The Room was spacious and comfortable.

The location, cleanliness throughout the property, and amenities were all excellent. I think the level of satisfaction for this price is very high. Many European guests were staying there as well, so I believe it is well regarded internationally.

This was our second stay at a Hiramatsu Accommodation, and we were able to relax and unwind. As always, the staff’s service level is exceptionally high. It was our first time staying in Atami, and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, so many staff members welcomed us that we were genuinely moved—I still don’t know how they knew exactly when we would arrive. We weren’t asked about checkout or taxi arrangements until the next morning, so we could take our time without feeling rushed. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay again.

Five of us stayed over the weekend of 7/25–26. We debated for a long time between this place and another Hotel, but chose this one because the Onsen was a big draw. Since it was a weekend after summer vacation started, we were worried it would be crowded—whether we could get into the bath at a good time and whether we’d be able to enjoy the breakfast service—but in the end our timing was perfect. We were able to relax in the bath, and we were very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast. We also enjoyed the welcome drink, and considering how affordable it was, we were extremely happy with all the services. From now on, whenever we travel, if there’s a Hotel like this at our destination, we’ll definitely choose it. At breakfast, one of the female staff members kept everything well stocked and moving smoothly. It seemed there was an issue with the miso soup machine, so she kindly came around to each table asking if anyone wanted miso soup. She was friendly and warm-hearted, which left a great impression. If we ever come back to Hiroshima again someday, we’d love to stay with you again.

The Room, baths, and meals were all wonderful. Both the in-room bath and the private Kashinoki-no-Yu Onsen were excellent. When I mentioned that the handle on the bath basket had come off, they responded immediately. As for the food, when I told them I have gout and can’t eat pork, they adjusted part of the meal. Every dish was delicious, and you could really tell how carefully everything was prepared. The soba was also great. All of the staff we spoke with in various situations were very pleasant, and it truly became a memorable trip. The view from the Room was amazing as well. There was a light mist over the mountains, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It rained at night, but that actually made it even more relaxing with the sound of rain—I didn’t feel disappointed at all even though it rained. The American who traveled with me was impressed by everything and happily said they will definitely come again! I rarely write a Review no matter how much I travel, but Tsuruya was truly outstanding. If you’re considering a trip to Gunma, this is an Accommodation I would highly recommend—so I decided to write this Review. Next time, I’d love to enjoy the winter scenery along with the Onsen and meals. We will definitely visit again! Thank you very much.

I made an early reservation to relax in the large public bath. I stayed alone in a twin room, so the room felt too spacious. Unfortunately, this time, there was loud noise like banging from the neighboring room, which was very bothersome.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room in the East Wing. We had dinner with the Omi beef buffet course. The Omi beef sukiyaki was tender, nicely marbled without being too fatty, and very delicious. Since the property is set in nature, the view from the window was wonderful, with a panoramic view of Lake Biwa.

The Room was a twin, and we stayed comfortably. Above all, we slept soundly with the Tempur bedding. There was parking nearby, and there were also restaurants and a convenience store close by, so we had no inconvenience during our stay. Both the Room and the bathroom were very clean. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Close to the sea, and with a late checkout we were able to enjoy a morning walk at a relaxed pace. The atmosphere inside the Hotel was great, and the staff’s service was excellent! However, it seems the parking spaces are limited, so we used the coin-operated parking lot across the street and it cost nearly 5,000 yen. It would be even better if there were some subsidy for guests.

Unlike other Smile Hotels, it had a homely atmosphere with various thoughtful touches, which was great. Both the station and convenience store are nearby, making it ideal for a short stay. It's only 30 minutes to Tokyo Station, so I felt the cost-performance was better than hotels in the city. It was worth more than its price.

In many ways, an easy-to-use Hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Although it was a type without an indoor bath, amenities were well-prepared, and the basket bag provided for going to the bath was convenient. It was also nice to be able to choose the size of the yukata. The facility wasn’t brand new but had a clean and pleasant atmosphere. I prefer Onsen water to be slightly hotter, so I deducted one star for that. Meals were served in a large hall, and each dish—whether warm or cold—was served at the right temperature and tasted delicious. There was no coffee in the room, but freshly brewed coffee with free refills was available in the lobby, which was great. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which I appreciated. Being able to settle payment before check-out was also convenient.

