My third stay for a live concert! Easy access by bus from Ginza, and the check-in time was early at 2:00 PM. When I arrived after 2:00 PM, there was a line at the counter, but they handled it efficiently and I was able to check in after just a few minutes’ wait. I usually buy breakfast at the convenience store on the first floor, but this time I tried the breakfast for the first time. It was a late breakfast, but whenever items in the buffet ran low, they refilled them right away, and they also cleared up quickly after meals, so I could enjoy a delicious breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when visiting Ariake. Personally, I also really appreciate the firmness of the bed and having a separate washing area in the bathroom.

I had a very comfortable stay. First of all, the wide variety of welcome drinks and how easy they are to use was excellent. They also had miso soup and wakame soup, which I enjoyed for breakfast. Each floor has a microwave, a water dispenser, and a shampoo/conditioner lending corner, and next to the microwave there are even disposable chopsticks and spoons. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so well stocked on every floor. Most Hotels only offer these amenities on certain floors at best—having them on every floor was incredibly convenient. I stayed here to attend a live show at CLUB CITTA’, and it was just a short walk to the venue, which was very convenient. However, it’s a bit far from the station, which may be a drawback—especially in bad weather. Also, since it’s close to the Keikyu railway tracks, you can hear some train noise. Some people may find that bothersome. Even so, I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay very comfortably overall. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room had an ocean view, and the view from the Onsen was wonderful—it was the perfect vacation! The parking lot was spacious and easy to use, and everything from the lobby decor to the complimentary drink service was thoughtfully provided. Everyone in our group was very satisfied, so we will stay again!

This was my second stay. I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again. The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient. Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service. I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping at malls and department stores, and convenient transportation from the airport as well as to other destinations. The breakfast was also very delicious. When we visit Osaka again, we would definitely like to stay at Hotel Trusty again.

We stayed here on my mother’s 88th birthday during a trip to celebrate her milestone. When I requested a cake in advance, they prepared a wonderful birthday plate, and the staff showed such thoughtful care to make it a surprise. It became a truly special day for both my mother and me. The food was delicious, and dinner was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it all. The breakfast buffet was just as the Reviews said—there was an amazing variety, and it made us excited from the morning. It was also fun just looking at all the little pig decorations throughout the Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Shin-Otsuka. Thank you very much.

The building itself felt a bit old, and I noticed a slight odor inside, but the Onsen and seafood were truly outstanding. Since the large public bath alternates between men and women, I only used one side, but it was spacious and comfortable. The water left my skin smooth and moisturized—it felt amazing. There wasn’t a place inside the tub to sit (with about half your body out), so I couldn’t soak for too long, but the open-air bath had a great atmosphere and I could relax without worrying about others. Our Room came with a private open-air bath, and the tub was even larger than it looked in the photos—there was plenty of space for two people to stretch out comfortably. It might even fit around three people with ease. Best of all, it was free-flowing natural hot spring water, so fresh water kept pouring in continuously—it felt wonderfully luxurious and incredibly relaxing. The crab I’d been looking forward to was also delicious—I think it was my first time ever getting completely full from crab. I was very satisfied with the sashimi and the salmon at breakfast as well. Of course, the steak was also very juicy and tender... That said, it seems rice and miso soup at dinner were brought after we asked for them (I’m sorry—I must not have listened carefully because I was captivated by the beautiful crab right in front of me). By the time they arrived I was already quite full, so I wished I had requested them earlier. There were thoughtful touches throughout as well—like a footbath inside the property and self-serve coffee in the morning. Everyone at both the dining area and front desk greeted us with smiles and were very kind, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay; it ended up being a truly refreshing trip that helped us unwind. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time staying here. I had originally planned to visit Nagoya on different dates, but due to the recent heavy rain, my schedule was uncertain and I made a last-minute Reservation. Even so, the staff were wonderful, and since my Room was on the top floor, I wasn’t bothered by footsteps from above and had a very comfortable stay. I didn’t notice when booking, but there was also a large public bath, which helped me feel refreshed. Perhaps because it was during peak breakfast hours, some items were unavailable. Personally, I would have been happy if there had been yogurt. That said, considering the price with breakfast included, the quality was very high and I was satisfied with the meal. It was also great from a hygiene standpoint that rice could be dispensed automatically at the push of a button rather than being self-served. Although it was an unplanned Hotel booking, I’m glad I stayed here. I’d like to use it again next time I visit Nagoya.

