Conveniently located right next to Hakata Station, this Business Hotel is excellent in every respect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious.

We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here on a last-minute trip. There is no large public bath, but we were very satisfied with the clean Room and bathroom. There was a list (map) of nearby restaurants in the Room, so we enjoyed dinner while taking a walk around town. Breakfast was just the right amount for us, and the rice and miso soup were very delicious. We also appreciated the pleasant service from the staff. It was a Hotel that made us feel lucky to have found availability.

This was my second stay. I truly feel from the bottom of my heart that I’m so glad I found Haccho-no-Yu. Thank you always for your heartfelt hospitality. The baths and the Room are wonderful, but above all, the cuisine is exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the many creative dishes prepared by the head chef—they were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much. All of the staff were full of hospitality, and I was able to relax completely. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

My spouse, our first-grade son, and I stayed here, and our son—who loves bunk beds—really liked the Room. He was also delighted with the breakfast curry rice and cereal. There are Coco’s and Kappa Sushi nearby, so we had no trouble finding dinner options.

This was probably my third stay, and once again I was completely satisfied with my Hotel stay! It was my first time seeing the Halloween decorations, and I really enjoyed the different atmosphere. Breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I’d love to visit again. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you very much.

Dressed up with my sister and cousin, the three of us are enjoying a stylish lounge staycation. This is our return visit to RIHGA Royal Hotel. The afternoon tea and buffet in the lounge were delicious, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality is always wonderful—thank you as always. Each time we experienced your warm smiles and refined service, we felt deeply happy and thought, “We’re so glad we chose to stay here.” I was truly moved by what can only be described as a “happiness-producing Hotel” that brings smiles to guest after guest. What makes your Hotel so exceptional is your challenging spirit—never settling for the current appeal, but always striving to create new moments of inspiration. As a devoted fan of Toba Grand Hotel—and as “Donguri Captain”—please allow me to share a few ideas with heartfelt appreciation: 1) Extend lounge hours (until 11:00 p.m.) Spending time in that sophisticated lounge is truly special. If guests could enjoy complimentary drinks until 11:00 p.m., the evening would become an even more memorable experience. 2) Revitalize the retro game arcade & festival-style corner If an energetic “festival corner” were added to that nostalgic and welcoming game arcade area, it would surely become a signature spot where both adults and children—across generations—could have an amazing time together! 3) Seasonal limited-time “all-you-can-eat fruit” buffet feature For example, “all-you-can-eat strawberries” in early spring or “all-you-can-eat melon” in summer. Having seasonal highlight events at the buffet would help attract repeat guests throughout the year and generate even more buzz—I’m confident it would be a great success. Of course, I fully understand that your staff’s working environment and operational considerations must come first. With that in mind, I would be grateful if you might keep these ideas in mind simply as one fan’s dream of “how wonderful it would be if this became possible.” With Toba Grand Hotel’s potential—and the passion of your entire team—I truly believe you will continue to be the region’s undisputed number-one Hotel. The hot springs and the room were both wonderful, and I was able to relax throughout my stay. All of the staff were cheerful and kind, and the check-in explanation was thorough and easy to understand. Dinner was delicious and I was very satisfied! The drinks felt a little pricey, but the food was so good that it didn’t bother me much. The rice balls at breakfast were also excellent. Since check-out is until 11:00 a.m., it was great not to feel rushed in the morning—I could enjoy breakfast and then take a relaxing bath afterward. I was happy with everything—the hot springs, the delicious meals, and the staff’s service—and had a truly wonderful time. It’s an inn I’d love to stay at again! Thank you very much.

I was considering other hotels, but the room was very nice, reasonably priced, and directly connected to the airport, which made everything so convenient and easy. I suddenly needed to use a fax, and the front desk staff handled it pleasantly and helpfully. I would like to stay here again the next time I use Haneda Airport.

The entire property was spotless and featured a calm, modern design. It felt comfortable wherever we were. The triple room had three single-size Simmons beds, and we were able to rest well. What left the biggest impression was the experienced staff member at the 1st-floor cafe lounge—their elegant service with a warm smile was wonderful. The cake was also delicious, and thanks to that, we were able to truly relax for a while after returning from sightseeing. We stayed multiple nights and were very satisfied to have both buffet breakfast and eel as breakfast options. The location is great as well, and it’s a place I’d like to stay again.

This was my first stay at Fufu, and I arrived with high expectations—and I was very satisfied from the warm welcome to the send-off. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the Onsen was wonderfully relaxing. I also appreciated having drinks available throughout the property. The service was polite yet friendly, which made it especially pleasant. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Both the teppanyaki dinner and breakfast were high quality, and after dinner I found myself looking up which Fufu to visit next. I would love to stay at another location as well.

This was my first time staying here. The location was great, and even with a packed schedule I was able to relax! The view of the Kamo River from the room was wonderful. The room was very clean and well equipped, and unlike foreign-owned hotels, it felt comfortable and reassuring for Japanese guests.

I didn’t expect to find such a comfortable hotel in Wakkanai. The bed was very comfortable. It was also great that the patisserie attached to the restaurant is open until around 9:00 p.m., since it’s often hard to find sweets at night in regional cities. Overall, it was a great hotel. If I had to mention one issue, it would be that the front parking lot tends to fill up quickly.

Although it was a No Meals Included stay, the service was pleasant and made my stay very comfortable. The Onsen was also wonderful—before I knew it, time had passed while I was soaking (sweat). I visit Kochi Prefecture about twice a year, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

The view was wonderful on our last stay, and this time we were able to enjoy a different scenery as well, which was great. The room layout was comfortable and easy to spend time in, with plenty of space to relax on the sofa, and it was stylish and spotless. We were also happy to receive the One Harmony welcome drink again—having a beer right after arrival let us toast to another great trip. Thanks to you, it became a memorable vacation. All of the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

A Hotel with a great location, great access, and great value It’s in a lively downtown area, but I wasn’t bothered by outside noise and slept soundly. The Room is a bit retro, but it was spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa and table. If I had to be picky, I would have appreciated a reasonably sized mirror in the Room for makeup. When I come to Tokyo again, I’ll consider staying here as one of my options.

This was my second stay. I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again. The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient. Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service. I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The building itself felt a bit old, and I noticed a slight odor inside, but the Onsen and seafood were truly outstanding. Since the large public bath alternates between men and women, I only used one side, but it was spacious and comfortable. The water left my skin smooth and moisturized—it felt amazing. There wasn’t a place inside the tub to sit (with about half your body out), so I couldn’t soak for too long, but the open-air bath had a great atmosphere and I could relax without worrying about others. Our Room came with a private open-air bath, and the tub was even larger than it looked in the photos—there was plenty of space for two people to stretch out comfortably. It might even fit around three people with ease. Best of all, it was free-flowing natural hot spring water, so fresh water kept pouring in continuously—it felt wonderfully luxurious and incredibly relaxing. The crab I’d been looking forward to was also delicious—I think it was my first time ever getting completely full from crab. I was very satisfied with the sashimi and the salmon at breakfast as well. Of course, the steak was also very juicy and tender... That said, it seems rice and miso soup at dinner were brought after we asked for them (I’m sorry—I must not have listened carefully because I was captivated by the beautiful crab right in front of me). By the time they arrived I was already quite full, so I wished I had requested them earlier. There were thoughtful touches throughout as well—like a footbath inside the property and self-serve coffee in the morning. Everyone at both the dining area and front desk greeted us with smiles and were very kind, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay; it ended up being a truly refreshing trip that helped us unwind. I would definitely like to stay again.
