The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax and stay comfortably. The service from the front desk and restaurant staff was also very good. The bathroom had a separate washing area, which was convenient, and the hot water flow was sufficient, so it was pleasant to use; however, I was surprised by the loud noise when opening and closing the door. One disappointing point was that when I left the Room around 8:30 to have breakfast, several carts loaded with cleaning supplies and towels were placed tightly around the doorway area, which made me feel as if we were being rushed to leave. I understand staff scheduling needs, but since check-out is at 11:00, it felt a bit too early to be preparing like that. Because we were able to stay at a very reasonable price, overall we were very satisfied. If we have another opportunity, we would like to stay again.

I recommended this Hotel for a business trip stay. Although we made a Reservation for a single, it seems we were upgraded to a twin Room, which was greatly appreciated. Since my colleague stayed at the same Hotel, we were able to hold meetings in the spacious Room, which was very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, so I advised going early; it seems the front desk mentioned this as well. Because it’s popular and gets crowded, going early was the right choice. A park with an ocean view is also just a short walk away, making a morning stroll very pleasant, and I will definitely choose this Hotel again next time. This time we were able to stay within budget and are very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Unbelievable hospitality for this price range. I have stayed at various Hotels, including those considered five-star, and the hospitality at this price point is outstanding. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Directly connected to JR Tokushima Station, the convenience couldn’t be better. The lobby, hallways, and of course the Room were all impeccably clean, which made me feel truly happy. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokushima (lol).

The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

Tamagawa Onsen is famous for its highly acidic hot springs. The Facility includes an Onsen area with baths at concentrations ranging from 50% to 100%. Instructions are provided in the Room, so we recommend reading them before you go. It was very relaxing, and my wife felt her skin became smoother. We would love to return.

I stayed in the Women-Only Ladies’ Room (No Meals Included). I visit Sendai a few times a year with an overnight stay, but this was my first time using this Hotel. What made me choose it among many Hotels was the women-only floor with security access and the separate bathroom. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The loungewear was a two-piece set, and the amenities were high-quality—something you’d expect from a ladies’ room—which really lifted my mood. There is also a water dispenser on each floor, so it’s helpful that there’s no need to buy bottled water. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. I initially thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast.

I stayed here before (about three months ago) and had a great experience, so I chose to stay again. I was satisfied, as I could relax in the large public bath. As for the amenities, considering the price, I suppose they were reasonable—sorry to mention it. I recommended this place to someone who traveled with me, but it seems they stayed at a different Hotel. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

After getting caught in the rain and soaking my shoes, I was wondering what to do the next day, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a shoe dryer provided in the room. It really helped.\nBreakfast started early at 7:00, which allowed me to make good use of the day. There was a wide variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the Osaka-style dishes.\nOverall, it was a very satisfying stay.

I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!

All staff were pleasant and gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The meals were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view from our Room. The building and bathrooms felt a bit old, but everything was kept clean throughout, so there was no discomfort at all. It was a memorable trip.

Every year during the Obon holiday season, I stay here to avoid the crowds. It feels like there are more tourists each year, but it still never feels crowded, and I love being able to relax and fully enjoy nature. This year, a typhoon caused a power outage across the entire area on our first day, and the electricity went out around 7:00 PM right at dinnertime. It was inconvenient in many ways, but the meal was still lavish and delicious, and during the outage we managed with other guests using our phone lights. However, it wasn’t just that we couldn’t use electricity—there was no air conditioning, running water, or even toilets available until power was restored at 11:00 PM, which honestly made us anxious. Even so, the staff repeatedly brought us drinking water and even offered Shuttle Service by car to nearby restrooms in a small pocket park so we wouldn’t feel uneasy. Their warm support truly meant a lot to us. After the power came back on—even though it was late at night—they came to inspect the open-air bath in our Room as well. Thanks to that, we could relax with peace of mind in the Onsen and go to sleep feeling refreshed. Because they have their own private hot spring source, hot water pours into the in-room open-air bath with incredible force nonstop. I couldn’t help asking, “Is it really okay to let it run this much?!”—and they told me this is one of Tomiya’s proud features. We gratefully enjoyed the open-air bath many times and my skin felt wonderfully smooth. When you stay two nights, the menu changes as well—and everything is so luxurious you can hardly finish it all. Between the food and especially the warm hospitality from everyone on staff, we had another wonderful two-night stay. Because there aren’t many tourist attractions nearby, you can enjoy a truly luxurious trip focused on rest and refreshment without being rushed from place to place. Thank you again for such a lovely time this year. We’ll be back again next year.

We visited Kamogawa Sea World for my daughter’s birthday and stayed at this Hotel for one night. We were looking forward to the dinner and breakfast buffets, and they were more luxurious than we imagined—we enjoyed plenty of sashimi and sushi. The sea bream kamameshi was so delicious I wanted a second serving. My daughter was very satisfied too, as she could eat lots of her favorite dishes. The breakfast croissants were also tasty. From our Room we had a panoramic view of the ocean, and the sound of the waves was soothing. The Onsen we enjoyed together left our skin smooth and felt wonderful. After returning home, my daughter and I talked about wanting to stay again.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. We traveled to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This year, we toured around the San’in region. I had always wanted to visit the famous Tamatsukuri Onsen, known for its beautifying waters. First, I was amazed by the large open-air bath. The indoor bath also felt wonderfully historic and was very clean. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday while enjoying a thoughtfully prepared dinner. The garden is magnificent—I was impressed by how meticulously it is maintained in every corner. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the cushion covers in the dining area.

Of the five Accommodations I stayed at on this trip, this one was the cheapest yet the best. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the Room had a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was included as a complimentary service, and everything—from chikuzen-ni to miso soup—was hearty and delicious. In any case, they had everything you could need, and I could really feel the owner’s hospitality. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were cheerful and very helpful. The Room and Facility were simple but clean, which was great. Breakfast was free, and the quality for a complimentary meal was truly appreciated. The location was also excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby—perfect for sightseeing in Kure. Since the parking lot has limited spaces, if you can’t check in early you may need to find parking in advance, but even so we had a great stay. Thank you very much.

I often have trouble sleeping when I travel, but the bed here suited me well and I slept soundly. At the top-floor bar, there were no other guests, so I was able to enjoy a luxurious night view of Matsuyama Castle all to myself and was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Older Hotels often have the best locations, so we came looking forward to the stunning combination of Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka—and it was exactly as expected. Because the Hotel is built on higher ground, there is nothing to block the view of Mt. Fuji, and the panorama is outstanding. And on top of that, even during the Obon holiday period, we were upgraded to a suite—thank you very much. When I woke up in the morning and opened the large terrace window, after the previous day’s cloudy weather, a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji suddenly appeared before us. It was a birthday trip with my 92-year-old mother, and she was absolutely delighted. In the evening we enjoyed a full-course French dinner. The staff were pleasant, and everything was delicious. We also visited the café—the dessert made with an entire peach cost just 1,000 yen including tax and service charge! It was incredibly tasty, great value, and we were very satisfied. The building is undeniably old, but our stay was very comfortable. Lake Yamanaka may be less well-known among the Fuji Five Lakes, but it’s quiet and we really loved it. We would like to visit again in autumn to enjoy the fall foliage.