This was my second stay, and the bell staff handled guests efficiently and appropriately. The bath was spacious, and the water temperature was just right. The next morning, I could also walk to the Kurodake Ropeway boarding area—it's a great hotel.

I stayed for one night during the first half of Silver Week. Due to an unfortunate heavy rain warning, I ended up extending my stay (there were occasional power outages, but service was restored quickly), and I was able to enjoy my Hotel stay with my dog without any issues. If I had to mention one thing, the indoor dog run felt like an outdoor shed and seemed a bit old, so I didn’t feel like staying there for long. I would have preferred a brighter indoor space with a cleaner feel. However, the staff were kind and spoke to me warmly, which made me feel very comfortable. The meals were excellent and I was very satisfied.

They upgraded our Room beyond what we had reserved, and we unexpectedly got to stay in a 120 m² suite. The suite with a spacious ocean-view balcony was simply breathtaking! The blue-themed interior was beautiful as well, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious stay. The restaurant food was excellent, and the freshly fried horse mackerel at the live kitchen and the roast beef really lived up to expectations. At check-in, they asked about the purpose of our trip; when we told them it was for our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with an anniversary dessert plate—an unforgettable Hotel stay from start to finish. They also offer Shuttle Service, so even without a car we were able to get there without any trouble. We would love to return.

I was truly impressed by the hospitality at the front desk! We left our luggage around 11:00, and when we returned for check-in at 15:00, they remembered us—it made us very happy. We also used the lounge this time, and the staff were extremely kind, allowing us to spend a wonderful and meaningful time. From now on, we plan to stay here every time we travel to Hokkaido.

The Hotel is large, and the Facilities are well equipped. Meals are buffet only, and the seafood is especially delicious. However, because they seem to operate with a small staff for efficiency, dining hours are quite limited—18:00–20:30 for dinner and 7:00–9:00 for breakfast—and they start clearing away immediately when time is up. I understand this may be unavoidable in Shiretoko, but it was surprising at first since it’s uncommon at other Onsen Hotels. It’s appreciated that the baths are available all night. The Onsen was also very relaxing.

I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the domestic terminal, so after arriving I walked to the airport and took the subway to Tenjin. For dinner, I went back to the airport. Breakfast was good, and in the morning it was convenient to take the free shuttle bus to the airport.

On this trip, my friends and I were touring roadside stations in Tokushima, and we stayed at Hotel AZ next to one of them. Breakfast was included in the room rate, we ate our fill, and I was happy to stay at such an affordable price. Thank you very much.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary with a Plan where we went fishing and the head chef prepared the fish we caught. We had such a wonderful time, and it was an Accommodation that made us truly glad we chose it for our anniversary. First, the atmosphere of the Room was fantastic, and it was lovely that you can see the ocean from every Room. It felt great to relax while gazing out at the sea from our Room. While fishing, we caught a fairly large fish that we both said might be a conger eel. We never expected it to be pike conger, so we were surprised when we found out later (laugh). If you bring the fish you catch back to the Accommodation by the designated time, the head chef will turn it into one dish for dinner. This time, our pike conger was served as a dish layering zucchini tempura and pike conger tempura, with ume plum paste and salt on the side. The flesh was incredibly fluffy and delicious. I think what makes this Plan special is being able to have “the fish we caught ourselves turned into such a wonderful dish.” It also became an unexpected travel memory. For dinner, I had mentioned in advance that I’m not good with raw fish, so they cooked mine through. They prepared it in ways that suited each type of fish—grilled or lightly seared—so I could enjoy everything deliciously. What left an especially strong impression was how attentive the staff were. They cleared away an egg-and-soy dipping sauce that came with sashimi once, but later my husband and I mentioned that since there would be udon at the end after Matsusaka beef shabu-shabu, “We should have kept that egg-and-soy sauce.” Then they brought us a fresh serving of egg-and-soy sauce, which made us very happy. It felt like they even noticed our small conversation; not only was the food excellent, but their thoughtfulness really stood out. During our stay there was also a group visiting from overseas, but because dining areas were separated, it never felt noisy and we could enjoy our meal at ease. The baths were also very spacious and well equipped—sauna; open-air bath; cold bath; jacuzzi; standing bath; and more. It was so nice that we wanted to go in again and again during our stay. The Room, cuisine, baths—and above all the considerate care from everyone on staff—were all completely satisfying. It became a wonderful stay worthy of our wedding anniversary. This is an Accommodation where we’d love to stay again for another special occasion.

We had a wonderful stay. We’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Huis Ten Bosch.

I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.
