Thank you always for taking care of us at the start of our trips. We stay here the night before our monthly Okinawa energy-boost trip. I will leave a Review every month. This is the No. 1 Hotel for stays near Haneda Airport. This time, I stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. You kindly accommodated our request to set up the Room for a young child, and my daughter was very happy. The Room, hallways, and other areas were clean and quiet, and we slept soundly through the night and were able to depart feeling refreshed. The warm welcome at the entrance is wonderful. We will be back again in two weeks—thank you in advance. I have Reservations every month through next July, so I look forward to staying with you again.

Stayed in a twin Room. The Room had chairs and a small round table, so we could also eat food we bought at the supermarket. Unlimited access to the attached day-use Onsen Facility, with manga and massages available, made it easy to relax. Breakfast was excellent too—you can enjoy Aomori specialties from the morning, such as small dishes that seemed to include bluefin tuna (some with medium fatty tuna) and shellfish miso. Everything was delicious. The staff promptly refilled the small dishes and were energetic and pleasant, which made for a great experience. I’ve stayed at many budget places before, but this was among the best in terms of satisfaction. I’ll be back.

We were very satisfied, but if possible, we have three requests: 1) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a wash bucket. 2) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a mirror in the bathroom. 3) We would like hooks for bath towels by the sink. We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s older sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex building. Check-in is separate for the Hotel building, Condo building, and Annex building, and we mistakenly went to the Hotel building first—please be careful. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it wasn’t an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt upscale. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes indoors—it’s very thoughtfully designed. We had dinner at a restaurant called Orange; it was stylish and absolutely delicious. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex building. It said they served Agu pork, and I didn’t expect much—but after trying it, I was genuinely impressed. Not only was the meat itself outstanding, but I was surprised by how it was offered: essentially “help yourself,” with generous piles prepared. When it ran low they quickly replenished it again and again, so you could enjoy as much excellent Agu pork as you wanted. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this Hotel is an incredible value. Also around 8:45 p.m., fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about. A wonderful Hotel we will definitely return to.

The location is excellent and close to the station. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! The Room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities were available to take freely next to the front desk, including a variety of items that women will appreciate (basic skincare products, face masks, cooling sheets, etc.). All of the staff were kind and friendly. I would love to stay here again when I visit Sendai!

From the warm welcome at the entrance to the private in-Room dining and all the way through departure, everything was outstanding. Beyond the excellent hospitality, having a private stone sauna and an in-Room Onsen bath felt truly luxurious, and it soothed both my mind and body. I wished I could stay here forever. I will definitely return.

This time I booked a No Meals Included plan, so I can’t comment on the food, but the service (front desk and parking staff) was excellent and made my stay very pleasant. The Facility was also very well maintained for the price, and I was satisfied. There is a large public bath as well, which was perfect for me since I’m not a fan of unit baths. The location and adjacent parking were convenient too, and when I visit Toyama again, this Hotel will be the first one I look up.

As I was staying with a smoker, we chose a smoking Room. The smell was not much of an issue, and although it was a cold day, the large window allowed us to ventilate the Room. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, but the temperature was comfortable. The Onsen open-air bath was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was also delicious.

We used the Indulgent Plan. Both the yakiniku and the buffet were excellent. We enjoyed yakiniku, cold noodles, and Morioka flavors, then two hours later we went to the buffet and had tempura, salt-grilled sweetfish, and a variety of desserts. Everything was delicious, from the soft-serve ice cream to the melon and watermelon. The entire Accommodation was clean and comfortable. With all-you-can-drink beverages, even as a couple who don’t drink alcohol we were able to relax at our own pace. It’s not far from Morioka Station, so the location is convenient as well. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again.

Because we were on a high floor, we enjoyed a great view and a spacious Room, and were able to relax in the bath during our three-night stay. Even though the issue was an unrelated courier delivery accident, the front desk staff kindly helped us, and we are truly grateful. We were visiting from the United States, and it reminded us once again of the attentive hospitality of Japanese Hotel staff.

It’s close to the station, the Room is clean, and you can’t hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The amenities are well stocked. There is also coffee, black tea, and green tea available to enjoy in your Room. You can borrow a memory foam pillow as well, so I sleep well, and I use this place almost every time I stay in Morioka. The bath isn’t anything special, but it’s nice that there’s no need to adjust the temperature and that it fills up quickly.

As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

My family of three stayed in Sansuikaku’s Japanese-Western Room E. Since the Accommodation is located at the foot of a mountain, there are significant elevation changes throughout the property, including the parking area. They provided a Shuttle Service between the parking area and the Accommodation. The Room was new, and both the view and the open-air bath were wonderful. I also liked that the door closes slowly on its own. I felt so happy relaxing with a cup of coffee. The private open-air bath was clean and very nice as well. Dinner at the dining venue was delicious. The beef and matcha shiruko were especially good—I ate too much. Breakfast felt light, perhaps because it was summer; I wouldn’t have minded something a bit more classic. All staff members were pleasant, but after checkout I felt slightly rushed during the Shuttle Service to the parking area (perhaps they wanted to combine rides with other guests). We did want to leave promptly as well, so I would have appreciated being asked, “We can take you right now—what would you prefer?” As an aside, after returning home I learned that my favorite celebrity had stayed here too, which made it feel even more special. Thank you very much for taking care of us!

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

It was our first time staying here. There were so many different baths that one day wasn’t enough, and we were very satisfied. My husband was also very pleased. We would like to stay again.

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here when attending a concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. It’s conveniently located between Sannomiya Station and the arena, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the second floor, and I couldn’t find the entrance at first, so I entered from the parking area. The parking staff and someone I passed in the corridor kindly guided me, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk was also very helpful. It unexpectedly started raining, and they called a taxi for me as well, handling everything pleasantly. They can store your luggage too. I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Kobe. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast were excellent. I was also satisfied with the breakfast selection. It was nice to be able to choose a showerhead, and the location is great. If I had to mention one thing, the insole sheet for the slippers was too narrow to cover my whole foot and tended to slip out of place, so I think disposable slippers or sanitized slippers would be better. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.

It was nice that the Room was a comfortable place to relax after taking off our shoes.