I stay here every year for the Hanakae Festival. Perhaps because more competing hotels have opened, it may not be good news for the Hotel, but over the past couple of years I’ve been grateful that I haven’t had to use a paid parking lot. Regarding what I mentioned in the title: the toilet in the men’s bath on the second floor has a warm-water bidet seat (maybe the type used since opening?), and since last year it suddenly restarts while in use, making it practically unusable. It’s disappointing that this has been left unattended for over a year. Please replace it with a TOTO unit. Also, a competing Hotel that opened near Heiwado seems to have secured parking even at locations that require quite a walk. I don’t mind if cars parked on-site are charged as well; I would like you to use those fees to help cover parking costs for cars parked off-site. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

- Good Points I stayed for three nights with my partner during the New Year holidays. The proximity to the station is excellent, with a convenience store and shopping street nearby, and Saizeriya on the first floor. The location is truly wonderful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with easy-to-eat sizes and flavors, leaving us very satisfied. The specialty oyakodon has a sweet and gentle flavor, with chicken that has a slight charcoal aroma, and it was so delicious that we ate it all three days. There are also limited New Year's menu items, which were very satisfying! Despite being close to the station and the street, the rooms were very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise or voices from other guests. - Disappointing Points We waited in the entrance on the first floor until check-in time, and it was very cold. For lower floors, if you don't plan your actions, such as checking out early, you won't be able to take the elevator down (due to it being full from upper floors). We had to use the stairs, which was difficult because one of my legs is slightly impaired. The amenities are not great due to the low price. Since we stayed for three nights, they provided new towels without cleaning, but despite being a stay for two people, there was only one set of towels, and no bath mat, so we had to call and request them. The cost performance is undoubtedly the best. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Amagasaki.

Since we didn’t rent a car this time, we traveled by bus from Hakodate Station, but it was only a 3-minute walk from Tropical Botanical Garden-mae, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. A friend said the interior and the Room were far better than you’d ever imagine from the exterior. I believe I made a Reservation for the cheapest Room type, but to my surprise we were upgraded to what seemed like one of the best Rooms. It was a wonderful, spacious Room with a very comfortable sofa where we could truly relax. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to make a Reservation for the best Type A Room. I was looking forward to enjoying sparkling wine in the lounge, Hakodate milk soft-serve ice cream, and Misuzu Coffee—and they even had watermelon as well, which made me really happy. The soft-serve was unbelievably delicious. I don’t usually drink coffee, but Misuzu Coffee is so good that I decided to have it while in Hakodate. Being able to enjoy it as many times as you like until 10:00 p.m. is much appreciated—though my friend mentioned that in the morning there was only Misuzu Coffee. The bath is available even late at night, which is also very helpful. Even if you fall asleep after dinner and drinks, it’s great to be able to wake up and take a bath during the night. Dinner was an omakase sushi course that included fugu tatsuta-age; between the tuna selections and seasonal sushi, everything was satisfying and enjoyable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options—I especially loved the soup curry. Overall, I think this is an excellent Accommodation with courteous front desk staff and a very positive impression. Just one thing: many Hotels these days provide deodorizing sprays, but I’m sensitive to fragrances—so I would prefer not having them in the Room or used during bed-making.

Since I arrived in the evening, I looked for a place to stay for one night in Naha City and chose this Hotel mainly for its location. It is just off Kokusai-dori, with Don Quijote nearby, and although it was simply a place to sleep, it was very convenient. The Room was new and clean, and I was satisfied with the breakfast, where I could enjoy Okinawan dishes. I would like to stay here again.

The Facility and amenities were better than those of similar hotels. The front desk staff, while working hard to assist many inbound guests, also provided me with excellent service, including luggage storage and courteous assistance. However, there was one disappointing point: when I called at night to ask about room cleaning and towel replacement during a Multiple Night Stay, there was no response at first when the phone was answered. When I spoke to ask my question, I received an unfriendly reply, which left me wondering what was going on.

A friend recommended this place for its Yumoto free-flowing hot spring water, and choosing it was absolutely the right decision. There was a small mix-up at check-in, but the staff handled it so graciously that I truly appreciate it. From our Room, we could see the entire Onsen Shrine across the way. The hot spring water was flawless—it warmed me to the core, and my skin feels great as well. The lobby had plenty of books, and by chance we were even able to enjoy a live performance—nothing but good things. I’d love to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I stayed for two nights for my university entrance exams. Perhaps because I informed them in advance, I was able to relax in a very quiet Room. I also used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was so delicious I ended up eating too much.
