the higher side, but considering how happy our child was and how devoted the staff service is, overall satisfaction felt high. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

After staying at Mikazuki Hotel in Chiba (Katsuura and Kamogawa) last year and the year before, we visited Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki for the first time this year. With the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy a welcome lunch right after arrival and use the pool as well, and the kids seemed to have a great time. Both Japanese and international staff provided excellent service, with thoughtful attention throughout, which really impressed us. I was excited about the all-you-can-drink alcohol from the welcome lunch onward, and my wife and grandparents also loved how clean the Hotel was and how good the service was—so we would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much for taking care of us for two days.

I made a Reservation looking forward to the bath, but it was unfortunately out of order. However, thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, my Room was upgraded. I was very satisfied and enjoyed the spacious indoor bath. For breakfast, I had freshly baked bread, corn soup, and plenty of fresh vegetables—it was filling and became a wonderful travel memory. I would like this to be my first choice for my next stay in Sapporo.

Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much.

The Room is a bit old, but it is well cleaned and kept very tidy. The view of Nojimazaki Lighthouse is wonderful. The food was great, especially the event kushikatsu. It’s not quite restaurant-level dining, but there is an excellent selection of alcoholic drinks and snacks to enjoy with them. It’s easy to see why so many middle-aged and older groups stay here. You can really feel that the staff’s hard work helps maintain great value and quality. I know it must be tough, but I hope you keep up the good work. Of course, I’d like to stay again with my elderly parents.

The bath and the Room are old, but they were kept very clean. This time we only had breakfast, and it was very delicious. Maybe the restaurant has been renovated? It was new, clean, bright, and very pleasant. Not only was the food great, but the staff were truly polite and attentive—I was really impressed. In particular, the senior veteran staff member was wonderful. I couldn’t thank them in person, but I hope this Review reaches them. I’d love to visit again!

The Onsen is the main highlight, and with a full range of comfortable amenities, I was able to enjoy a truly fulfilling day. After working up a sweat at the gym, I played a little table tennis and felt like a kid again. The sauna is spacious and made of wood, and there is also a mist sauna—I did five rounds in total. To finish, I relaxed in the shallow pool and took a break with a draft beer. The large public bath left me feeling refreshed.

This was my first time staying with Itoen Hotels. The Accommodation at Yunishikawa Onsen was very clean and pleasant. The buffet dishes were also replenished promptly, and I am truly grateful to all the staff. I would definitely like to stay again.

I think the price, the Room, and the service were all very good. However, there was one disappointing point: cleaning was not thorough. I believe it would be even better if this were improved (that is why I am posting). The logo above the Hotel entrance and the wall-like structure in front of the entrance looked like they had never been cleaned and were dirty with dust buildup. In the Room, dust had accumulated on the air purifier, air conditioner, and around the bed by the window. I understand it may not be possible to clean these every day, but if they could be cleaned at least once a month or once every three months, I think it would feel much cleaner overall. I am posting this with hopes for improvement. I apologize for saying this while all Hotel staff are working hard.

The Onsen was a comfortable size and felt wonderful. The bamboo bath was especially relaxing. Since there is an Onsen for guests, we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The meals were buffet-style, and everything was delicious, with a menu that both adults and children could enjoy. If the observatory had been available, we could have enjoyed Kurokawa’s night sky even more. We knew it was out of order, but since there was a poster displayed, our child got excited and ended up disappointed.

I stay here regularly. I love the quality of the hot spring water, and I can adjust the temperature in the Room’s open-air bath to a lukewarm soak and relax at my own pace, which is very satisfying. The meals are consistently excellent every time I visit. Since it’s not a large Hotel, it never feels crowded, so I can unwind comfortably. It’s clean, and the service is impeccable. Many locals come for day-use bathing from early morning as well—proof of how good the hot spring water is.

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful. The amenities and bed were also more than satisfactory. I’m giving it 4 stars because the unit bath was the usual type. (Laugh) Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The building is a bit old, but overall it’s a good Hotel.

The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we were able to forget about everyday life and relax in the Onsen. We also enjoyed the course dinner. We’d love to visit again.
