I stayed here for the first time for my once-a-year baseball game at Hotto Motto Field Kobe. Usually, I check in, head to the stadium, and come back to the Hotel late at night. This time, unfortunately, the game was canceled due to rain and I was very disappointed—but choosing to stay here turned out to be absolutely the right decision. There was so much to enjoy from the 7th to the 18th floors. The staff were also excellent, and I was satisfied with everything.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, with two Japanese-style rooms. I was able to stretch out and sleep comfortably on a king-size bed by myself. Since it was a Japanese-style Room, it was also nice not having to keep taking my shoes on and off. The washroom had a tasteful ceramic basin as well. Given the reasonable price, I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but they were more than satisfying. The baths were great, with an open-air bath in the large public bath area, and I was also glad I could use the Roman bath during its designated free hours. It was disappointing that the Shuttle Service bus only runs one round trip per day, so I couldn’t use it because the timing didn’t work for me. Overall, I think this is a very good Accommodation.

The Room and large public bath were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, featuring local Fukuoka specialties, which made the trip even more enjoyable. However, since there was only one bath towel and face towel per person in the Room, it would be great if spare towels could be provided in the large public bath area. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. Following last year, I stayed with you again. Not only is the location convenient and close to the station, but your staff’s excellent service made it an easy choice to stay at your Hotel again this year. It seems Fukuoka has been experiencing hot days as well, so please take good care of yourselves. I look forward to visiting again.

I stayed with No Meals Included in a twin Room, and both the Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The massage chair was also great.

I stayed here for my favorite artist’s event. This was my second stay, and it was very comfortable again! Everything at breakfast was delicious, but the natto, clam miso soup, and mille crêpe were especially tasty—I ate until I was full. I’ll stay here again!

The property felt very clean, and the Room was also spotless. The seafood izakaya downstairs is popular, and we couldn’t get in without a Reservation.

Shortly before my trip I was injured and using crutches. A female staff member at reception changed my assigned Room to a more accessible floor and carried my luggage to the Room, which was a great help. At checkout she greeted me with a wonderful smile, and I was able to leave in a cheerful mood. Breakfast was also very delicious, and I enjoyed local specialties from Kagoshima. I will stay here again when I visit Kagoshima. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip and made a Reservation. The cost was about JPY 17,500 for two nights, and the Room was surprisingly a twin with breakfast included. The building is a bit old, but the inside is very clean. The twin Room was spacious and spotless; it was a smoking Room, but there was no unpleasant odor. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the shower water pressure was strong. There was an air purifier, and although the air conditioner is an older style, it kept the Room cool and comfortable during my summer stay. Breakfast is buffet-style—I expected something simple, but the seafood rice bowl and curry were delicious and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were kind, and the late-night complimentary salt ramen was also great. Above all, I really appreciated the relatively large flat parking lot with free in-and-out access.

Only one drink of either beer or hoppy was included, but the all-you-can-drink alcohol option was great. Since we arrived late, it was disappointing that we couldn’t have the curry and natto (?). I wish they had refilled them as well. Also, the Room was spacious and clean.

The other day, two of us stayed in two Rooms. The Rooms are a bit small, but both the bathroom and the Room were very clean, so we had no problems at all and enjoyed a comfortable stay. We checked in late at 11:00 PM, but the staff greeted us with a smile. It was a Hotel that felt like it offered more than its price, and we would definitely like to stay again when we visit Okayama. Unfortunately, we overslept and didn’t have time for breakfast. Next time, we definitely want to try the bento—it looked delicious. Thank you very much.

Choosing this Hotel for my first solo trip to Hakone was the right decision. There are relaxing spaces throughout the spacious grounds, and the all-inclusive plan is also very appealing. Getting around inside the Hotel involves stairs and covers a wide area—perfect for getting some exercise! I’ve made another Reservation, so I look forward to staying again.

As others have mentioned, the exterior has a retro Showa-era feel and may come as a bit of a surprise at first. However, the inside has been renovated in a very charming way, and everything is spotless and well maintained. The interior design is quite unique—perhaps inspired by a luxury cruise ship? The name “Marina” suits it perfectly. The breakfast restaurant offered an amazing view, especially since we had good weather. The food was delicious too—you can make your own mini seafood bowl, and they also serve local specialties. The price was reasonable, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sakaiminato.

