Right next to the station, so the location was excellent. There was also a large supermarket nearby, so we were able to enjoy a satisfying dinner without eating out.

This was my first stay. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay again.

Rather than just being near Miho no Matsubara, it felt like there was a Ryokan right within it. You can easily take a walk to Miho no Matsubara and the beach. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we enjoyed the scent of hinoki in the in-room bath. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

We stayed here for a trip to Yamanashi. We stayed two nights, and it was disappointing not to see Mt. Fuji from the first day, but on the last day we could see Mt. Fuji perfectly from the window! There are houses nearby, but it was my first time seeing Mt. Fuji so beautifully and I was truly moved. I think this is a log cabin with a spectacular view. The cabin has a cypress barrel bath, which feels wonderfully luxurious. This time we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji while bathing, but on a clear day it seems like it would be an amazing scenic bath! The public bathhouse directly across the street was also great.

Very clean and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. I would love to stay here again.

The Western-style room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a wide variety of dinner options, making it easy to choose. The Shinshu salmon was delicious. The soft-serve ice cream machine was self-serve, and the ice cream was rich and tasty. I’d like to visit again during the autumn foliage season.

I only interacted with the front desk at check-in since I didn’t order Room service, but they left a very good impression. The drink bar next to the front desk had a wide variety of options and was very convenient. However, I was concerned that there was still some dirt left in the bathtub. Aside from the bathtub, the guest Room was clean and well maintained throughout. The Room was more spacious than expected and the TV was large, so it felt like a better experience than the price suggested.

I arrived feeling a bit uneasy because it was relatively inexpensive and a smoking Room. I checked in around 9:00 pm and was greeted with a smile. They clearly explained the bath, changing clothes, and breakfast. The entrance area felt spacious and luxurious. Other than a toothbrush and towels, you pick up whatever amenities you need at the amenity bar near the front desk, and you also borrow loungewear from shelves nearby. It looked like you could choose between yukata and jinbei. If you have a lot of luggage, this might be a bit of a hassle. It seemed they offered late-night soba from 9:00 to 9:30 pm, but I wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t use it. The elevator area and hallways are on the darker side, but it gives a calm atmosphere. Some Reviews mentioned odors, but I didn’t notice anything in particular. When I got to the Room, it was cleaner than I expected, and there was no noticeable smell. It felt like: two beds in a large Japanese-style room, futons in a smaller Japanese-style room, and one bed in a smaller Western-style room. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Internet is available via both Wi‑Fi and wired LAN. Wi‑Fi tends to slow down when it’s crowded, but if you connect your own small wireless router to the wired LAN, it’s comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were kept clean. The toilet has an electronic bidet seat. Breakfast is buffet-style: Western options like bread rolls with sausages, nuggets, and egg dishes, and classic Japanese items like white rice with grilled fish, natto, and miso soup. You can drink Saza Coffee at the complimentary drink bar (no extra charge), and even take it back to your Room. Very nice! It’s close to Hitachi Seaside Park, so demand is high depending on the season, but if possible I’d like to stay here again next year.

Close to the station, with the classic look of an old-style leisure Hotel. It had a calm atmosphere. I stayed on the 7th floor. I made a Reservation for a single room, but was shown to a twin room. The room was spacious and well kept, and above all, the bathtub was huge! (At 158 cm tall, I could lie down fully.) The bed was also large and clean. The quality matched the Accommodation price. When staying in Mito, I usually look around the north exit but haven’t found many clean Hotels; this time I chose the south exit even though it meant a bit more walking from my destination, and it turned out to be the right choice. I’d like to stay again!

I stayed here toward the end of Golden Week. Even though it was peak season, I couldn’t believe the price. I had been wanting to stay here, and since there is a free Shuttle Service from Sendai Station East Exit (very convenient and much appreciated), I decided to go. The Room was spacious and beautifully kept, and I could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. The bath was also an Onsen, so it was very relaxing, and it was extremely clean. Dinner, which I had been looking forward to, was a stylish course meal—beautiful to look at and of course delicious. The abalone steak in particular was tender and excellent. The morning buffet featured plenty of seafood; the swordfish chashu was so good that I bought some as a souvenir. During the restroom stop on the return bus at Yamoto Roadside Station, I was happy to be able to take photos of the Blue Impulse aircraft on display. It was a very satisfying two days. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed at Karuizawa Prince Hotel East, where we used to come skiing when our children were little, to celebrate our daughter’s university acceptance. The atmosphere was unchanged and full of nostalgia. We were satisfied with everything—the staff’s service, the Onsen, and the meals. We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

The service was courteous, and the meals were excellent. I especially enjoyed the simple yet Western-style pot-au-feu and would love to have it again. The bath was also very good (I soaked four times). As someone who usually stays at Business Hotels, this reminded me how great an Onsen Accommodation can be.

First, the front desk service was excellent. Even with automation, it still comes down to people. Good service makes you feel welcome. The Room was also comfortable. I was happy that Tenjin was nearby.

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. Even when I was smoking in the courtyard smoking area, a staff member who was preparing the bonfire chatted with me in a friendly way. Also, when I asked at the front desk about recommended nearby spots, they kindly told me about places such as a shop with delicious salted yokan, and their service was very attentive. When I came down with a fever late at night, I made an unreasonable request for rice porridge; the head chef prepared it and a staff member delivered it to our Room. I was truly moved by how delicious it was and by their kindness. The Onsen was so comfortable that I ended up soaking for a long time, and the open-air bath stayed warm even in the cold without being too hot. My wife was also happy that her skin felt so smooth. Since it was only a one-night, two-day trip, we had to head straight home on the second day, but we’re very grateful—it turned into a wonderful trip where we could feel people’s warmth.

I stayed here on a business trip. The Room was spacious enough, and the facilities and amenities were more than adequate, so I had a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if there had been an outlet by the bedside, but it wasn’t a negative. I chose the plan with breakfast, and there were so many options that it was hard to decide. They even made an omelet right in front of me—overall, it was a great-value Hotel.

My friend, who was supposed to come with me at the last minute, had to cancel due to illness. However, the staff were very kind and helpful, which really saved me. I felt a little lonely on my own, but I was able to relax and take it easy. The meals were also delicious.\nI’d like to come back for a retry with the friend who couldn’t make it this time.

We stayed for two nights because our child had a soccer match nearby. The Onsen, with its black mineral water, was very relaxing, and we were able to unwind. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and everything was delicious—I think we even gained a little weight from eating so much. The breakfast in particular was great, with a wide variety of side dishes. On the way home we got caught in torrential rain and had a difficult trip back, and I hope all the staff were safe. Everyone was very kind, and it’s an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

Everything—the cuisine, the Room, the Onsen, the garden, and the music—was wonderful, but above all, the hospitality of the president, the proprietress, and all staff was exceptional. We truly felt their attentive care in every detail. This time we stayed for two nights, spending one night each in the Western and Paragon Rooms. The open-air bath while enjoying the view from our Room and the sound of the vintage audio system were both superb, making it a stay that truly let us forget everyday life. We’re not sure when it will be, but we would love to try staying in the remaining two Rooms as well.

Unfortunately, the desired Room was not available, but the view of Setoda, characteristic of the island, was wonderful. Dinner was plentiful, and I ended up eating too much. Thank you for your warm and homely hospitality and for your many kindnesses.

We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.