I was very satisfied with the meal selection and timing, as well as the attentive service from the staff during meals. The Room also offered a lovely view of the green mountains, and best of all, it was quiet with no hustle and bustle, so I could truly relax. The bath was a bit far and required walking across floors; since this stay was in summer it was fine, but if I have the chance to stay in winter, I think it would be nice to have a long-sleeved jacket to wear over the yukata. Both dinner and breakfast were light yet satisfying, and every dish was delicious. In the morning there was complimentary coffee, which was perfect for a relaxing moment before departure. I would like to stay again when traveling in Chiba. Thank you very much.

After a concert at Budokan, I stayed one night with my daughter. The good points were the convenient location near the station, a great seafood rice bowl restaurant nearby, and the view from the high floor. The disappointing points were that there were no amenities and quite a lot of noise came through the gap under the door.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

I booked this Hotel based on price because I was going to a concert at Belluna Dome and would be getting back late, just to sleep. The Hotel felt a bit old, but the Room had a table and two chairs and felt spacious without being cramped. The amenities were well stocked, and there was also a gown, which helped reduce my luggage—so I was happy about that. I couldn’t hear any voices from people walking in the hallway at all, so I had a very comfortable stay. The only slight disappointments were that the table was a bit low, and I got lost on the way from Ikebukuro Station to the Hotel. Since I’m not familiar with the area, I couldn’t find the underground exit mentioned in the directions and had to ask station staff. Even after coming up to street level, I got turned around for a moment. It would be easier if the website included photo directions. It was better than expected overall, so I’d like to stay here again when attending another concert at Belluna Dome!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. All the staff were always smiling, and their service was polite and attentive, so we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Upon arrival, we were shown to a private room next to the lobby, where we enjoyed some tea and sweets while choosing yukata. The lobby also had books and a souvenir shop. On the rooftop terrace there was a footbath, and we could truly relax while looking out over Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains. We didn’t use them this time, but there was also a table tennis room (paid) and a kids’ room. The view from the open-air bath in our Room was amazing—I ended up soaking three times: on the first evening, at night, and again after breakfast on day two (haha). It seems they can also adjust the set temperature of the open-air bath upon request. In addition to the shower next to the open-air bath, there was also an indoor bathroom in the Room. I was happy that the hair dryer in the Room was ReFa. We had both dinner and breakfast during our stay. Both meals were served in the same private room we were shown to upon arrival. Dinner started at 18:00, and breakfast could be chosen between 8:30 or 9:00—great for someone like me who isn’t good at waking up early. Dinner included dishes such as salt-crusted grilled spiny lobster as well as lava-stone grilling of Kanagawa beef and Ashigara beef, which made it really fun. Both dinner and breakfast were truly excellent, and my girlfriend was very satisfied. The large public bath wasn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded at all—we were able to bathe almost privately most of the time. The water was milky/opaque (nigoriyu), and my skin felt pleasantly soft afterward. I’ve been to Hakone several times, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation this good. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much!

I stayed here for the first time last year and loved it, so I chose this Hotel again this year when I came to Shizuoka for a live show. It’s very reasonably priced, but the staff are polite and kind, and the amenities and drink service are a huge help for someone traveling light. I didn’t have much time to use all the services again this year, but I was happy that there were still hitsumabushi rice balls available when I returned to the Hotel. Enjoying local food is one of the best parts of traveling! I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Shizuoka.

We stayed as a family. First of all, the staff were wonderful at check-in, and the Room was very clean and well maintained. It was a shame that women could not use the large bath, but they provided bath salts, which made us happy, and our child seemed to really enjoy the large bath. Above all, we were extremely satisfied with the all-you-can-drink alcoholic welcome drinks—local sake and wine were absolutely delicious! We will definitely stay again when we have plans in the Minami Alps area. This is a truly recommended Hotel with a charming old-fashioned feel. Thank you very much!
